A good place for 1 pax to stay near KSL

- The location is beside KSL, I can go through the loading and unloading bay that is directly opposite the home stay. - I can have a early check in. - Unlike the hotel and resort, I can take the grab that is directly outside - The staff is friendly

Nice little lodging , centrally located.

This is located right beside KSL mall which is surrounded by streets with many food options. The room despite small, is relatively clean and bright.

Payment by cash only, no option for payment via booking.com results in us using a part of our disposable currencies intended for spending elsewhere.

Location is good.

The location is perfect, free parking if you are driving. Staffs are very flexible with guest needs... After checkout you can leave your bag at the counter while you need to continue your shopping.

I visit at peak period and the room charges are expensive, probably there is an mismatch of expectation. I would say overall disappointed with all the 3 rooms, we booked. This is my 2nd time staying but its disappointed that they did not do a good job in maintaning the unit, compare to my 1st stay when they just open, everything is new, pleasant and clean. 1. The room have very strong smoking smell and cannot go away, not recommend for children or those with sensitive nose. Made my sorethroat and runny nose due to sensitive nose and sleep overnight in the smoke smell room 2. Room does not have windows, make the air cannot be circulated. The air doesnt seem clean as they only use air freshener to clear the foul smell in the room but it doesnt work. 3. The sheets are old, thin and smell, doubting they did not change the sheets at all. I still can smell others body smell on the pillow. 4. I would suggest them to install extract fan in the room unit for air flow circulation. Please get proper cleaner to do a better job.. It is a waste that the unit with such good location and did not attract enough tourist.

the location. - night the music from the restaurant etc is too loud. - morning the prayer wake me up. - suggest to make the room more sound proof room.

Location was just beside KSL Mall. Walking distance to eatery. It was just beside the pasar malam. Easy to check in.

The cleanliness. Saw some ants crawling along the corner of the door. The room smell like someone smoke in it before.

Room quality is ok only, but location is great.

Very near to KSL.

The photo looks cleaner than what we actually experienced. The room is not the cleanest if your expectation is similar to a legit hotel room, the walls aren't the cleanest, the toilets not scrubbed v cleanly. In terms of cleanliness, personally, it's below average. However, generally still livable. The room is v small too.

Poor soundproofing as the phone rings loudly past 11pm and even at 5am. A layer of dust on the tables when I clean with wet wipes. Only able to use 1 out of 5 power sockets. Some ants and flies on the tables. Leaky pipe under sink.
