Great place to stay in Naples!

The room was very comfortable, tastefully furnished, clean and in a great location. The staff and manager were all very friendly, helpful with great communication and quick to respond. Good selection for breakfast which we could eat in a small pretty courtyard area. We would stay there again. Their taxi driver Felice was also great - very prompt and friendly.

Nothing much to be negative about - the only thing was that we had rather noisy neighbours which were too easy to hear.

Stanza silenziosa e tranquilla

Posizione ottima a due passi da piazza Plebiscito. La colazione è varia sia salata che dolce con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti ma la stanza è stata pulita e con cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani.

Stanza pulitissima con un bagno non molto grande ma comodo. Materasso perfetto e ambiente caldo. Buona colazione sia dolce che salata. Personale gentilissimo e simpatico.

Da provare assolutamente.

Conosco già bene la struttura, è la mia metà fissa quando vado a Napoli, che dire il TOP. .in tutto, posizione ,accoglienza, pulizia per non parlare poi della colazione, tutti prodotti freschi ,non confezionati. Lo staff eccezionale, sembra di essere in famiglia . La consiglio ad occhi chiusi.

Un hostal que te cobra como un hotel.

La habitación era amplia y limpia. Con Toallas para todos. El Café del desayuno que era hecho en máquina expreso

Es un hostal sin recepción a partir de la 20h y te cobran 20€ si llegas más tarde por que te entreguen las llaves de la habitación. El desayuno muy justo. La ubicación tiene mala combinación para llegar desde Nápoles central. Y para recorrer el centro a pie, está un poco a desmano. Solo para dormir. En realidad bastante caro para lo que ofrece. Si fuera más económico sería más adecuado.

Un bel soggiorno in una ottima struttura

Struttura molto accogliente, belle camere pulite con ogni confort, tv, scaldasalviette in bagno . Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 in due doppie vicine in una parte riservata della struttura. Ottima pulizia e personale attento è disponibile. Buona la colazione con prodotti freschi tipici napoletani . La struttura si trova proprio dietro piazza del plebiscito a poche centinaia di metri dalla centrale via Toledo

Cosy and clean B&B with lovely staff, good breakfast and great location, but not calm and quiet.

The staff were extremely friendly, kind and helpful. The location was great once you understood how to get there without using the outdoor elevator, which closed early and then you were forced to make a huge loop by feet. This is fine once you know the way, but the first time took me close to an hour to figure it out.

Too much noise - the B&B is really small with 5 rooms all located on the same floor and linked to the main entry door and reception area. You can hear everything. People coming in and out, talking as there is an echo in the hallway. My room was situated next to the breakfast room, so the noise started around 7h. Also, there is a family apartment on the floor above the B&B, so you can hear the family and child stomping on top of your head.

La principale cosa che colpisce è l’estrema gentilezza dello staff: tutte le ragazze sono cordiali e alla mano. La posizione del b&b è fantastica, una traversa di piazza del plebiscito, a qualche secondo da via Chiaia con l’ascensore pubblico. Struttura pulitissima e confortevole. Gostamos de tudo!! A simpatia e atenção dos funcionários é espetacular. A localização não poderia ser melhor. Elevador em frente ao alojamento descendo diretamente na Via Chiaia. Quartos aconchegantes e tudo limpo. Pequeno almoço bem gostoso

Clean, comfortable accommodation with kind and helpful staff-close to the centre of Naples.

The layout of the rooms, the comfortable bed, air con, bottles of water. Great communication ahead of staying from staff. Really helpful with accommodating our requests to leave luggage after checkout and book a driver for our airport transfer.

The room was very close to the reception area and other rooms which meant that we were woken easily by loud noises from early in the morning. In addition to the cold breakfast, it would be even better if one hot dish e.g. eggs was offered too. Some fresh bread rolls and soft cheese would be great too.

EXCELENTE ALOJAMIENTO

La ubicación perfecta, cerca de la Plaza del Plebiscito y muy cómoda para visitar todos los lugares de interés de Nápoles.La limpieza y las instalaciones excelentes, y a destacar sobre todo la amabilidad de las chicas que nos atendieron, haciendo nuestra estancia muy agradable.Nos hemos alojado en Suite de luxe familiar "Plaza del Plebiscito" del 9 al 13 de Octubre,para tres personas muy cómoda y espaciosa, El transfer del alojamiento con Felice Varvella, nuestro conductor, fue fantástico, totalmente recomendable.

Very good location for beautiful Napoli

Very helpful staff, the transport from the station was organised by the staff and Felix who came to pick us up was very helpful. He pointed out the various places and also gave an excellent recommendation for a restaurant for the evening.

El personal fue encantador con nosotros. Nos dieron desayuno dos días que nos fuimos antes de la hora. Buena relación calidad precio

El colchón necesita un cambio, nos íbamos hacia el centro, y la cama sonaba muchísimo con solo sentarse. Con cada vuelta que dábamos en la cama, despertábamos al otro. Hay mucho ruido desde muy temprano ya que el personal llega a las 7.30 para preparar el desayuno y como es un piso, se oye todo. Los vecinos de arriba son muy ruidosos también. Menos mal que es un primero porque no tiene ascensor y subir con las maletas es complicado.

Napoli nel cuore

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni a Napoli soggiornando in questo b&b nei pressi di piazza del plebiscito. La posizione ottima, la pulizia della struttura, la disponibilita' dello staff ha contribuito a farci innamorare di questa stupenda citta'. Un grazie particolare a Felice per la gentile compagnia in occasione dei transfert da/per la stazione oltre per l'impareggiabile tour della citta' che ci ha consentito di apprezzare zone della citta' che non avremmo avuto il tempo di vedere. Superconsigliato.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Chiaia Suites and the hospitality.

The staff was so kind - huge thanks to Simona and Roberta for making us so comfortable! The bed was the most pleasant we had throughout our Italian trip. The room was extremely clean and spacious for a city room.

Excellent location, close to the city centre and the port. Felice who drove us to and from the airport was very helpful and gave us good tips for our journey ahead. Highly recommend this property for a small layover or a few nights stay in Naples.

Comfortable stay

Very pleasant stay, room was clean and tidy, comfortable beds, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast in the morning was good.

A little difficult to find, could do with a more obvious sign, no parking on-site. They have a deal with a garage 5 minutes away, 25 Euro for24 hours/overnight. Parking is pricey in Naples

Superb

All the staff were fantastic, very friendly and caring. The room was nice and well equipped. Beds were very comfy. Highly recommended and we will definetely come back.

Nothing wrong but unfortunately next to our room we had very noisy guests who decided to bring back the party at around 2am.
