Buono!

Bagno pulito e spazioso (purtroppo il doccino era rotto). Camera bella, spaziosa, con terrazzino "vista mare", ma il mare non si vedeva perchè c'era un albero e un albergo di fronte, e questa cosa ci ha delusi un po'... Colazione discreta

Investirei un po' di più sulla colazione, parcheggio non sempre disponibile e in strada, il secondo giorno abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare un po' distante

Trop de bruits

Les chambres étaient conformes aux photos

L'accueil etait très froid meme si ce n'est pas bien grave. Ce n'est pas un hôtel en front de mer comme annoncé mais en front d'un café: beaucoup de bruit dans la rue car la chambre donne sur le café. Attention, ma femme s'est blessée sur la terrasse au 4eme pendant le petit-déjeuner.

Bonito hotel con vistas al mar

Habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa, el balcón con vistas al mar es un plus. El baño estaba muy bien, de la mejores duchas que vimos en toda Albania, la atención fue muy buena y nos dejaron entrar una hora antes. El hotel está en zona turística pero no en pleno paseo marítimo lo que para nosotros fue ideal para no tener mucho ruido y poder movernos en coche por la zona.

El desayuno repetitivo y con poca calidad en el cocinado, que la misma persona se encargase de la recepción, limpieza y preparación del desayuno hacía que todo estuviese hecho de forma básica, el no cambiar las toallas por ejemplo cuando claramente estaban usadas o que no hubiesen ni servilletas en el desayuno, imaginamos que se debe a que era temporada baja y quedaba ya lo justo.

Hotel goed, ontbijt drama

Kamers waren goed en netjes. Bij aankomst werden netjes excuses gemaakt voor het restaurant, deze moest nog gerenoveerd worden. H Hotel zag er keurig uit en ze deden hun best.

Ontbijt was dramatisch. Ondanks dat het restaurant gerenoveerd moet worden was het brood zo hard als een steen, de eieren etc leken er al dagen te liggen enz.. We hebben niet ontbeten en zijn naar de overburen gegaan; heerlijke koffie en prima sandwiches.

A hotel with exceptional staff and owner.

It was a good location. We could walk to the restaurants, beach and shops. It was just far enough away from the noisy area. The wifi worked well and we were able to get Netflix on the TV. The balcony had a lovely view. The bathroom was modern and the window opened. The lift is very modern and was essential as my partner has a physical disability. The staff from the girl who cleaned the rooms, to the breakfast help to the manageress were just lovely. They were so helpful. The hotel is modern and everything is very clean. The owner even took us to the ferry terminal when no taxi was available.

Some suggestions: Hooks for towels and a shower screen in the bathroom would be great. 4 star hotels normally have a safe in each room. I don’t like to have to carry my passport with me. A clothes drying rack for the balcony to dry your beach towels on would be great.

Very good experience, it was something totally new for us. The hotel was really beautiful, the employees really kind and helpful, the food amazing, beautiful rooms. Thumbs to the manager Esmeralda for taking extra care of us and handling everything so professional.

Very good hotel to stay in Sarande

- very friendly staff - free parking - location (7-10 minutes walk to the city center) - market is 100 meters away from the hotel - nice restaurants, cafes and pizzeria near the hotel - comfortable and spacious room

- breakfast is ok, but there could be more options - balconies are close to each other so you don’t have a privacy

Not sure it is worth the price

The hotel is in a great location, walkable distance from main area. The parking in front of the hotel does help a lot.

The towels and bath mat were not consistently changed. The towels that were placed in the room were also still damp. The cleaning of the bathrooms was not sufficient everyday. The staff member who works in the parking area disturbed us at midnight not able to speak English and still not sure what he wanted. The door bells of the other rooms are also quite loud and disturbing early in the morning.

Worth trying out if first time in town.

Location close to water and 800m from harbour and town square. Vew of the Ionian sea/harbour bay from premium rooms. Interiors have quality contemporary finish. Open air rustic restaurant with view on site.

Economy rooms have windows on sidewalk level.

Incredible location, could warn of unavailable services

The location is amazing! It is not in the center so there is not so much noise or people but it is an ideal distance to walk everywhere. The hotel, in general, is quite nice and the rooms with a terrace have a very nice view.

When we went there they were fixing the dining room so we had to walk to another hotel to get breakfast. The elevator was broken. The shower has no curtain or glass so the bathroom is completely wet when you use it. These are things they should warn guests about before they arrive.

Best place to stay in Saranda

We have choosed this option because of a good location and seaview balcony and never regret. We have been absolutely amazed with a big clean apartment with fresh renovation. Super friendly and hepful receptionist Esmeralda supported us online before arriving and helped a lot in person after check-in. Moreover, despite the fact that reception works till 23:30, she met as at 2 a.m. and even have sent taxi to pick us up from bus station. Additionally, the bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!

The hotel administration has started to threaten me because of a bad review!

The hotel administration has started to call on my private number, blame me and threaten me because I wrote that they had a very dirty room! Never ever book anything in this hotel! Original comment, after which they started to threaten me: The room was very dirty! Basically, there was no cleaning before our arrival. The floor was full of dirt, the toilet room was dirty too! Big shame for this hotel!
