It was our second stay there and we hope to come again as we loooooove it

Pretty much everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful. On our second night there was a party in front of the building, and as we have a little baby, the staff offered us free upgrade and moved us to the VIP room where we couldn’t hear the noise. We’re very grateful for that.

Somewhere the furniture might be a little outdated but it’s just a small matter

Basic and clean with friendly staff

Beautiful view from the room onto the beach. The room was basic but clean. The staff were helpful.

The bathroom was in need of some maintenance/ updating. Could have had a side table and lamp so I didn’t have to use my phone torch to get into bed.

Great place. Highly recommended

Raňajky boli dobrý výber. Jedlo sa dopĺňalo. Izby čisté a veľké. Bazén vynikajúci. More čisté. Lehátka k dispozícií ako aj extra uteráky. Sprcha na pláži. Prostredie tiché. Počas nášho pobytu tam bolo málo ľudí.

Nemáme žiadne výhrady.

Simple, yet nice quiet place to stay

Great and quiet location, yet 10 min walking to the Main Street with bars, restaurants, shops & massages. Nice beach in front of hotel, but since stupid guests reserve beach beds all day long without being there, we moved up to the rooftop infinity pool with an even better view and less people. Rooms are simple, but clean and spacious (balcony is a plus), breakfast is also good (egg station, fresh fruit) for the affordable price. And if you need a special coffee or iced matcha, there’s a café next to the hotel :)

If you like beach and swimming in sea in beautiful surroundings this is for you

location - vip room was large with Mountain View’s and Seaview - breakfast - nice staff 10 minute walk to bars restaurants and shops There is a great bar restaurant in next complex - 3 minute walk

Lizards in room occasionally and ants on balcony but spray sorted out ants eventually Sun beds also surrounded by ants swimming pool full of insects after rain but cleaned after 2 days

Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Первая линия, оборудованный берег: шезлонги, душ, кафе, полотенца. Чистый берег. Неплохие завтраки, было разнообразие в целом. Персонал во всем помогал, был приветлив. Номер очень чистый, большой. Уборку делали каждый день.

Отсутствие фена, очень ранние завтраки с 7:30 до 10:00, при этом с 9:00 уже не подкладывали еду, а булочки доставались только тем, кто ходил видимо к 7:30. Видели их буквально один раз. Если прийти к 9:40, то будут пустые кастрюли... При этом, что это пик людей. Бронировали номер на 5м этаже, поселили на 4й. Вида на море не было, были кусты, что очень огорчило, так как бронировали мы вид на море.

Excellent hotel and stay.

Very good price, amazing staff and always open and upfront to any request. Super helpful. The beach is the best location in my owners opinion. Straight to the water and always clean and quiet the whole area.

Шикарный видовой бассейн на 4 этаже находится, с него открывается шикарный вид на море и пляж. Пляж отличный, в море заходили без проблем. Отливы и приливы мы почти не замечали.

Тут всё очень круто!

Dzīvojām piektajā stāvā, ir lifts, skats no istabas uz jūru bija burvīgs. Jumta stāva baseins burvīgs, tikai ļoti auksts ūdens. Saule pie baseina parādās ap 13 dienā. Pludmales zona šaura, daudz krēsli, bet tie ir zem kokiem. Gulta ērta, atrašanās vieta laba. Centrs netālu, visur var aiziet kājām, veikali, masāžas tuvumā. Kopumā nebija slikti, bet bijām gaidījuši ko labāku.

Palikām četras naktis, istabai nav skaņas izolācija. Kaimiņam patika istabā dziedāt visu var dzirdēt, ja skaļi runā visu var dzirdēt. Tas ļoti traucēja. Bija problēmas ar karsto ūdeni, var teikt ka karstais ūdens nebija. Brokastis vienveidīgas. Maza augļu izvēle. Trauki jānovāc pašiem pēc ēšanas, tas pārsteidza. Istabu tīra pēc pierasījuma. Bija rakstīts, ka kontakti ir pie gultas, kontakti atradās gultas vidū ļoti augstu , un orts istabas stūrī. Nebija skaidrs, kā var uzvārīt ūdeni , jo kontaktu kur ieslēgt tējkannu neatradām.

Расположение и песчаный пляж , хороший завтрак, близкое расположение к деревне с развитой инфраструктурой. Отлично подходит для тех, кто хочет продолжить свое путешествие на близлежащие острова( в бухте Кай Бэй есть причал со спидботами, трансфер входит в стоимость )

За такую оптимальную цену все мелочи абсолютно не критичны

petit paradis au bord de l eau

Tout, jolie plage pour se baigner et snorkler un peu, location de kayak pas loin, petite restauration sur place à midi au bord de l eau, piscine a débordement avec vue merveilleuse ( la plupart des chambres aussi), bon ptit déjeuner, tout proche du village et de jolis restaurants de plage mais au calme entouré de forêt. Bref, le paradis!!!

Läget är bra med närhet till strand och stad, infiniti pool med fin utsikt vid solnedgång. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra med både pool handdukar och även till stranden.

Frukosten kunde vara bättre, byt ut juice som smakar mer som saft samt lägg till yougurt.

Super bra och pris värt boende rekommenderar verkligen detta boendet!!

Väldigt bra läge mitt på stranden, bra dusch, bekväm säng, helt ok frukost och den vackra infinity poolen var magisk speciellt vid solnedgången! Super trevligt personal som hjälpte oss boka scooter samt resa till Kambodja.

Väldigt lyhört och i badrummet precis ovanför toaletten så var det ett hål i väggen som det satt någon trä grej som en ventilations hål men det gjorde att folk enkelt hör när man går på toa eller duschar.

Great value for money

Perfectly located on Kai Bea beach that is much quieter than e.g. white sand beach, tho the busy street is within a short walk on the beach or road. At first glance the building doesn’t seem very attractive, the accommodation is in a couple of bland hotel blocks but the room was good value for money and very spacious (we had the superior room on second floor). Staff very friendly. Breakfast can be also taken out to tables at the sea front. Yes breakfast is basic but one can’t expect the variety of expensive resorts… Fresh fruit every day (pineapple, dragonfruit, watermelon), freshly prepared fried eggs, bread-butter-jam, sausages, ham, a choice of Thai dishes ecc.… we bought some yoghurt and cheese in the supermarket nearby and were satisfied.

Limited amount of warm water in room…

Отличный отель, надится на первой линии, есть свой небольшой пляж с лежаками. Номер большой, балкон с видом на море. Хороший бассейн, на котором получаются отличные фотки. До главной улицы с кафешками 550 метров. Тук тук можно заказать к отелю. Проезд от отеля до автостанции на двоих с чемоданами обошелся 200 бат. Хороший завтрак, есть кофемашина. По просьбе дали утюг. Персонал очень приветливый.

В ванной комнате нет розетки и фена.

Erinomainen paikka.

Oli kiva, että allas oli ylhäällä ja koko ajan käytössä. Mereen oli myös helppo mennä vaikka suoraan aamupalalta. Erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Paikka oli rauhallinen ja kaikin puolin mukava.

Joku kauppa lähempänä olisi ollut hyvä.

The best and charming hotel I stay on koh Chang

The best value of my staying 4 hotels on koh Chang. More than my expectation. Beautiful white sand beach and mild sea water for swimming. Stunning viewpoint, warm and friendly staffs. They hang 2 bottles of water everyday on my door. Beside, very good Thai and the western style breakfast buffet included the price of room. The elevator is very convenient for the seniors with big luggage. Everything is good. More than my expectation.

This hotel provides very good breakfast. Still at present kitchen does not open for lunch and supper. You need to walk 500-700 meters or ride a motorbike to the restaurant on Main Street . The weather is hot during the day time this year. It will be wonderful if the hotel provides the catering services as before. I guess the pandemic has destroyed the business on this beautiful island. Still I recommend Kai Bea is the best and charming area on koh Chang.

Cisty hotel primo na plazi.

Perfektni poloha hotelu primo u plaze. Zaroven je az na kraji v klidne lokalite, ale jen asi 10 minut pesky na hlavni ulici plnou restauraci, masazi atd. Velmi cisto, bohata snidane - pouze masova jidla by nemusela byt studena. Pokoje jsou prostorne.

Zarizeni je starsi, ale to nam vubec nevadilo.

Sunset paradise

Right on the beach, nice pool, great sunset views, decent breakfast. Staff friendly. Nice balcony.

Long walk uphill to bars and restaurants. Eventually found out there is a golf buggy to take you to the main road but not advertised. No bar, just beer fridge in reception till 7.

Greate place with greater location.

The location is the best. Beach in front of hotel. Very quiet place only 500m from Main Street. 5minutes walk to shops/ restaurants. Swimming pool had a great view and was very clean.

The breakfast was a little bit monotonous.
