Experiences of AWENESS

The support that Peter gave us from confirming our booking allowing us to go in early.We got lost due to not able to follow directions on Google map as there were too many highways and byways confusing. So we rang Peter and he guided us from where we were lost which coincidentally only took 5 minutes to get there considering we had been going wrong directions for last hour.When we arrived we were in awe. 1 bedroom cottage filled with all comforts of home but more.an amazing back yard scenery from patio. Open doubledoors lovely simple garden. The home was heated up to warm temperatures. Breakfast wow. We are regular travelers and yes we stay at motels and we also have regular places we stay at but we have never experienced what we had for one night at Annie's B&B. Thank you so much Peter for your amazing hospitality it's sad we didn't get to meet your wife Annie Please accept our gratitude for your amazing place we will definitely return when opportunity arises again.Thank you and God Bless you both a.nd your Team

Not having to search under the mattress for the electric blanket.

clean, tidy, well run, good location

We didn’t have enough bedding for a very cold night. A heater was left in our room but it wasn’t sufficient when the overnight temperatures plunged. Woukd have appreciated an extra blanket in the wardrobe for emergencies.

not Enough bedding, we were uncomfortable because and room far too cold overnite in autumn temperature. needed a working panel heater, ( not only the thermostat wall heater, neither of us want to sleep with that 'heatpump style' running)

The unit was huge, it had a bedroom with a double bed & 2 single beds. In the main room you have a sofa, dining table and another double bed. It was clean and a good 15-20 min walk into town. Although on a busy road it was quiet.

The unit itself was quite dated and there was some noise from the other units. Couldn't turn off the lights from the bed.

Room had cooking facilities but no exhaust fan. At least we knew the smoke alarms worked :)

Excellent value for your money.

Cleanliness, the location and beds. It is an older property but great value for your money. Excellent value!

The exterior grounds were a bit unattended and there was some minor road noise.
