Wohnung in Zentrumsnähe mit Blick auf die Donau und vollständig digitalem check-in.

Man muss wissen: der check-in ist vollständig kontaktlos, sprich via Webformular. Hochladen eines Bildes des Ausweises, Selfie hochladen, kein Schlüssel sondern Zugangscodes. Für digital erfahrene Personen sehr gut, für digital weniger Erfahrene problematisch. Bei der Buchung war das nicht klar. Für mich war es kein Problem, für ältere Personen wäre es sicher ein Problem. An der Unterkunft gibt es keine Prakmöglichkeit. (Das ist OK, das wurde auch vorher klar kommuniziert. Parkhäuser, z.B. Parkaus Schanzl, sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.) Das Appartement ist sehr groß, mit Küche und bequemen Betten und Schlafcouch. Zimmer mit Blick auf die Donau. :) Das Zentrum ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Okolica ładna, piękny widok z okna. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Łazienka w porządku z ręcznikami i kosmetykami, przyborami. Łóżko duże wygodne. Dostęp do internetu. Brak sąsiadów. Bardzo ciepło, ogrzewanie podłogowe.

Skąplikowana rejestracja. Brak netflixa. Problem z miejscem parkingowym . W kuchni trochę mało miejsca do przygotowania posiłków i suszarki na umyte naczynia. Brak suszarki na pranie żeby rozwiesić np. ręcznik po kąpieli. (Jest pralnia na parterze )Niedokładnie posprzątany pokój. Od 6 rano za oknem już jest głośno przez ruchliwą drogę.

Alles super wirklich. Keine Beanstandungen. Tiptop sauber, schön, alles da was man braucht. lediglich parken kann ein Problem sein. vorher schlau machen wo man seine Karre abstellen kann.

Für einen Kurztrip ist die Wohnung in Ordnung.

Die Lage abgesehen von der davor liegenden und sehr stark befahrenen Straße(was uns bewusst war) war schon gut. Herrlicher Blick auf Passau! Fahrstuhl da sich die Wohnung in der oberen Etage befand.

Küchenausstattung war für uns sehr sehr schlecht, wenig Besteck Gläser und Tassen sowie Töpfe. Kein Wasserkocher und kein Stöpsel für die Spüle waren vorhanden. Duschschlauch zum Duschkopf undicht.

Noise of traffic, no aircon,very hot, no kettle, no extras, codes for door did not work and caused inconvenience. Would not recommend.

Perfect location to wander Passau

Very clean and we appreciated the extra space of an apartment over a room. The view and location are excellent. Tasteful presentation with quality bedding m want a comfortable rest. The managers were very helpful.

Superb

Kids loved the space and using pincodes to enter building worked very well.

Parking for cars is relatively far away (+400 m). But still a great spot with a beautiful view on Passau / Danube.

Fine if you don't drive

Internet, heated floors, elevator, and coffee

Had to park 20 minute walk from facility and walk in rain. When you just say no parking you should state absolutely no parking. Since not a single food establishment close to the room another 20 minute walk for dinner. When leaving in the morning the traffic is horrible and dangerously parked with hazard lights to quickly load car without getting hit.

The place was spacious, had a fully equiped kitchen, the gifts bag was amazing and a cool little detail.

The advertised balcony was a door with a rail right next to it, couldn't even drop a coin there. The sofa bed was very wobbly and it didn't inspire sturdiness, but overall it was comfortable.

Great shower. Pleasant stay once in suite. Mgmt inability to deal with emergencies unacceptable.

The shower was particularly and positively outstanding. Water pressure, temperature and temperature regulation, ease of opening and closing the shower doors, containment, and quick drainage of the water, easy manipulation of the water temperature and pressure, and consistency of temperature and pressure throughout the time in the shower were ALL EXCELLENT.

The entry pass code issues were the downfall of the process. The hotel is in a very nice part of the city, BUT it was quite a walk from any stores, restaurants, information locations of any kind. Therefore, the issue of access to the outside door and the room was of utmost importance. Once, my passcode did not work on the outside door, once for the other access code to the door of my suite. I had no telephone access, and the off-site management staff did not work 24 hours as I had been promised. No immediate personal responses to my messages for assistance. Lots of appologies later on. But when you have luggage or groceries in your hands at the door to your appartment or to the building, that is not sufficient. The policy of providing nice accomodations at a nice price, but with no one there to help in these kind of emergencies, is what will lead me to not using these kind of hotels with "off-site management/service providers " in the future. Also, on a very minor issue, there was no apparent way to change the language which was either, in German or dubbed over in German, despite pressing the button for other languages in the language menu. Doing that, the language might change for a couple of seconds to the original program language, but then switch back to German. The hotel did have the promised washer and dryer, but the laundry room was not at all pleasant. I preferred to wash my clothes in the sink in my suite, and dry the clothes on knobs, handles and over doors of my suite during my stay,

It was basic but adequate for our purposes.

I had trouble with the access code -- there are two parts to it -- and called for help. I was sent the code I needed right away. There were no clean towels when we arrived. I made a phone call and somebody delivered towels within fifteen minutes. Bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were great. We didn't do any cooking so I have no comment on the kitchen facilities, except for the lack of a microwave -- see below.

The access code requires German internet or phone, which isn't convenient for somebody arriving from the US. I asked if I could get the code early, but I couldn't. So I floundered a little, but eventually got in. No microwave. We had leftovers and couldn't heat them up. Used towels on floor of shower. No clean towels -- had to call for them. Shower didn't have any shelves or place to put your soap or shampoo. The overall place is a little more bare bones than I was expecting. But it's functional.

Light in bedroom did not work. Bathroom door did not open fully as catching on floor. Could do with a microwave. Located close to city amenities but on "other" side of river in a neighbourhood that's not particularly attractive. A lot of road noise despite excellent double glazing. Entrance only via electronic code. OK if devices always have power

It's the kind of apartment you'd want to have breakfast in, or play games at night, spacious, cosy.

There were welcome packages for each guest, that included eye masks, earplugs and a note. The apartment is as seen in the pictures, and the small balcony was a welcome space for reading. The large bathroom was fully stocked and cleaned. The kitchen too.

Not a dislike, but a note, as it may affect some travellers- the location is across the river from the Old town, so at least a 15 minute walk from the bridge, if you're all fit.

Bright, sunny apartment. Equipped kitchen. Spacious unit. On the third floor but with elevator

next to the woods. lots of bugs and mosquitos. bring repellant. No bus stops close by. Be prepared to walk

The size of the apartment was surprising.

No parking..therefore a long walk in the rain to park the car and back again, the apartment was tired, grubby marks on the walls, dusty, and although it had under floor heating that was off which resulted in wearing coats and wrapping up in blankets.☹️

Something was broken, it was reported on the first day of the stay and confirmed to be fixed but nobody showed up to resolve the issue. The shower was barely to be used :-(

Pleasant for a couple of nights

Barrier free access by lift to 3rd floor with a double pram. Comfortable beds. Good Internet connection. Fine view across the river.

Close to a busy main road (therefore traffic noise) and not easy to find parking nearby to load and unload car.

NO reception. Self checking.

Booked for four people and was not prepared for all. Only for 2 people. The towels only 2 pieces, the sheets and pillow cover and the other thing for a sleep was not prepared. I should call on my holiday to Limehome office and sorting the things. The disturbing my free time. It was sorted on next day. They was not able to sort it on request day.
