Great for a group of friends!

The apartment is beautiful. 2 floors and a terrace.

The shower - the water inconsistently warm. Also not well made so some mold stuck to the silicone

The cleanliness was a problem : Dirty and sticky dishes, it was not washed properly, the bathrooms were not cleaned with a sense of responsibility. The furniture and all the things in the house are old, not as new as seen in the presentation pictures

Nice, but a little expensive for what it is

The beds were very comfortable.

The outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace was the main reason we booked this accomodation, and in the end we didn´t use this as it was full of cold, dirty water. The photos make the space look a lot larger. We had some problems in communication as we asked the owners to communicate with a specific guest (not the one who had booked the accomodation), which they did not do. This caused some issues with getting into the accomodation.

Año nuevo en Sevilla

Superb location and the Duplex was perfect for family of 5 with grown up children. We were visiting family, but a great base for visiting the Center, and all of Sevilla's fabulous landmarks and parks. Highly recommend these apartments and San Bernardo if visiting Sevilla. The hosts were excellent and on hand if we required anything all.

Very good

Excellent central location. You could walk around easily. The block itself was tidy. The flat had everything you need. Great for a city break. Liked the decor. We were happy with our choice.

One of the beds was extremely wobbly.

Good value, great location.

Excellent location. Quiet but with cafes and supermarkets nearby and just a short walk to the old town and the Alcazar The communication was also very good.

Clean, well-stocked apartment with amazing rooftop jacuzzi

This apartment is very comfortable for a group of friends - we were three adults and the two bedrooms were great. The kitchen is well stocked, even with some pantry items and the host left us some beer as a welcome. The jacuzzi is perfect for cooling off in during the hot days. Location is also great as you're not far at all from the main areas.

Fantastic location, great host, clean and comfortable.

Close to the city centre (12 min walk) and amenities, very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and helpful. The jacuzzi made our stay!

Wi-Wi was slow at times and we didn’t have hot water for showers on departure date.

Perfect location for exploring Sevilla

Excellent location, close to city centre and train station. Modern flat, main room very comfortable

It was very noisy the second room, and the payment is not directly through booking, they had some issues to get the confirmation of my payment even it was done almost one week in advance

Very spacious and neat apartment with 3 bedrooms, all with spacious and clean bathrooms. Apartment is walking distance to all sights in Seville

We have stayed at this apartment a few times and its a great location

Unfortunate this stay was not so good, the place is now looking tired and not so clean , we paid for the hot tub which they failed to say wasn't working which was very disappointing.. they knew it was faulty as waiting for parts so no excuses not to inform us.

March 2020 stay in Sevilla

We had booked two of their apartments for our group of 11 people, and the apartments were really nice and clean both having a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two separate beds. The rooftop terrace was amazing as the weather was nice. The place had good kitchen equipment to cook. Location is a little bit walk from city center but we enjoyed it very well. Thank you!

BIG MINUS that the jacuzzi in the other apartment didn’t work as this is one of the reasons why we booked the apartment... they said they were going to fix it but it felt a little like a scam and just a nice thing to have in pictures to draw attention. It’s okay tho because we had a really great stay without it as well. The only thing we wished we would have had was like basic salt & pepper and some oil in the kitchen when cooking.

Good

great location. Location made it very easy to get around. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Bathrooms updated.

Living area was not that comfortable. We were returning from a trip and wanted to relax. Not very comfortable for 3 of us to sit and watch tv. But, if you dont plan on spending time in the apartment other than to sleep, this would not be an issue. Also not too soundproof. We could hear people from other apartments.

Lovely apartment close to everything.

Great place, could do with welcome pack if arriving late and a map for convenience store. Also map about getting into town quickly. Need clearer instructions about hot tub this was rectified but we lost a days using it. This is a lovely place and I would highly recommend it.

A good time in Seville

Location, Staff, beds, bathrooms, service. Staff was very easy to reach, also supplying useful and helpful information about the surrounding area, restaurants and places. Beds were a dream - super mattresses. Interior tasteful modern and functional. Kitchen small but sufficient for a few days of roaming the city. We would have stayed longer and will return.
