Kiváló árérték arány, jó metroelérés, éttermek a közelben, szép kerület, közel vannak a fő párizsi látnivalók.
A reggelinél hiányoltuk a zöldségeket.

Excelente atención de la persona que estaba en Recepcion en horario de 9 hrs a 15 hrs. Bien educado y atento. El personal muy amable. Muy buen desayuno

Proximité des moyens de transport. Personnel souriant et arrangeant.
Tarif du petit déjeuner élevé.

CAUTION CYCLISTS, this hotel does not allow bikes. We completed London to Paris in 24 hours, after a very long day we were told keeping the bikes with us would be "impossible". We had to find alternative accommodation in Paris centre because of this hotel. Do not book if you are doing a cycling challenge!

The location was perfect, the reception services were so helpful, great value for money
I wish the keys were cards instead of physical keys

Location was excellent and excellent value for money for 3 star hotel. Everything very clean and friendly staff
4.1
Decent hotel 10 mins walk from Gare du Nord. Very clean with good bathroom (strong shower). Quite basic but has everything you need with added bonus of a kettle. Surprisingly quiet due to location down end of a side street - slept with window open and heard no noise (on a Saturday night)
Decor not to my taste but can't fault this hotel for being clean and comfortable

Excellent location, very clean hotel.

Position is great. Rooms are really quiet. Bathroom renewed and very clean. Room furniture was a bit dated but bed was really comfy. 32 inch flat TV avail (not Smart).
Room facing in an internal courtyard but is ok.
Carpeting feel a bit "old fashioned" but is clean, just remember to take off your shoes
Rooms aren't conditioned as I know and was a bit hot in winter
Building is old and corridor is really narrow.
4.1
Location, breakfast and the staff. Last day We were not able to take breakfast during hours and the prepare us something to take away, very kind of them :)
Nothing to complain.
4.1
The location was great and staff were friendly and helpful. Close to metro and good restaurants. Good value for Paris. Bathroom was modern and good.
The room was too small for 3 people and there was a smell from the toilet. We put in a request for a big room as we were 3 adults but this was not accommodated.

The location? Fantastic.
,5min walk straight up to Gare du Nord, takes you to trains anywhere in the city, or even Major EU Urban Centers (I went to Amsterdam with the bullet train from there).
Poissonniérre or Cadet Stations on Line 7 are 2-3 min walking distance, which take you to main attractions in City with the M2 line connection (Louvres, Eiffel Tower, PSG football stadium).
The Metro Service is Extensive (14 lines), this hotel is in the middle of it all
Good restaurants nearby, if you have a craving for Japanese food, Matsuyama is right on Rue Lafayette, across from Cadet Station. Walk further down, and there are more food options as you are walking to the Louvres (25min) from the hotel.
Summer time? Go to Gare de L'est for the rooftop patio there (one stop from Poissonniérre).
First things first. You go to Paris to see the sites and sounds of the city, and experience the various food options.
If you are going to Paris to complain about the size of the elevator, or bar on the main floor, or even the fact that it is an old CLASSICAl building in a Historical/Heritage Region of the city, not only do I think you should reconsider the hotel, at the expense of your bank account by going somewhere else I might add, but maybe you should even reconsider going to Paris to begin with.
You go to Paris to be outdoors, and see the Landmarks of the city. To Live it Up.
You go to your hotel, to sleep/rest up and do it again the next day.
This establishment is PERFECT for that.
Clean, comfortable bed, in room safety deposit box (should be larger to fit an iPad or standard tablet though), friendly, professional and accommodating staff. Phenomenal WiFi, in room kettle with instant coffee and tea.
All you need to recharge and get out the next day.
If you "need" more from your hotel, go for it, but you will pay for it at the expense of you seeing the sites and sounds of Paris.
I personally, will go back the next time I'm in Paris, because I don't intend on staying indoors when in the city.
In four days I went to the Louvre (day), Eiffel Tower (night), PSG Game at night, and the Champes D'Elysses area (all day), and then jumped on a train (see above) and went to Amsterdam.

room aesthetically not much beautiful but functional - the only problem with the room was that we heard a lot of noises from outside (outside and in the corridor)
4.1
Location and friendly staff
Room a little too hot
4.1
Staff very helpful and polite
Bad odour from washroom sink
4.1
it is within walking distance of gate du nord.
the bathroom and bedroom were small. there was no
shower as such, just a shower head attachment on
the bath. no shower curtain either.
4.1
Breakfast options were very less would expect more options and different varieties every day
4.1
Simple and elegant place for quick trips. Great location with many things in the area.
Breakfast could be better. Not worth it. Crossaint and coffee around the block much better.
4.1
location, nice balcony, friendly staff
bad smell in the bathroom

Lovely slightly off the beaten path .
Nothing
4.1
good location about 10-12 min from gare du nord, knowing paris accommodations the room size was really good, mini balcony was an added plus, helpful staff
dated smelly carpeted walls in the elevator
4.1
Nothing, did not like anything about the property.
Kettle did not work, air conditioning was not there and the fans were of not much use.
Breakfast options were very less compared to other properties which is of similar price.
Staffs were not professional.
4.1
The hotel was within a good walking distance from Gare du Nord and Gare du l’est. You can also walk down to the Louvre within 40 minutes.
The breakfast choices were limited. No eggs and fruit was not always available.
4.1
Close to public transportation. Really Parisian style building. It's simple, but it works with all that is needed. The immediate surroundings are really family style.
It'd be nice to have air conditioning for the room
4.1
Excellent location within easy distance of a great selection of bars and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff and a very comfortable and clean room.
