Friendly place and value for money.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Was there before and I'm not disappointed. There are things to work on but overall stay was great.

Electric hob wasn't in good condition. Squeaky mattresses. I wasn't looking for forever home so that didn't bother me a lot.

the apartment in general has met the expectations in respect of value for money.

The host is very nice :) . Apartment is good located - close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Important thing: apartment has A/C and it works very well, you can switch it on just for 10-15 minutes and it becomes comfortable in whole apartment for the next 2-3 hours (tested end June-early July). In general, taking into account good price, the accommodation has met the expectations with minor exclusions that would be good to fix.

Joan, just to make the Selvapark apartanetos a better place a few things to mention: - would be nice to have wine glasses and a good knife - some furniture require fixing (like the door to the bedroom) - since it is required to wash the dishes, take care of kitchen cleanness, would be good to have a sponge, table rag and garbage bags available.

A good place to stay close to the beach.

the location and the staff were amazing

the Wi-Fi was weak in some areas of the room but in general everything was great!

Okay, it is what you expect for the price

Okay so, amazing location, it is on a walking distance to all the hotspots, not even 5 mins to the beach or the casinos and 10 from the downtown, the host was so so nice, its great for the price, that's all good I can say

Parking is a nightmare, if you are going on the weekend, you need to 100% pay the extra 10€/day for parking, otherwise you wont find any parking near, or cheaper, thats the best deal, also, it wasn't well cleaned, there were some blood stains on a door, the balcony door was broken, the ac didn't really cool down, but overall, was an okay stay

We stayed apt. 21 ( 3 people) its In a quiet location .. plenty of hot water. Kind receptionist. Priced ok.

Beds were uncomfortable .. tiny stove doesn't have enough space on it to cook a proper meal... 10 AM check out .

Good location, normal internet, clean apartment and nice bathroom.

Not good place for family. It was REALLY uncomfortable to sleep, because all nights was parties. No coffee machine, no washing sponge, trash bag.

One night stop over

Easy to find, secure parking. Central location near beach and shops but far away enough to be quiet, although it was December so town not busy with tourists! We stayed one night en route elsewhere, owner very friendly and helpful. Had to phone owner when we arrived, he came straightaway and was very friendly and helpful, pointed out essential places on a map, (medical etc) Flat was cleans and quite well stocked wit utensils. We didn’t use anything as went out for a meal. There is no tea/coffee etc though so need take your own for that first cuppa on arrival. Decor in places a little tired but overall clean and tidy, put u up settee was comfortable. Balcony was a good size and sunny
