Employes were fine and kept our bags.

Nice cancelling very very very poor. Impossible to sleep with people making noise in our floor.

Decent place to stay for a night or two. Old building, could probably do with some renovation but clean and pleasant enough. Overall good experience. Location is very convenient and staff was very helpful, too.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location

The hotel has tiny rooms, there is no space to put your bags. Also, there is no door to the bathroom, so if you are sharing a room with someone it is horrible because there is no privacy to use the bathroom. The shower doesn't have a curtain, so the bathroom gets all wet

Perfect hotel for a short stay city break in Toulouse

A very cozy hotel. Rooms are snug but spacious with a very comfortable bed, and the bathrooms were clean and well equipped. Fantastic location, only five to ten minutes walk away from the city centre and main transport hubs. Highly recommend.

Breakfast isn't value for money considering the availability of local cafes and bakeries on offer. However, staff were extremely understanding and decided not to charge us for it upon hearing about our disappointment.

Ubication is very good you can go anyware from the hotel.

The hotel is very old, so the rooms, the hallway and the elevator are very small and old. The entire floor was carpeted, which makes it feel older and gives the impression that it is dirty. The room had a small window, so if you enjoy the sun, think twice. In winter it was cozy and not cold, and again the best thing was the location.

Just Adequate. Not secure for solo female traveller

Good shower. Kitchen amenities adequate Reasonable proximity to Oriente train station.

Security poor. unable to lock window ( easily accessible from outside as basement / ground floor) The window latch very flimsy and when “ locked “ the window could be still easily opened. The blind covering window paper thin which mean street light outside that kept going on and off , disturbed sleeping. Difficult to access with large suitcase as steps down to basement level very narrow and tiles slippery

Ease of getting there and position in the City

Would have been better if the hotel had not had a fire on the balcony of room no 1!! We were in room no 4. Air conditioning too noisy to run!

Location of the hotel: close proximity to the city center and a big food market with various local food products

Cleanliness of the room does not meet any standards: dirty carpets, mattresses full of stains and remaining hair, stained sheets and towels, curtains, etc. Hotel definitely needs a proper maintenance, thorough cleaning and refurbishment.
