It is a block away from all the village restaurants, shops and Sea front cliff path.
The property is set lovely manicured garden, large swimming pool, boasting an entertainers dream outdoor kitchen comprising barbecue, pizza oven an open fire pit set around a large built in seating unit additional with dining table.
Brilliantly located within a 5 minute walk to the village, Woolworth’s, Checkers and Spar for your convenience.
As such you don't have to drive into town to get your groceries. You can simply walk. This is a huge plus and something that is very often overlooked. Hermanus is a very popular tourist destination, with lovely quaint restaurants, art galleries and individually owner run shops within a few minutes walk from the house.
The house is set in a tranquil secluded wind free garden with a large solar heated swimming pool.
Two of the downstairs bedrooms lead onto their own pairs with koi pond terrace, creating a quiet getaway whilst still being on the property.
There is an elegant indoor Ardmore inspired dinngroom , a large Nautical themed luxurious lounge with TV and library, comprising light reading and selection of coffee table type books.
Our Hermanus House offers 4 large double bedrooms, all en suite with a bunk room for 4 children that has a separate W.C.
A super large , well equipped culinary inspired kitchen with seating for 4 at a kitchen table and 4 stools at a bar at the island. Double door fridge, wine fridge, smeg stove and double defy oven. Smaller appliances include, blender, toasted sandwich maker, air fryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and milk brother. Cutlery , Crockery and glassware for 12.
Numerous casserole dishes , salad bowls etc.
There is a lovely large outside patio with sitting area and fireplace/ barbecue, with direct access to the kitchen via french doors and an open counter height window, allowing for participation of kitchen use to the braai and patio. This patio can seat 12 comfortably at the outside dining table.
This house is staffed daily, with two members who rotate their days, giving guests a staff member on the property from 9am to 4pm. They will service rooms, tidy the kitchen and lay tables if required to do so.. Laundry facilities are available and staff will do this for you at one load per day.
Parking for 3 cars on site in tandem parking, and two cars on the road outside the house is available..
This home has solar power and inverters for uninterrupted power supply.
There is fast fibre internet access 24 hours per day.
