Great if you want to be close to the airport and still close to Seoul center

Very convenient if you want to be close to the incheon airport and still have a great subway access to Seoul

One of the front desk person was very snobbish and rude. However, the rest of the employees were lovely

I love to view the city. I feel comfort on the bed.

Superb

The hotel is very clean, staff at main lobby very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping team also did a good job. Really happy staying in Golden Seoul Hotel. Wifi was strong also.

The location is not very convenient, however the staff did help to book taxi. Hotel can enhance the noise/ sound insulation. It is quite noisy during night while the air-con is running. Thank you.

Good location, decent stay

Loved the location, very close to Hongdae and it’s a quick walk to the train station. Staff was helpful in booking airport taxi.

There is no bidet in the toilet and the amenities was a bit outdated. Hard to set the air conditioning to maintain good temperature.

The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The location is a little bit far but wasn't an issue for me. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around the area.

My main issue was the heater, there were nights when it didn't work and I had to sleep under two blankets because I was freezing. Because of that I felt sick in the morning and it was really hard and unpleasant to get up. Also the room itself looked damaged, felt like it needed a renovation

Comfy and pleasant stay in West Seoul

Always a comfortable stay in Seoul with friendly staff and nice rooms. Very comfy and spacious.

The price is worth it on weekdays, but a bit too expensive on the weekends. Not very close to any major attractions so not ideal for tourism I'd say even though there is a subway nearby.

Great price for the comfort but could use better communication

The amenities were great. I loved the instant hot water in the shower. Check in and out was super easy and I was able to reserve a taxi to the airport at the front desk conveniently too.

I wasn't sure whether the room I was getting had a bathtub or just a shower. I don't think that was very clear in the booking. Also I didn't discover the electric kettle in my room until the second night. That was also something I wish the staff had mentioned upon checking in.

A very pleasant 4 star hotel.

Efficient check-in, very good amenities in the room. Super-confortable bed, great shower. Panoramic views of Seoul from the room and rooftop.

A few more power outlets would be handy for the modern traveller.

Superb

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. I loved the massage chair in the fitness area. Gorgeous view from the rooftop and from the room.

The bathtub was very small.
