We could check in a bit in advance which was really nice and as we had an issue the manager came straight to help. As the issue couldn’t be fixed she gave us a different room for the second night.
The first room we got was on two floors and not as bright and nice as shown in the pictures and had a bit of a musty smell in the lower floor.
3.0
location
quality of facilities, lack of basic kitchen utilities
5.0
Very good location. Nice layout of the apartment. Clean, practical.
The only critique was the bed, a bit too soft and the pillows too flat. But that is just a personal preference, I guess
5.0
Absolutely luxury location, appartment and everything
4.5
Location, amenities
Complex check - in process. Steep stairs inside

Great location, close to the main tourist places. You can walk around the center of Mallorca easily and leave the car in a parking not too far.
My only concern was when I needed to call the property, I needed a couple of calls to get an answer. Otherwise, easy check in, we were able to check in earlier what we really appreciate it

very clean, friendly staff and they were so helpful, right in the centre.

Location & terrace were excellent
Bathroom downstairs & shower didn't drain well. Air conditioning in bedroom not very effective.

Nice location in center.
2 key cards would be nice.
2.5
Location was great and loved the self check in computerized system; all very easy.
The bed and pillows had multiple hairs, makes me wonder if the sheets had been changed ...
Be advised that Room 3 'duplex' is actually ground + basement level so you're sleeping underground with a small frosted window the same level as the car and carriage wheels right outside. What appear to be humidifiers were chugging away but the water reservoir (pictured) was disgusting so immediately turned these off. The shower has a clear glass door and is 18 inches away from the bed, is narrow, small and needs a good clean. The sink is almost over the bed and the toilet rather bizarrely has wooden closet doors that don't meet; it is literally like peeing in a closet and far from discreet. Like so many trying to cash in on rental properties most everything has been done/supplied on a tight budget to meet licensing requirements over favoring the guest experience. IKEA has once again been the main supplier. Bed mattress (not IKEA) is cheap and full of loud springs - not uncomfortable, but not great. It was all a tad gloomy in there but as a base to sleep for 2 days sufficed. Supply and demand means we paid far more than it's actually worth. Dynamic pricing is evil, period. We would stay again only if there's no better alternative.

Location was just perfect, in middle of old city, but quiet to have a rest. All nice clean.
We booked room for 2 adult and 1 child (11 years) Extra bed / sofa bed was provided, but it was very uncomfortable squeaky sofa bed. We stayed only two nights, so we didn't bother to contact anybody, but we would suggest to upgrade sofa bed in our room.

Perfect location, great value for money

central location very good
Bedroom shelf damaged and roof terrace door could be better.

The location is really good for just staying one or two nights in Palma, with close proximity to the Old Town, the cathedral and others.
The pictures on booking.com and their website are extremely misleading. We arrived having booked two weeks, where I had to also work, so we were hoping for those very bright and sunny apartments as depicted in all their visual material and photos. Instead, we got basically a cellar apartment which was super dark, no natural light, and we had to have the curtains closed as it was right by the entrance where everyone walked in and out. The bedroom was one floor down with only two tiny windows that let no light in. The wifi was patchy so I couldnt work either. We managed to get another apartment at the very top of the building for two nights, before we gave up, as that was super dark as well. The apartments are located in a tiny and dark alley, so at no point does the sun shine in the way they seem to do in the pics. Not exactly what one is hoping for when coming from a dark country, Sweden, to soak up some sun for two weeks whilst working. The pictures are misleading, they are obviously edited, so we cut our losses and went someplace else, rather than stay there for two weeks.

The location was really great, everything was within walking distance , checkin was easy, the apartment is quite large and clean, the shower was amazing, but the drain does overflow so you cannot use it at full speed, be warned !!!
It was a little soulless, bland, deco, which needs updating as it’s looking quite tired, it lacked character considering it was in old town, the bedroom is large, but lacking a dressing table and a full length mirror, it’s kinda oddly put together, the sofa bed needs throwing in the bin, it’s the most uncomfortable thing in the world, would also be nice to be left a clean sponge for the dishes, we were left a used one ...

Spacious studio with excellent facilities in a great location.
The self check didn't work at first but a phone call soon sorted the problem.

Rustic feel, very spacious, good location near most attractions in Palma.
Nothing really.
3.0
The location was excellent if you want to stay in the old ton city centre, spacious, well equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, washer, microwave, iron, etc.
Checkin is super easy and everything is automated - so that's a huge plus when staying in apartments.
Cleanliness could be improved - the floors were full of hair and some dirt.
Whilst the apartment looks pretty in photos, it doesn't look so pretty in real life - because of the bad quality of the finishes.
I'd say the price was a bit more than it deserves.
3.5
The location was great! Right in the old city centre and a nice building.
Not clean at all, too bad because this makes your stay really not pleasant. We didn’t see anybody our whole stay, allthough the key machine was good. Pretty rooms, but there are missing some practical things like closets or small things like towel hooks. So the opportunities are there, but they didn’t use them.

Perfect situated to all the main places to visit like musea and historical buildings. But also the shops, bars and restaurants are at walking distance
The sofabed was a bit uncomfortable for my daughter, But there also was a sofachair, so the next night she changed to that and was perfect.

Amazing location, very central, nice narrow street, renovated old Mallorcan building. Had washing machine, dishwasher, nice bathroom. The host organized a taxi for us to the airport and let us check in early and check out a bit later.
It wasn't clear which apartment we booked from booking ad - it said only duplex, but pictures show different apartments and we didn't realize it is a place in the groundfloor with very little light, no balcony etc.. Could get noisy in the inner patio if someone is entering the gate late at night, but we didn't mind so much. There's no additional cleaning/towel replacement etc. unles you stay for longer period (it can be arranged if payed).

The organization was first class. The location was perfect. Nice duplex. Peace and quiet in the heart of the Old Town.
Nothing.
