Chambres bien sympas et bien agencées

- chambres propres, bien agencées. Déco sympa. - situation assez proche du centre dans un quartier populaire sympa. - salle de bain très propre.

- pas évident à trouver. La porte d’entrée est assez discrète, mais un employé est venu à nous, nous voyant plantés sur notre GPS.

Gerne wieder 👍

Super Ausstattung und perfekt für einen Konzertabend. Lage perfekt und S-Bahn vor der Tür. Selbiges für die Parkmöglichkeiten! Wir konnten die Flugzeuge beobachten und die Fenster waren top isoliert.

Frühstück einfach zu teuer- isst man nicht ab.

War ok , aber zu teuer für die Ungebung und das was wirklich geboten wird

Sehr bequeme Betten, gute Ausstattung, problemloser Check - in , freundlich zu Hundebesitzern. Gute ÖV Anbindung

Die Umgebung / das Stadtviertel ist absolut heftig. Als Frau traut man sich abends kaum raus. Parkplatz Situation an Abend katastrophal. 45 min Suche ist krass. Das App bräuchte mal eine Überholung zB an der Duschtür, im Bad und vor allem klemmt die Eingangstür zu den Apartments und kann nur mit Gewalt geöffnet werden. Vor dem Fenster läuft 24/7 ein Kühlaggregat.

Also Deluxe ist das wirklich nicht….

Flexibler Check in, komfortables Bett. Saubere Handtücher

Mit Deluxe hat die Unterkunft tatsächlich nicht viel zu tun, außer vielleicht das tatsächlich komfortable Bett. Die Lage mag praktisch sein, aber mein Auto wollte ich da nicht stehen lassen. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock eines dunklen Altbaus ohne Aufzug. Die Ablage in Bad war sehr staubig, die ist schon länger nicht mehr gewischt worden. Kein Wasserkocher, nur Kaffeemaschine. Das Geld definitiv nicht wert. Schade. Kein WLAN, was erst am Anreisetag kommuniziert wurde.

Great communication and code system to get access. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Very clean. Only two tram stops to the exhibition center.

Very small room. No desk/table. WiFi not working.

Extremely soft bed, no air-con, very hot during hot day.

great stay in a comfy, clean room with a good sized balcony.

the balcony is a nice size and the bed is SO comfortable.

the room was smaller than expected and access is only via staircase.

good beds 3minutes from a train station that takes you to the centre in less than 10 minutes free parking in the area

wlan was available but did not work. had a nespresso machine but no coffee cups men hanging rond near the entrance smoking

Very good

Nice clean and newly built apartment. Several flights of stairs to 4th floor. No lift available. Location excellent, about 20 min walk to Dom. Tram stop right outside apartments. €3.20 to city centre.

No lift. Useable area of apartment less than the 60sq.m. quoted.

Great rooms but could be a little better

The room was stunning and the bed very comfortable! Hotel was close to 2 main transport locations. Very easy to get to the center

Check out time is too early. We stayed for 2 nights and after the first night our door was opened at 9.50 without knocking while we were sleeping as there are no locks from the inside. The room was made for just 1 person (1 cup, 1 bath towel) they brought an extra towel the day after.

No water(( we couldn’t have shower in the evening, neither in the morning((( there is no information that apartment is on third floor with No elevator. we would not book if we knew all this. Wasted money and spoiled day(

Great apartment conveniently located in Cologne

The apartment is beautifully designed. It was very clean and had everything we needed. On top of that it is perfectly located, right across a tram station.

The only negative were the pillows

Nice 1 Bedroom Studio, located next to the TRAM 3 in a suburban area.

I hate hotels and this is an appartement. No staff, no reception, you just enter a code on the door and you gain access to the building then you need to walk the stairs to the first floor where you enter a code again and then a final door to get to your room / Appartment / studio

Nobody was there to greet me I had to find the access code in one of the emails sent via the booking system. Although, I prefer appartement to hotels, I want to share that in this case is a bit extreme because you are on your own. Nobody to look after you.
