Perfetto per una notte (ma non di più)

La villa con piscina è davvero una coccola, curata in ogni dettaglio, a parte il wc che si trova in una stanzina a parte, molto meno curata, un po’ in contrasto con il resto. In generale la struttura è piuttosto tranquilla e offre tanti servizi. Personale gentile.

Noi abbiamo fatto solo una notte, ma non la consiglierei a chi decide di passarci la maggior parte dei giorni di mare; questo perché la spiaggia e il mare sono piuttosto tristi, tanto è vero che noi abbiamo preferito la piscina, ci sono degli ombrelloni e qualche sdraio ma davvero datati e poco curati. Mare assolutamente nulla di che! Inoltre, la spiaggia non è nella struttura, seppur vicinissima (3 min a piedi), il nome Beach Resort è fuorviante. Il ristorante è bello e soprattutto la sera si crea una bella atmosfera (karaoke a parte), il problema è che ha prezzi davvero elevati per la Thailandia, onestamente un po’ fuori contesto, ciononostante abbiamo mangiato piuttosto bene. La posizione mi sento solo di dire che è comoda perché vicina all’aeroporto perché per il resto offre poco, ci si deve per forza spostare per raggiungere tutto. Servizio taxi troppo costoso!

Situation idéale à 50 m d'une belle baie, dans un village avec commerces et restaurants. L'ensemble de l'hôtel à base de villas et tentes se trouve dans un beau jardin au calme. Belle piscine. Hôtel atypique. Nous avons occupé une tente luxueuse très romantique, confortable et décorée avec un goût raffiné. Le petit déjeuner continental était excellent Merci au propriétaire de l'hôtel pour ses bons conseils et sa gentillesse et à l'ensemble de son personnel qui nous ont permis de passer un très agréable séjour.

Tout était parfait.

Lage' 150m zum Strand, 200m zum nächsten 7Eleven. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites/kompetentes Personal. Extra Ventilator für unsere Tochter gekauft Klimaanlage schafft die 32-35 Grad und 80%+ Luftfeuchtigkeit gut. Bei Buchung einer kleinen Privatpool-Villa als Familie aber unbedingt nach besagtem extra Ventilator für das separate kleine "Zimmer" fragen (das eher eine 5-6qm kleine Kammer ist direkt am Hauptraum). . Tolle sehr gepflegte Anlage (Unmengen freundliches Personal) mit kleinem aber feinem Hauptpool mit Bar. Restaurant und Bar Passa wird separat geführt, gutes Frühstück. Preise ok, aber nicht günstig. Tips für den Beach zum Essen: Café Talay und Nature Bar sowie direkt ggü. der Anlage das kleine sehr süße, einfache und hervorragende familiengeführte Bamboo Restaurant

Kleiner Pool war bei Ankunft trübe, wurde aber sehr schnell durch das top Personal behoben, also keinerlei Abzug in der Bewertung!

it was clean but lots of mosquitos in the room the airport driver is very kind and the bar staff are kind and lovely المكان نظيف لكن مليء بالبعوض.

Staff are not very kind, not very professional, no facilities like iron or steamer or adaptor because most of the hotels or resorts provide it, and when I ask for it, they sent me a place to buy it instead of providing it, no drivers by hour, and do not have flexible checkout time, they are a little bit rude when they talk to us.. also the massage service is very bad and not professional so we cancelled it. I dont think we will visit it again

Well designed glamping. Friendly and competent staff. Price above target

All Thai staff was very nice and most of them spoke English at a good level. Beautiful glamping with good taste in many details (decoration, colours, umbrellas, comfy sleepers) Nice location, close to the beach and to a main road. Pool area is nice. They communicate through Whatsapp.

When it rains (i suppose it does so not that often), the toilet gets wet because the awning is not long enough. Food menu is expensive for what it is (opinion shared with some friends) Not-so-nice staff/owner (sounded French). 70€/night in November for that glamping tent is not worth it (compared to many other options in Thailand)

The villa was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The pool was lovely and private with a little waterfall! Very peaceful and quiet place. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful! We left a few things behind and they contacted and made arrangements with us which was really nice of them! Shame our stay was a short one, we would definitely stay there again!

It was a magic resort,pool villa was fantastic. Great pool bar and gardens.

The breakfast was a bit basic and disappointing, but didn't try the restaurant in the evenings as went to thr fishamans village most evenings.

Lovely resort very close to a beautiful and relaxed beach

Very friendly and helpful staff and fabulous position close to the beach. Glamping tents were very nicely presented.

Staying in the tents was quite noisy with the local markets having loud music until late.

perfection, Exceptional, THE BEST

EVERYTHING was exceptional from the welcoming to ALL of the staff. we loved this place so much. it is exceptional & so we’ll maintained all around the hotel. manager was so very helpful & passionate about the hotel & made us feel so welcome. this hotel is next level & we will definitely go back. this is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in & that is due to the full package. the hotel, the staff, the very well maintained hotel & grounds. the gardener, the cleaner to the bar staff. all worked as a team & made it feel like home. words can’t describe how amazing this place is & you have to go & experience it for yourself we stayed in duplex villa & it was amazing smart TVs, own wifi & beautiful touches throughout beach bags to use. facilities in room amazing. pictures don’t do this hotel justice as it’s even better in real life food here in the restaurant was the best Thai food we experienced the entire trip & we travelled Bangkok, Krabi, Phi Phi but Koh Samui is the best & this restaurant the best Thai food we’ve had & everything cooked fresh in front of you. top marks to the chef & her team

meeting big insects in the room and room bathroom is very stressful and disgusting ! and I DON'T GET IT!!! WHAT KIND OF 5 STAR HOTEL DOESN'T HAVE A Reception to call at night if anything goes wrong ??!!!! our room went out of electricity for a whole night!!! and guess what? the reception was not answering the phone!!! so we went there by walking at the middle of the night instead of them answering and solving our problem while we enjoy our stay! and the biggest surprise was that they were closed!!!!! what kind of hotels and villas dont have a 24/7 service!?

The outer material for the tents is in need of a deep clean. The floor is mostly concrete which could be covered with something a bit nicer (inside the tent). Expensive restaurant which isn't great when you're staying there. Generally, this was a great experience and I'd recommend staying here

We had one night stay here the staff were amazing. The breakfast was excellent and the room was just beautiful we had a private pool that was very clean couldn't fault anything close to the beach and massages which was just what the doctor ordered after travelling for 6 months

Unique experience!

A truly amazing and unique experience! The resort is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. Two minutes walk from the hotel you are on a beautiful beach with lots of cool little bars/restaurants. Lots of interesting restaurants to eat nearby too. Our tent was amazing!! Super comfortable and large bed, good a/c and modern smart tv. Whilst at the same time being in a tent with nature all around. The outdoor bathroom and shower was a unique experience.

In the room information they say that you can rent motorbikes/cars and book massages. We asked the reception for this and they said there was nothing available at all for any day of our whole stay (5 days). And they didn’t give me any help or alternatives. I did some research and called a few places and managed to rent in the end. Also managed to get massages on the beach, just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It would have been nice if the reception were a tiny bit more accommodating (at least giving us information about where to find stuff if they have nothing available).

good time at Khwan

We stayed in one of the two bedroom tent villas, the beds are super comfy and the whole set up is unique. 1min walk to the beach, staff is super friendly and helpful, they also booked tickets to Koh Tao and hired a car for us

You’re not getting much sleep if you have a noisy neighbour due to no isolation. Rooms are really dark at night you can’t see properly. I had to use my phone torch to get ready. Doors didn’t have any locking mechanism, no lights outside our tent. Toilets didn’t flush due to a blocked pipe, they came to solve the problem but it was a bit annoying having this problem every single day. Restaurant is overpriced, we didn’t have breakfast included and ordered twice from the menu. Portions are really small, no plant based milk, I wouldn’t recommend eating there. location isn’t the best, you need a scooter

Excellent holiday in a great location. We loved the tents and this was a great base to explore the island.
