Worked out okay . Booked return for this September.

Food was okay. Very friendly staff.

Control of screaming children group. Air conditioning was loud .

Lovely stay very nice location.

Very nice customer service they allowed us to check in early. Lovely clean indoor pool that is nice. They had routine cleaning during our stay.

Hopefully they can have some gluten and dairy free breakfast options for people that have food allergies.

We popped in the Kennet Square, PA. Our first time staying at the home 2 suite, facility.

The cleanliness, & overall comfort was very nice.

I was very comfortable and everything was clean.

I liked that the staff were friendly and helpful. I was comfortable during my stay. Check in and check out was a very smooth process. I truly enjoyed being here, I will stay again when I come back to visit PA.

I don’t have any complaints.

It’s close to all the Brandywine spots we wanted to visit.

We arrived at night driving a backroad so it was difficult finding the main entrance to the hotel 🤪!!

Weekend prices too high, staff excellent, cleanliness good, would stay there again!

Close to Hwys, food choices close, breakfast was good, rooms were spacious, noise level at night was ok. Staff was exceptional! ( Give All Staff Raises)!

For a handicap room toilets needed to be higher for knee replacement people, Toliets base needs to be farther away from side of the walls at least 2-3 inches so you could get a walker leg between wall and toliet, or so thighs don’t touch toliet paper holders that are too low and too close to body area when sitting on toliet Toliet paper holders places further in front or past legs when sitting down or at least higher up on wall. I had to sit sideways so toliet paper holder brackets didn’t bruise or touch my legs. Hard to unroll paper if too far back and legs touch because too low. Both Shower heads hand held and permanent wall fixed need to have at least 3 pressure adjustments to water flow. Water pressure in both was very very poor, hand held especially was terrible for cleaning crotch area of soap or head of soap!

Great location, super friendly staff (Gunner)

convenient to the baseball fields our team was playing at. reasonably priced for the weekend we needed. Front Desk person, Gunner, was absolutely amazing!

left over food from previous person was in the fridge. No where on my reservation was it explained about the 125.00 incidental fee, this made it very inconvenient for us. we had to borrow the money as we were not expecting the charge.

Might be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far. everything about the hotel is great. the room was wide and spacious, the bathroom had everything we needed so did not need to call for extra. the staff (Gunner) was super sweet when checking in and we felt very welcomed by him. the breakfast is good. can’t get better than a normal breakfast. overall, I’d definitely comeback and recommend to others.

The extractor fan in the bathroom and the bedroom is noisy (35db) and runs constantly as it cannot be turned off.

The greetings we received from the desk clerk started off our stay in a very good way. The new , clean, comfortable couch was great. Breakfast was very well presented too.

The spaciousness of the room. The indoor pool and the continental breakfast were nice.

I wasn't told that our room only had a shower, which made it difficult because of having 2 toddlers.

Overall a great stay, in a great location. I’d definitely stay at this location again.

First night was great, but there were a lot of kids the second night running around. They were running through the main area, bagging on the keyboard in the business area, and in the fitness center. This behavior was not addressed by staff, or the parents.
