Lovely apartment in a quiet but central location

A pleasant stay ruined by a rude and offensive host.

Location was good.

The host is the worst we have ever dealt with. The evening before we were due to check out I recieved three phone calls in quick succession. My phone was in my bag and I didn't see the calls immediately, but returned the call one hour later. Within 30 minutes of making the call however the host was at the apartment banging on the door. And all she apparently wanted to confirm was what time we were checking out. My daughter answered the door and while there was a bit of a language barrier, she couldn't understand why the woman appeared so angry. Later the host accused us of not bothering to come down to the door to see her. At the time she called unannounced and unexpected, I was out with my son and my wife was in the shower! When leaving the apartment we followed the instructions to strip the beds, wash the dishes and put out the bins. I then whatsapp'd her to let her know we had left at the check out time of 11 am as she requested. From 1.30 pm and for most of the rest of the day I received a barrage of messages, first about a plug which she couldn't find and questioning over and over why we had moved furniture in the apartment. The furniture we moved was in the sitting room; and the reason we had to move it was because there wasn't enough space to open out the couch bed otherwise. Not sure if she expected one of our party to sleep on the floor? This host is totally irrational. the tone and content of her constant messages throughout the day, many of which I found difficult to understand, were offensive and stressful for everyone. I have done my fair share of travelling and have never had an experience like this before.

Beautiful apartment in the very heart of Toulouse. Two large bedrooms, modern large kitchen in impeccable condition with air con and Wi-Fi . Typically French apartment. Made our stay so special. Zoulira was so helpful and kind. It was like a home away from home. Thank you Zoulira!

beautiful apartment in lovely location

location, size and very extensive provisions. the manager of the rental was excellent communication even though we arrived very late. will definitely stay again if we visit Toulouse.

Superb Carmes apartment

The apartment is superb has A/C, a washing machine and an elegant kitchen with all basic pantry.The location is perfect close to Carmes market and very good restaurants.Easy autonomous check in..

My first impression of the inner court made me expect an old place but I was wrong..the apartment is brand new.More hangers would help..maybe a blender in the kitchen..

Excellent stay in the city centre in a very well equipped apartment

Really nice and well equipped apartment, with an excellent location in walking distance to all parts of the old city. The apartment isn't facing the street, so it was very quiet. Private entry from the courtyard - with lots of light from the large windows. We were welcomed by a very friendly and attentive lady, who followed up by sms two days after our arrival and the day before we left. The property owner (or host) also contacted us, so we felt really prepared on arrival. I strongly recommend this apartment to visitors to Toulouse.

We just loved everything!

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. There was everything you could possibly need. The host was very welcoming and had also left us water, juice, milk, marmalade etc in the fridge. The location was superb, close to Carmes market and the Carmes area with plenty of restaurants and cafes. The metro stop Carmes was within a 5 min walk.

At arrival, we were a bit confused about which door would be the right one...(as we did not meet the host in-person)

Super spacious yet still cozy, and modern! In the best Toulouse location!

I loved how easy and turn-key it seemed to be. No problems, delays, schedules... a simple set of codes! It is a super comfortable apartment and so very quiet but IN the heart of Toulouse! Bravo.

I was really anxious for English speaking channels like CNN and think it’s only like 5€ per month with orange! Granted, we are all in the world in a scary place where we need information constantly. Stay safe and we would gladly come back again! Or when my American family visits. It’s perfect!
