This is the second time we stayed in this hotel, first time was perfect. They put me on the ground floor, roomis in good condition but the hall way in front of our room smell bad, dog urine. And we found a 4 inches long centipede in the kitchen. I guess bcos the rain and we on the ground floor.

Staff was very friendly. There were computer problems checking in but the staff were so friendly I didn’t even mind the extra few minutes. This hotel is conveniently located and generally clean and safe. My only issue was that our room could have been cleaner. There were still crumbs on the floor when I entered the room and the curtain space divider was hanging halfway down. Otherwise it was great.

We were never made aware that the pool was not functional. My daughter was devastated. We literally picked this hotel over other cheaper options because of the pool. Very disappointing

The location is great , we are from the Midwest And wanted to visit Philadelphia, the Train station in WaWa the Septa train was great way to go downtown Philadelphia! The hotel was fantastic clean and breakfast was really good

will now write a review of this hotel and it will be very unfavorable. We left a handmade stuffed animal in our double adjoining room, called after we left but BEFORE CHECK OUT asking for someone to collect two stuffed animals that were 100 percent there because the cleaning had not been done yet. We called three times before writing this and getting the promise for a return call. Bottom line, broken hearted child and terrible service by a hotel simply refusing to open a room door.

This is our third or fourth stay here as we travel through the area to see family and we truly love it every time. The staff is helpful and professional, the cleanliness of the rooms - gym - pool - all around facility is wonderful and the breakfast is enjoyable for all of our family members.

It was great to come back. We stayed here 2 years ago around the same time. We enjoyed the annual gingerbread houses created by the staff. Very excited that there was gluten-free muffins, bagels and bread for breakfast options. The muffins and bagels were amazing. It was great having options besides fruit and yogurt. The room was nice. We loved have 2 beds plus a sofa. Makes it nice so you can relax watching tv on the sofa. The staff was very sweet and always had a smile.

We have used home 2 in glen mills a number of times . It has always been great. This time we had to cancel our reservation due to both my husband and I were very sick . It taught me never to book a non refundable room.

The staff was eother great or not...No in between. Facilities awesome. Breaksfast great especially for lobby food. Lobby comfortable to hang out in. Did not open fire even though weather appropriate. Lots located close.
