Dit verblijf is voor herhaling vatbaar

De ligging te opzichte van het oude centrum van Metz. Het appartement. Het personeel waren allemaal perfect.

Het complex is niet gemakkelijk te bereiken met de auto. De aanvullende info die we kregen van de receptie heeft wel goed geholpen

Die Lage und das Frühstück sind gut.

Die Sauberkeit war unterirdisch. Das Personal informierte nicht, dass die Reinigung nicht während des Aufenthalts stattfindet und auch kein Handtuchwechsel.

Es ist o.k.

Die Lage des Hotels in einem aus der alten Tabakmanufaktur neu entstandenen Stadtquartier nahe an der Mosel ist ganz praktisch. Die Zimmer unterscheiden sich deutlich dadurch, dass manche einen Balkon haben und andere nicht. Ob man das Glück hat, so ein Zimmer mit Balkon zu bekommen, erfährt man beim Einchecken

Es gibt kein Restaurant und keine Hotelbar. Wenn abends nach 20 Uhr der einzige Getränkeautomat defekt ist, kann man nur noch Leitungswasser trinken oder das Haus verlassen, um eine Bar oder dergleichen aufzusuchen. Dass man an einer Hotelrezeption keinen kleinen Stadtplan bekommt, habe ich auch noch nie erlebt - jedenfalls nicht in Europa

Well-equipped apartment in the city

We stayed just one night at Odalys Metz, while we were returning home from our stay in France. The apartment was roomy, comfortable and well equipped, so that we could prepare our evening meal and breakfast and sleep comfortably. The location is central but very quiet, with park space all around. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they messaged us in advance, so that we knew how to check in and where to park the car. We will definitely return.

We liked everything and were well equipped ourselves. A dish towel and soap for the dishes would have been appreciated. Otherwise we were very happy with our choice.

The location is excellent, very close to the Cathedral. Other attractions (Temple Neuf, Opera, etc.) are also within walking distance. If your room is on the city side, the view from the terrace is also splendid.

The bed is a bit narrow for two people. There is no air conditioning or fan available (ironically, the quilt is very thick). It is a disadvantage in hot summer.

Toilet very obviously had not been cleaned, filthy under bed and someones dirty sock under there. We only chose the hotel because it advertised it had secure parking which I asked for by email and this was confirmed to me in an email from booking.com that the accommodation had confirmed this (the day before). On the way to the hotel I received an email from the hotel that the secure parking was "no longer" available. The receptionist was nice but could hardly speak English so there was no chance to discuss it. Very dissatisfied.

We had the impression as to be in the hospital - long white corridors, cold style of equipment.

Friendly & helpful staff, great central location, comfortable & clean. very good breakfast with healthy options. would not hesitate to stay again if in the area. Also pet friendly

Underground car park was very secure but found it difficult to find the allocated parking spot even with diagram provided

Never again!!

The hotel has a good and quiet location to the center you can walk in 5-10 minutes.

I only got one roll of toilet paper for one week (no idea if it was already opened or not). There was no other roll of paper in the room. Upon asking at the front desk, I was told that toilet paper is not included for a longer stay (1 week one roll?). Finally I got another roll, but hey what's going on? Should I bing my own or start searching for a supermarket during my business trip?? I travel often and have experienced quite a bit, but I have never experienced anything like this. That's not economical or environmentally friendly, it's just outrageous. The room has no air conditioning, but a very dusty and dirty fan. Otherwise, the room was very dusty and it smelled of smoke (although it was a non-smoking room). The room was not cleaned during the stay (1 week), nor was a trash can emptied. The breakfast is very monotonous and the choice is very limited.

A well priced, pleasant place to stay and reasonably close to the main city activities.

A decent size, modern and comfortable room - nice big window to allow cool air in (hot day). Good underground private parking. A helpful staff member showed me way to the tourist area.

In a pedestrianised area, so I had to park up and find on foot.

The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, the air intake was covered in months wortg of dust and there was some mold in the corners of the shower Very uncomfortable pillows

Great studio to stay in Metz

Clean room with a modern design. Good location, very close to Temple Neuf and city center. Equipped with a small kitchenette, including kettle/coffee machine/refrigerator/microwave. Spacious and clean bathroom, including the necessary toiletries.

Superb

Very cool concept, we arrived late and when we called their number some nice person guided me through getting inside the building and opening a safe which held the key to our room. Room was nice a spacious with small kitchen and some useful appliances. The location is also great, 5-10 min walk from the center of Metz, parking is 200 m away which was pretty convenient.
