Best place I’ve stayed in. The attitude of the staff/owner makes or breaks an experience. Easy 15/10

the owner was so lovely and helpful!! Everything was clean and organised with bonus amenities that normal hotels don’t provide. The hotel had personality and felt safe and secure

the hotel doesn’t do room service/food but that’s a nonissue

Great large apartment with plenty of couch space. Good location with lots of parking and 1 secure car park.

I think the furnishings were very outdated and the kitchen could use a renovation. There was aircon in the living room only and it didn't really reach the bedrooms.

Good location. Apt old, has not had any repairs done to it. Kitchen dangerous.

Leaking kitchen sink broken washing machine, which is why I took the apartment, so I could wash the family's clothes and dry them. Did not happen. Kitchen drawers broken and dangerous, falling out. Slamming doors Kitchen doors swollen from water leaks and not working properly. Water pouring on the floor from the sink leaking in the kitchen. Smelt like smokers in the apartment Micro shelf felt like it could collapse.

The location was nice and close to the beach. Staff were friendly even though they were a bit disorganised.

Price was a lot for what it was. Very disappointing and not worth the money. Wouldn't return. Things like the shower head were broken, dirty coffee mugs and washing machine needed a clean.

Maroochydore magic

Very spacious unit, master bedroom had walk in wardrobe. Lovely East facing balcony. Kitchen had everything needed. Quiet unit, didn't hear noise from units above or below ours. Secure parking in garage. Location was brilliant, beach 2 min walk and Maroochydore Surf Club 300m away. Shops, restaurants all within 10 minutes.

Decor a little dated. No ceiling fans.

location is perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants, cafes. the management are super helpful and friendly. perfect.

the rooms are a little dated. (decor) main bed isn’t very big. I like a king bed.

Perfect location, great sized apartment for a big family. Beautifully presented inside, very modern and nice little extra touches.

On arrival we were charged extra for a child than the agreed booking.com price $65 extra to be exact!!!!! Our booking was made for 2adults and 3 children and the price was stated at $882. At reception the lady charged us an extra $65 for our 3rd child .

Wow we were happy here!

Excellent large space. Incredibly good location opposite the beach and a kids playground. Quiet. Loved using the spa. Well priced.

Only the fridge! A bit shabby. But very minor in the big picture of how much we enjoyed our stay

great location and facilities. just this unit needs some attention to detail.

the unit we stayed in no 7 was renovated but had some problems sliding doors wouldnt shut to toilet and bathroom. Curtain in bedroom didnt fit and close. cleaning wasn’t great in unit except bathrooms and kitchen. bbq didnt work.

It didn't match the photos when I book the place to stay. Ans the place is very different and old. And the bed looks dirty and not very comfortable. Lounge need to change it keep fell a part not safe foe the kids. The smell keep coming in to our unit from rubbish bin at the front. Very disappointing where we cannot sit at the balcony to rest.

Could not fault this unit. Had everything you could ever need/want. Unit was very modern with good furniture and the reception staff were very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be staying here again.

Their wasn't a single thing that my family didn't like about this accommodation.
