Amazing thank you!

Maria and her husband are so lovely we were welcomed with open arms! Everything was very clean and a great location! Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and lovely kitchenette. Lovely balcony to sit and watch sunset. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Close to beach, harbour to hire motor boat from Windboats hire quad bikes, shops and lots of restaurants and bakery. Lovely hosts!

I didn't like having to leave! We wanted to stay longer!

Maria is amazing, we got a very nice welcoming with her homemade jelly and a nice chat (only Greek but we could understand each other!) :) The rooms are very nice and clean, very well equipped kitchen and new bathrooms.

There is sea view but it's a bit far (5 minutes walk). Wifi was not working very well.

Exceptional

I strongly recommend. This is our second time staying here. A family hotel with very kind hosts. We easily communicated with Google translate. A quiet place, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Well-equipped kitchen, barbecue, air conditioning, TV. Possibility to buy fresh fish. In the morning we bought pastries from the bakery nearby. There is a tavern, a bar and a supermarket next to the hotel. The island is beautiful and offers many possibilities - to rent a boat, motorbike, etc. Thank you very much, Maria! You are wonderful!😍 Greetings from our entire family!

Beautiful place close to the sea

Beautiful rooms, balconies with a nice view towards the mountains and a bit to the sea. You just have to walk a few minutes from the place to go for a swim in the sea. The common area includes a back yard with a barbecue place and a whole summer kitchen where one can cook breakfast and eat. Maria was very nice and accommodating, we hope to visit her again!

Perfect location, perfect host.

Breakfast wasn't included, but the location is perfect, a large courtyard with shade where I parked the car, 100 m from the sea. Maria was lovely, she was waiting us with some traditional cookies, the same when we left. I strongly recommend this location for a stay in skopelos

They need at least one employee who could communicste with non greek guests. Wifi it is not working.

The backyard with a nice summer kitchen

Room and bathroom are too small, communication with hosts. If you don’t speak greek, it is very difficult.

Superb

The rooms were clean and spacious. Location was perfect for us ( quiet neighbourhood and only 5 min walking to the sea/tavernas). We had to change our check-in date as some members of the family got sick, the property owners were flexible and really helpful.

No Wi-Fi! Mattress could be a bit more comfortable.

I warmly recommend Maria studios to anyone who wants a pleasant vacation on this island

Maria and her husband were great hosts. When we arrived on the island being a rainy and windy day we wanted to stay earlier than we had announced. We called and Maria was there in 2 minutes and served us quince jam and cold water. The parking lot in the courtyard of the pension can easily accommodate 6 cars. The room was spacious and well equipped with essential appliances (refrigerator, electric kettle, hair dryer, hob and air conditioning). The bed in our room had a small creak even at normal activities but it was not annoying. Neo Klima is well positioned to easily reach any beach and other points of interest and is less crowded than Skopelos town. I warmly recommend Maria studios to anyone who wants a pleasant vacation on this island

Superb

Maria, the host, is really nice. She doesn't speak English, only Greek, but somehow you manage to speak with her. Plus she is very friendly and polite. Her house is close to the beach and the tavernas near the beach, but also close to the restaurants near the bay. At a 5 minutes walk, there is a nice coffee place, Mandalaki, great for cocktails in the evening. We chose Neo Klima village because its good location from Skopelos town/ from Glossa and also good distance from the nice beaches.

Exceptional

The apartment is well equipped, furnished with good furniture, located in close proximity to the beaches, surrounded by pine trees. The mixture of pine scent and sea air creates an indescribable scent. Maria and her husband were very friendly, as if you were visiting your grandparents: very adorable. Parking was available next to the apartment. Strongly recommend.

A quiet and nice stay

The location near the beach but also close to other facilities, the cleanliness and the friendliness of the owner. Kyria Maria was very helpful and friendly.

Not much to say. A suggestion though: in case of visitors with disabilities, it's advisable to contact the owner so that she can cater for a room on the ground floor.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay on the island

Very friendly and caring hosts. The room was good and we were the only guests. The village is charming and offers all you need in walking distance.

All of the positive reviews I read about Maria Studios were 100% true. Maria was super hospitable, friendly, helpful. Everything was very clean and exceeded my expectations. If we are ever in Skopelos again, we will definitely stay here!

Maria’s studios an excellent stay

Maria’s studios was a wonderful place to stay. Our host Maria was most generous and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the surrounding garden was filled with beautiful fruit and nut trees. A most excellent place to stay. Quiet and very comfortable. Thank you.

Wonderful in every way

We had a very lovely stay at Maria Studios. Mrs. Maria is very, very kind, she pampered us like a mother, welcomed us with coffee ans sweets and made us pie or donuts a few times. She understands very few words in English (the main regret was not being able to talk more to each other), but her husband does, so no problem there. The room was very nice, like in the pictures, a basic cleaning was done every day, which was wonderful. I loved also that it was also very quiet and that you could have a good night sleep. We were lucky to have also nice and friendly neighbors, but if necessary, shutting all windows and door provides a good sound insulation. Bed mattresses are quite hard, but that is quite common in Greece. Neo Klima is a very peaceful village, it has a few good restaurants, supermarkets where you can buy the basics, a coffee shop right on the beach and a very nice beach nearby, Hovolo beach. Thank you, Ms. Maria for our wonderful stay and for all your care!
