I loved the location-so many things to do. Our rooms were extremely comfortable and we loved the balconies. The property was also great for the children.
We were sad the pool was closed.

This is a beautiful hotel in the scenic area outside of the city. The service was wonderful and the it was great to be in nature.
We loved it! It is however a bit out of the way from the main city.

The hotel itself is spectacular. It is located in a very picturesque scenery, surrounded by old trees. Huge windows let one appreciate the views and blend in the nature.
We had great room service, the staff spoke English and gave us complimentary desserts. We also got upgraded to a great room and that was lovely.
The swimming pool was closed due to COVID restrictions and that was very disappointing. I think hotels must inform clients about such limitations not when one has already arrived (swimming was one of our main requirements).
But what layered on top of no pool situation is that the buffer was also CANCELED. If we only knew about that we would never come regardless to the beauty of the hotel and such. It’s quite a money we paid and we expected out breakfasts to be like they have to be in a hotel of such level. Instead we get check in lists with food options (tiny number of dishes offered). I think there was one more table on the first day and same thing on the second day, but the waiter was taking it very slow so almost all did would come cold. If something the waiter just complained that “he was very busy”.
I hated to, but I had to share the complaint with the manager in the end. He was nice, he gave us 2 bottles of wine, which I appreciated. We would go to the hotel again, but we would call them and double check if everything works. Otherwise I’d recommend thinking twice before choosing.

Staying mid-week we had the hotel mostly to ourselves and it definitely was the escape to nature we were looking for. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though we didn't speak the same language, and super welcoming to our dog. Breakfast wasn't bad, although everything (eggs, sausage, beans etc.) needed to be ordered and arrived separately on different plates. We stayed in the room with the courtyard where pets are allowed, and it was clean and odor-free, you couldn't tell any animals had been there. The bath was a good size, and the pool and hot tub area were open. The house keepers were super flexible and cleaned the room every day whenever was convenient. Wifi worked perfectly. We were able to check in early and they held our bags for a few hours upon check out.
The room could have been better equipped, hairdryer, more than one soap, more than one chair outside, spoons, bowls etc for cereal or take away desserts. The courtyard rooms are side by side with see-through fences between, and also right beside a path, so if the hotel was full I imagine the courtyard isn't very private. Also the showerhead was pretty blocked up.

Family friendly, surrounded by nature
Breakfast room was a bit small therefore quite crowded

I appreciated the exceptional spaciousness of the suite and the manager kindly sent some treats during my stay; I felt warmly welcomed. The area is lovely, with trails and mountains and tea fields, but I suggest not visiting during a holiday, as the crowds are intense and the breakfast buffet, for example, was over crowded. Service overall was very attentive.
The dinner buffet was only average in my eyes. Nothing stood out as exceptional in the choices.

The location is excellent, where you can enjoy a morning stroll in the woods.

We spent one night here as a birthday gift for my partner, and we both really liked the place. Very quiet, located just into the hills around Hangzhou, and close enough to Nine Creeks for a pleasant walk in the morning / evening. We stayed here on a Monday, so there weren't many guests, and our overall stay was very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, even going so far as to separate the cream from the soup at our evening meal after finding that I was vegetarian. Appreciated the attention to detail. Very comfortable room, decent swimming pool and facilities. No complaints, would recommend.

Marvelous location with tea terraces, we could enjoy the forest just from our balcony and go to the Nine creek reserve in the mountain. Very big room with a bath, delicious breakfast buffet, gorgeous pool. We also got a bottle of champaigne as a present!

The location is good, as well as the room, breakfast is also good, they are very delicious.
I do have some doubts about the Hotel Staffs when we were having breakfast, there is a lady come to us twice for some questions, first she asked our room number, but not in a very pleasant way, it's feel like we are not should be eat here or something because when you entry the breakfast room you obviously has been asked about the room number already otherwise how you can go into and have the breakfast, so we are not sure why she asked that AGAIN ? The second time is even more unacceptable because when we are done she is almost rushed to our table and say something like "oh you guys finished ?" as if she is waiting us to finish or what, I just confused if there is anything we done wrong ? I'm pretty sure we are not exceeded the breakfast time limit so this is unpleasant.

Great location in the Longjing Tea area. Very quiet and tranquil.
Reception staff has training gaps (don’t know whether there is room service available, credit card handling issues). Could invest into a better coffee machine for breakfast.

Very peaceful place with fresh air and close to the longjing tea village. The room is big and clean. Loved the bathtub in the room.
Disappointed with the room service, poor food quality and expensive. Need to be improved.

Very clean, calm. The nature is super, the tea fields are a very interesting neighborhood with the hotel. The work of the staff is 11 points out of 10. The hotel staff is responsive, always ready to help. I have only delightful emotions. Thanks for your work.
There are more pictures of dishes in the restaurant's menu, since foreigners do not always understand what they order))). But all the dishes were great.
