Everything was great!
The set up was wood, sometimes the wood has its own smell which is not always agreeable maybe having room parfums or deodorant would make the room or lounge area smell nice.

The manager was incredibly friendly. Even helped me carry my mothers' baggage. ❤️

The ambience of the place is serene, and the rooms were with huge and comfortable beds. Also, liked the fact that I could warm anything that I wanted to eat through the availability of microwaves in addition to the tea making utensils.
Although there was an ironing board in the room, there wasn't any iron in the room. On asking for same around 21:00 ,I was advised that I could only get it in the morning, which then delayed me in the morning.

Staff was welcoming, they went all out to make our anniversary a memorable one. They bought us a card and box of chocolate.
Nothing I didn't like at all

My hubby and I were in awe of the location. The view is spectacular serene and almost ethereal when the mist covers the land just before sunrise , unveiling rugged terrain and magnificent landscapes.
The breakfast service was comfort meals prepared in a homely environment that added to the charm of the venue .
Very pleased with the ambience and welcome that we received...thank you Debbie for being so gracious and accommodating.
Will definitely make another booking soon.
Visit was too short.

The luxury tent was perfect for a refreshing gate away. I loved the atmosphere, trees, fresh air and the sound of birds in the morning.
1. The intercom kept saying "the number dialed dialed doesn't exist." 2. The contact number either went straight to voicemail or was not answered, there is no alternative contact. We were at the gate for an HOUR until another guest came and gave us the pin. The pin given to us on email did not work.
The place was great but ya'll need an alternative contact or the intercom must go to reception not someone who is not in the property.
Lastly when the wrong pin is punched in, there must be someway the intercom beep reaches the reception.
