Wroclaw is sincerelly nice city and good place to stay, but not in City Central Hostel! Never again.

to be honest, the only positive point for me was location, where actually there are several option to stay with discriminantly better offer and service quality

what I really was confised with and upset it is poor service level, missed bathroom in the accomodation, for unreasonably high price 256 zl. No breakfest and parking place, dispite it was checked on via booking com web. No hot water! The outside promoting picture on the website does not fit to reality at all. Real one is different in worse.

The room was clean and nice. Very good location and they have a washing machine.

The luggage storage is somewhere else. You need to walk around 10-15 min to leave your luggage and pay 20 PLN per luggage. In my case, the location of the luggage storage was very difficult to find. Once found, there was no one in the reception and I needed to wait in the front door. They did not pick up the phone calls. Finally after some minutes came the technician guy and let us store the luggage in one place shouldn't be storage. In the end, we still needed to pay the full amount.

Exceptional

I am staying at this place regularly, because the location is just perfect, staff is super helpful and friendly, the place is clean and what I like the most is continuous improvement for quality and comfort which is great! :)

Location was great. Beds were good. Bathroom was great.

There was fridge and kettle on the corridor but there was no kitchen. It would be better to have at least one common kitchen place for whole hostel. If you will use the room only for sleeping, then it is ok. But if you want to sit anywhere, you have to use beds since the room is tiny and there is only one chair and small table.

Perfect location in the city center

You get what you pay for, but the rooms are smaller then they look like on the pictures, it's hard to dress for 2 persons at the same time. Also we expected to share the bathroom with maybe 2 other couples, not a lot more people which caused us to wait quite long to get ready for the day in the morning.

The stay was managable for one night, maybe few more, just beacuse of the excellent location.

The location was excellent, just in the city center. The room itself was fine for a night.

The hotel staff failed to mention that the actual reception of the hostel is 10 minutes away from the accomodation, although they called me every day in advance asking when I will arrive. If you wish to leave your suitcase at the reception, it costs 5pln. The receptionist working was left alone in charge although it was her first day. There was no actual staff at the location of the room, and we had to ask to be resent the code to the room a few times because they missed it. The walls inside were very thin and you could hear everything, from the shower, toilet, other guests etc. There is some sort of kitchen in the same building which gave off a really strong smell all thoughout the corridors, and the building was a bit stuffy in general.

1 bathroom for 4 rooms- waiting hours for free. Tiny room. Bed not big enough for 2 people. Not even small mirror in room. Not possible to close balcony window.

In order you ll need to pre pay Insurance deposit amount +-30$ + amount for room. Administration wrote that they ll get back deposite after check that with room all ok in 24 hours, but after they wrote that they can give back money in 14 days. 14 days finished 3 days ago. Nothing , just stolen money. I dont recommend.

There were like 7 people in a small room like mine next to my bedroom and the children ran in the main hall and screamed and cried all the time, I couldn't rest even when the place physically was ok.

The location was perfect for me.

Entry code at the main door at the hostel. I got the code only for my room not for the main door. I have to try a lot of time n check my Email alot of time just to enter the main building.

Stay in Wroclaw

The pillows and bed were comfortable. We had air conditioning in the room which made it comfortable to sleep.

We were only given one roll of toilet paper for two people during a 3 night stay. There wasn't a trash bin in the room nor were any toiletries provided. The bathroom had a bad smell and there wasn't a mop or anything to clean up after a shower.

Shower was leaking and floor was wet most of the time There is no actual person to ask questions/front desk and reaching someone was difficult except PM through app No avaliable fan-s (due to previous guests breaking it?) Breakfast would better pay off to buy separately since there was only 5(ish) options Ants
