Es fing an mit der Schlüsselübergabe Alles nur per Wats up man musste alles schicken Pass Foto dann Unterschreiben ip experte ist auch nicht jeder hat 3 Stunden gedauert bis ich im Zimmer war denn der Zugang nur mir Elektronischen Schloss das aber zu 50 % nicht funktioniert hat dann die Sperre es wurde nur englisch gesprochen und das im Land wo Deutsch Mutter Sprache ist Klima Anlage war nur Deko keine Möglichkeit zu benutzen Bad war nicht gerade sauber es war ständig laut von 1 Uhr bis 5 Uhr Konnte man schlafen Dank Ausländer Die Betten fühle mich wie in den Jugendherberge kein Fernsehr Kleine Küche ohne Geschirr Besteck Töpfe Üble Gegend wie in Neukölln Herrmannstr

Everything, bad communications with the owner, very bad facilities- no towels, plates, spoons etc. Broken cupboards, non-working air-conditioner. The refugees lagers propose more comforts. In the end, it is cost 130 EUR per night. No more comment.

Zanim dostalismy kod do drzwi pobralo kaucje w wysokosci 100Euro z karty, bez tego nie ma mozliwosci wejscia. Brakło informacji o tym. Zwrot Kaucji pomniejszony o 50zł nie wiem co to za opłata. W Lodówce pozosawiono jedzenie po gosciach. Miesjce tylko na szybki nocleg

Die Terasse war super und die Raumaufteilung

Im Grunde ist es eine Notfall schlafstelle,da viele Dinge fehlten was aber wichtig sind nicht ok war z.b Duschkopf kaputt Keine grossen Handtücher obwohl es steht in der Ausstattung Ick kann nicht sagen es war dreckig ,aber auch nicht sauber. Kein Personal war erreichbar Klima funktioniert nicht Die Fenster kann man nicht mal kippen,da alles kaputt Es ist einfach sanierungsbedürftigt.

Jednoduché, ale funkční

Ubytování je ve výborné lokalitě, pár minut od metra U1. Prostředí okolo je čisté, bezpečné, blízko jsou obchody s potravinami i dětské hřiště. Samotný apartmán je vcelku čistý, postele pohodlné. Přikrývky byly velmi tenké, ale i tak nám bylo spíš horko. Bylo tam v noci ticho. V dané ceně jsme nic lepšího nenašli, je to sice dost jednoduše vybavené a trochu omšelé, ale klidně bychom přijeli znovu. Pokud člověk dopředu ví, že veškerá komunikace probíhá online - check in dopředu přes jejich portál a pak i check in na místě jen přes obrazovku v recepci, a pokud čte jejich pokyny ve zprávách na bookingu a řídí se podle nich, tak vše běží hladce. Auto jsme tam neparkovali, protože bylo na jejich garáž příliš velké - to jsme si ale s ubytovatelem přes zprávy vykomunikovali dopředu. Nechali jsme ho na P+R parkovišti na konečné metra U1, jen jsme se tam každý den museli zastavit prodloužit parkování. Je to ale docela blízko (jen pár zastávek) a finančně jednoznačně nejlevnější varianta. Kauci 100 eur nám vrátili na účet hned v den odjezdu.

Apartmán není moc dobře udržovaný - zasloužilo by si to vymalovat a opravit drobné závady. V apartmánu pro deset lidí bylo u stolu jen pět židlí a z toho jedna rozbitá. V kuchyni jsou sice funkční sporák, trouba, mikrovlnka, lednička a asi i myčka (nepouštěli jsme ji), ale není tam vůbec žádné jiné vybavení. Ani lžička, hrnek či talířek. Ubytovatel by na to měl důrazně upozornit. My jsme si to přečetli v recenzích a vzali si své vlastní kempingové vybavení a neměli jsme tím pádem žádný problém. Jinak je kuchyň hezká a v pořádku. V jednom z pokojů nešlo otevřít okno, což bylo nepříjemné, protože koupelna byla lehce cítit a vyvětrání po příjezdu v ostatních pokojích hodně pomohlo.

De ruimte had voldoende bedden zoals aangegeven. De lift was ook een pluspunt (maar gaat wel wat traag) er zijn voldoende opbergmogelijkheden om kledij weg te bergen. Het aparte toilet is ook een pluspunt. De opgemaakte bedden bij aankomst is ook fijn.

Bij aankomst is er geen fysieke host aanwezig, alles gebeurd in het onthaal met een scherm... eenmaal we in het appartement binnen kwamen, verschoten we ons in welke 'afgeleven' staat het app was. Geen microgolfoven... geen keukenmateriaal of poetsgerief aanwezig... enkel een vuile vaatwas met nog vies bestek in de bovenste lade. Sommige ramen gingen niet meer open of volledig dicht... een brandplek op de parket boven... de ramen waren niet gewassen ( ik begrijp dat dit een moeilijke plek is om de bovenste ramen te wassen, maar het zag er maar vies uit) Er werd gezegd dat er een wasmachine aanwezig was en dat was ook zo maar die werkte niet meer...

Überall Dreck, haben es genau 1/2 Stunde dort ausgehalten und mussten dann zu einem sehr hohen Preis natürlich neu etwas finden mit 2 Kindern. Fenster konnte nicht geschlossen werden - UG direkt an der Straße. Kaum 20m2 für 4 Personen ohne Lüftungsmöglichkeiten, Kein Tageslicht nur Abgeklebte Scheiben. Toilette dreckig, Wände und Boden , die Handtücher waren auch dreckig Einrichtung teilweise kaputt- Regal / Schrank. Absolute Frechheit

Non sono stati corretti. Dal primo momento che sono arrivato, ho capito che non era una struttura seria, perché non c'era NESSUNO. Il check-in era da fare al civico affianco, ho dovuto a chiedere ad un passante dove farlo, perché non era indicato da nessuna parte. Dalle foto sembravano bello, ma è tutta un'altra cosa. Nelle fotografie c'era un salotto con divano e televisione, ma non in casa. La casa era LERCIA. Sia muro che pavimento che tende che lenzuola erano sporche. (Allego foto) Funzionavano solo due caloriferi piccoli. Faceva freddo. Ho provato a contattare al numero e ha risposto un bot una volta e alla seconda non hanno proprio riposto. Sono andato al banco check-in (non c'era nessuna persona fisicamente, ma uno schermo collegato). Il dipendente collegato non ha voluto darmi assistenza. Mi ha spento il monitor molto maleducatamente. Senza dare nessuna assistenza. Ci hanno rovinato la vacanza.

Lokacija odlična, blizu centra. Čist apartman, jedino mana sto je ulični ulaz.

Sam način komuniciranja nije jednostavan za nekoga ko prvi put dolazi. Mi smo dodatno imali problem jer je Booking otkazao placenu rezervaciju. Ovo se drugi put desava od strane Bookinga i vec sam napisala da je zaista sramota. Uspeli smo sa gazdom da se sporazumemo i nekako su nas pustili, dobili smo kljuc. Svakako cu se vratiti na ovo mesto ali ne preko Bookinga.

Jastuci u apartmanu losi. Sve drugo odlicno.

Tolle Wohnung mit Potenzial, nur leider sehr schäbiger Zustand

Konnten kein Frühstück machen, da die Küche sehr spärlich ausgestattet war.

Schmutzige Wände, verdrecktes Ceranfeld, fehlendes Fensterbrett und Geschirr, fehlende Abdeckungen (Geschirrspüler), kein Handlauf beim Stiegenaufgang, keine Absperrmöglichkeit der Appartmenttür von innen (bei kl. Kindern), kein TV, versperrter Zugang zur Terrasse (vermutlich wegen Wasserschaden), durchhängende Couch und durchhängendes Zusatzbett im Wohnzimmer, Delle in der Badezimmertür, schiefe Badewannenverkleidung, kaputte Kanten bei Esstisch, billigste Kissen, Tuchenten und Bettwäschen.

It is ok, but in case of any need or some problem, you will most probably get no help.

The apartment was close to Main railway station. Air conditioning worked, it was not noisy at night. You could tell, that the hosts are trying to keep the apartments in shape, but it also includes the people staying there to behave. If you are lucky and have no trouble during your stay, it is ok, but in case of any need or some problem, you will most probably get no support...

There were many groups of people(Spain, Netherland, Serbia, Italy...) outside the building having troubles getting in to the building including us, the instructions were very poor, there is no person at the reception, just the remote-controlled notepad in kiosk, but the information it was giving, was not clear nor enough. It took us all 1 hour to check-in. Who ever tried to call to host by phone, could not reach and did not get the answer on phone at all. Some tips: be carful with the has tags in passwords. To open your room-door you need to tap on the black surface above the handle so the numbers will appear. The shape of the apartment was a bit worn off.

The rooms are good. Bed linens were not clean.

In my opinion there were no basic things in kitchen and bathroom. Oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee mugs were not provided. I needed to buy every small things. Though dishwasher and washing machine were there but no capsules or detergent, so useless. Even toilet paper roll in toilet was in holder and that too half. No additional rolls kept in the apartment.

It is not worth the money! Rooms were dusty and dirty, there was broken furniture and bed sheets were yellow and musty. The check in like a bad joke: despite prior registration you have to queue and check-in again on the tablet (there is no staff at the reception) it was very tedious and annoying.

From the service, the accommodation, the cleanliness of the apartment, you don't know what is worse.. I chose an apartment with a large bed and got a small room with four small bunk beds.. There is no possibility to change the apartment. since there is no one there, just set up the phone number where it says not to call, just send a message.. it happens only after 3 pm (so you don't have time to see what the apartment is like, it's like running away and finding another one).. A lady who appears there is very rude and she will charge you 5€ if you want to leave your things for 2 hours if you came earlier, but she won't show you the apartment 😇 (at the main train station 24 hours costs 2€) The bathroom stinks and the shower sprays everywhere so you can't even you take a bath normally.. the hair dryer is malfunctioning only for decoration in the bathroom, everything in the apartment is dirty, full of dust and cheap.. probably invested 20€ in all the furniture.. My advice is that it is better to sleep on the bench next to Belvadere Park than if you pay for this accommodation, you will have more pleasure... I have been in a lot of hostels and hotels, but I have not seen worse accommodation. Overall, a big NO with the overall experience with this apartment. Fear and horror...
