location & design of the flat

-poop smell -Boiler: only one person could shower and then it was getting cold, contacted Landlady and only got a response on our last day saying she didnt see the message. Message was sent within seconds or chatting. -Door handle broken -No extra towels -Elevator broken -Mold inside AC

Passable

Location is great. Living area is spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfortable

Dishwasher would not work. Owner slow to respond to questions. Sink in main bathroom blocked. Some cockroaches in the bathroom. Builders in the apartment below us on week days making a lot of noise.

Look cool but an awful experience in the end

The location was great as it was next to the "Las Canteras" beach. The apartment was fully equipped plus having a affordable parking in front of the apartment is a plus

The cleanliness was not great when we arrived as we can see dust in several parts. However, I could accept that but the worst was when just after arriving I found a cockroach inside the dishwasher, we found 3 of them the following day in the kitchen and ta bathroom and to make things completely bad, the last day we found one in the ceiling of the master bedroom, We talked to the property during the morning, the option was to fumigate the apartment but in the end it was not possible because we have a little son but they did not say anything till we were back in the evening and not further action was taken while we stayed there, I would have expected some proactivity as the situation didn't help to feel comfortable at the apartment. One of the reasons, to book this place is because it looked modern and well maintained and I would have expected some high standards in the apartment maintenance.

great place to stay for our week in Las Palmas

lovely apartment in a great location with fantastic internet. access to a garage a few doors away from the apartment for 35 euros a week.

Good

- Comfortable bed / pillows / sofas in the living room - Well equipped kitchen - Stable wifi (I worked one week from home and the internet connection was excellent) - Location (next to the beach, close to supermarkets and restaurants) - The apartment is very spacious - Very clean

- Cockroaches in the kitchen (I saw 2 over 14 days; it seems to be a common problem in town in general) - Communication with the owner - In the walk in showers water was spilling all over the floor

Could have been cleaner. Drain smelled. Only one teaspoon left. Host offered to arrange pick-up to get to the airport, which didn’t arrive, so we took a taxi

The entire apartment is amazingly huge, facilities are great as is the location and the hosts are amazing.

Not recommendable

Location

The management is pathetic. We've been allocated into an apartment with considerable issues, some including an unfixable leaking toilet. We've also been left without any blankets for nearly a week being cold at night and not being able to sleep. This is beyond mean when you have a child involved. The manager is by far the most unfriendly host I have ever experienced in all my travels around the world.

It's a pity to see a nice flat on a good location in a sad condition, not being maintained at all.

The flat is on a nice location, close to the beach and is large and comfortable in terms of space provided.

Meeting the host after having confirmed and paid booking didn't happen and we had to look for another place to stay with whole family (kids 2 & 0,5 yo) on the firs night. She just said, we are not coming today, call Booking.com. The flat has things that doesn't work / are damaged but nobody cares. We let the host know about everything, nothing got fixed. Cutlery not complete - no knifes at all, no small spoons. Dishwasher stopped working after 4 days. Doorbell kept ringing randomly every 10 - 20 minutes. Door to the laundry room stuck, handle broken. Wifi password provided wasn't working...

Not well maintained

Great location, very spacious property, all white goods you may need. A good selection of kitchenware. Step-free access to the property. Bedrooms are isolated from the noisy street. In general, the property has a great potential.

Host communication could have been better. The property is not well maintained, some items need repair (i.e. door handles/locks, sewage, bathroom doors). Cleaning standards could also be better (very dirty floor on arrival). Unfortunately, one of these properties was booked for a 2-day Christmas party in the middle of our stay with loud music and smoking through the night. Due to the construction of the building all the smoke went to the flat we stayed in.

Comfortable and spacious apartment, right at Las Canteras beach

The apartment was fantastic. At an outstanding location (Las Canteras Beach just 50m away), all nice facilities near you, and very spacious and clean. I came to write a book, and the space and comfort of the apartment (with the strolls and tapas around the corner) gave me good inspiration. The apartment is on the second floor, there is an elevator, and it is a quiet place. La Poema del Mar aquarium is on walking distance. Las Palmas has excellent bus transport, too.

Very good with room for improvement

Location very good, well equipped, very spacious, a bit of seaview, parking garage very close to apartment,

Could be cleaner (for luck, there is a vacuum cleaner inside), several things are damaged (e.g. missing door handle at entry door), WIFI is not the best everywhere in apartment, communication with host is very rudimental + handover of keys was 20 min late, baby chair and bed were missing (and the chair was very dirty when brought)

Terrible. Fraudulent posting don't stay

The description of the property is false. It is a shared house its is not priovate and you can not easily use the facilities. Parking is a nightmare

Perfect location for an active holiday in Las Palmas

Very good position, near the beach Las Canteras, shops, bus station. The owner who keept the contact with us only on the phone, was open to our needs. We had all the utilities in the apartment.

The smell of pipes from the bathrooms, especially in the night.
