Tutto.

Very good location just outside Arles and with easy access to lots of places to visit. Nice to have a room that was like a mini holiday home with its own terrace and shared pool just a few steps away.
Noise (music) from entertainment in the complex on the first night. Our daughter's bed wasn't in a separate room but in a little alcove next to the entrance door and opposite the bathroom.

Reception was closed early and room was not made up - very tricky to get help and we ended up wasting time. Topped by party next door which did not finish until 5 am. But the location is lovely and the pool was beautiful - although we ended up too late to enjoy it.

Poor staff support. Lots of mosquitoes. Facilities are run down. Extra charges on everything they offered such as bouncy castles, mini golf etc. Doesn’t justified the cost.

there was nothing I liked
the holiday nightmare structure, dirty rooms full of insects, swimming pool and whole area seems abandoned, full of trash scattered in the streets in the surroundings, it is incredible you have to buy towels in 4 star residence. the first day I cried cause the place is so ugly, second day I decided to visit Provence to get away from this horrible place

it was ok
The mosquitoes were everywhere. very unpleasant. couldn’t have a good sit by the pool as you’re eaten alive by the mozzies! car park is a long way from the room, we had to drag the bags over a rough pebble track. no toaster. check in was a nightmare. was told they would be on reception until 5pm, arrived at 4.40pm, no one there, just a note giving us the code for the key box but the code was wrong, then argued with the person on the telephone trying to explain we couldn’t get the key from the key box.

Beautiful pool. Apartment was good.
Don't relay on GPS, use google map to find it.

Price to quality ratio is great. Rooms are very good (first had comfort room, then suite), nice pool, quite location, pretty good restaurant in the hotel. Ok breakfast. Nothing really to complain, 5-10 years ago this has probably been close to 5 stars.

The staff was friendly. The complex is nice with nature around. Free parking.
The room wasnt the one we made the reservation for which was a big deal for us and nothing could be done.
The pool open late and close early so we couldnt use it.
The kitchenette has no cleaning tools or products (it was not said on the property description) so not easy to use!
Room is not that big because the bathroom is huge so the size is the description is not that accurate if we consider the bed part.

Very big territory like in a forest. Big pools, good buffet restaurant (for additional price). Location can be either an advantage or a disadvantage depending on what you want. Without a car I don't know what to do there, because there's nowhere to go near. If you have a car it's about 7-10 minutes drive to Arles, and the place is really peaceful and quiet.
There is a small kitchenette in the apartment, but nothing at all for cleaning, washing etc, had to buy everything like tablets for a dishwasher and we used just 4-5 pieces from the box. No cleaning in the apartment but very strict rules for guests to clean it, again - nothing for that. And so many mosquitoes that we couldn't open a window, and,.. no fumigators provided.

Privacy on the terasse provided through bushes
Clear description where the reception is would be advantagous, since there are multiple hotels ftom the same company with similar names.
The description said when we should arrive however we had to call someone to get the key out of the safe because the reception was already closed on sunday.. That could have been told us beforehand (also the safes combination)

Nice location to spend a couple of days
It is far from the city of Arles (almost 1 hour walking), as there are few to no taxis or Uber cars..

We booked an apartment in Arles, a new visit and on reflection, our choice turned out to be a little unexpected in many ways. It is very out of the way, and Google maps misdirected us to the wrong location it seems but we managed to find it. It is a family holiday park with apartments and facilities that you can pay for, we of course were tired and just wanted a quiet stay on the hottest afternoon we had experienced on our travels. I explored the extensive foresty grounds - a lovely environment with good parking spaces and many modern buildings with little apartments. There are three 'hotels' on the grounds and a different one ran a restaurant which was 15 minutes walk away, I did not realise you could easily drive there, but the facilities were not very inviting to me, more like a holiday park with utilitarian facilities like tennis courts, a sauna and swimming pool, a laundrette, miles of driveways and walks, trees and carparks and clumps of residential apartments. As a family holiday park it serves well, but you pay extra to use the facilities that are not part of the hotel company you are staying with. Not my cup of tea, but the apartment was comfortable if plain, the TV played CNN which was nice.
To be fair, what we bought was an apartment and that is what we got. We did not avail ourselves of the many facilities that the holiday park offered and it is not something we would do, so we felt a bit out of place. But for a French family, I am sure that it is most suitable for an outdoor adventure without too much difficulty. We could not help but compare it to 'Hi-De-Hi' (a British TV satire with bossy staff running scheduled exercises).

Spacious, well equipped apartment
Plenty of facilities
Lack of toilet paper. Only one roll provided.
1.5
Bathroom: moulds in the shower, toilet-paper only half a roll without any spare reels. Room was not cleaned properly - lots of dust on furniture and curtains!
Cleanliness, no Kiosk or Restaurant on the area.
4.5
It was peaceful
It was mandatory to clean the room for ourselves that we have never experienced before during travelling. We did not know at first why the vacuum set up. It was ridiculous and terrible!!!
4.0
The grounds were beautiful, well-maintained. Apartment bigger than expected however when curtains drawn a bit claustrophobic in one room and curtain pattern very gaudy. Pools were beautiful and clean, especially the smaller one where we were staying. Overall great experience although not enough info about restaurants on site - when we went no food was being served and no menus in sight - even though there seems to be a lot of catering on site! Overall good base for seeing the Camargue. Would go back.
4.5
It's a great location in the middle of nature, not crowded and really peaceful. Pool was very nice and well maintained and there are opportunities for other sports as well.
Superficial cleaning in the room and on the balcony.
4.0
Apartment in resort, very peaceful with plenty of nature around. Quite large pool. Check-in and check-out quick and effortless, personal friendly.
The resort is part of a larger resort complex. Better and more precise direction to the correct reception (Les Gardiens, turn left at the signpost) would have been helpful
3.5
Good air conditioner.
Kitchen well equipped.
A good place for people who wants to experience a camping feeling. There are lots of activities in this village. Good for children and family holiday.
Because it is a wild place, there are many insects in the room. The quilt is weird... On the guideline of residence, it says that you should bring back all the bed products to the reception, but then we know that no need. not a good experience for us.
