Beachfront condominium complex at SUNSET COVE in a resort style setting. You do not need to cross the road to get to the beach as the condos are on the beach side. Brand new windows and sliding doors recently installed makes for a nice and quiet unit.
Sunset Cove unit number 115 is on the ground floor and has a garden view. It is not facing the beach, however it is only a 2 minute walk from the condo and NO HASSLE of having to go up and down any stairs! Sleeps 4 people comfortably (two couples) and can sleep up to 7 people as there is a sofa bed on the living room or queen blow up bed that can sleep up to 2 people and a loveseat sofa that can sleep one person. There is also a lazy boy which is great for napping in the AC. From the front door, the beach is about a 2 minute walk, equipped with beach loungers and umbrellas COMPLIMENTARY for you to use and an outdoor shower. The pool bar is also 25 feet from the front door called "Lazy Lizard" with a "Lobby" bar close by. Cayman's largest pool with a beautiful waterfall feature, mini lazy river, hot tub, outdoor communal BBQ/picnic area, kiddie pool.
Walking distance to restaurants/bars, grocery store, movie theater, close to George Town and Camana Bay. People from all backgrounds welcome.

1200 square feet, ground floor and garden view. It is not beach front however it is a 2 minute walk to the beach. King Bed in master bedroom, Flat Screen cable TV, with an en suite bathroom and double vanity. Queen Bed in second room, smart TV and Netflix. Second bathroom adjacent from the bedroom door. Sofa couch in living room turns into a queen bed (can sleep 2) and there is anoter sofa bed that can sleep one.
BABIES:
Upon request - a pack n play with a mattress pad for added comfort for your little one and clean linens, also a high chair can be set up for you to use at no additional charge! :-) They are stored on property and in the bedroom closet.
AMENITIES & ESSENTIALS:
Large private patio with a Garden View equipped with patio table and chairs as well as sun loungers and hammock. Large garden for kids and adults to play. There is no BBQ on the patio however there is a communal BBQ area between the pool & beach which is a 2 minute walk away.
Shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, cotton swabs/pads, feminine products, hair dryer, beach towels, bath towels are all included for use.
FOOD & BEVERAGE:
In the kitchen, there is a cupboard that's stocked with the basics (coffee, tea, sugar, spices, salt & pepper, cooking oil). There is filtered water in the fridge so no need to purchase bottled water from the supermarket.
En suite washer/dryer - laundry detergent & fabric softener included, iron & ironing board.
Central air conditioning, on demand water heater, water softening system, filtered water for drinking which will save you money on purchasing bottled water for the duration of your stay!
MODERN TECHNOLOGY: including a key-less entry system (with your own unique code for the duration of your stay), smart thermostat, cable flat screen cable TV in living room, smart cable TV in master bedroom and smart TV in second bedroom with Netflix to stream, FREE WiFi included, international power bar & USB plug sockets in the kitchen, bedrooms with USB sockets also, Amazon Echo (aka "Alexa"), books for all ages, games, DVD movies, DVD player, Nintendo Wii with several games and attachments.

There are loungers and umbrellas on the beach for use, first come first serve. In the condo, there is a cooler with wheels, beach towels, kids beach toys, water noodles all available for use. There are also two tennis rackets and tennis balls.
GUEST ACCESS:
Large semi-private patio equipped with furniture and large garden area that is fenced. Perfect for kids to play while adults relax on the patio. Steps away from a swim up pool bar "Lazy Lizard", waterfall feature with mini lazy river, kiddie pool and BBQ area. From the pool, it is minutes to the beach that is equipped with loungers and umbrellas (first come first serve), outdoor shower.
GUEST INTERACTION:
You can contact me any time if you need help with suggestions on what to do, where to eat or if you have any other queries. Besides English, I speak French, Cantonese and basic Italian.
NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW:
Several restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance from the condo, a large supermarket (with a Whole Foods concept) is about a 30 minute stroll away and Foster's supermarket is located at Camana Bay. George Town is close and great to walk around during the day if you want a break from the beach. Camana Bay is also close and a great place to go for an evening stroll.
GETTING AROUND:
You can take a taxi with front door service, busses are always around - they look like passenger vans, rather the big city busses you are probably used to seeing, they run from early morning until about 10pm. If you are driving, the airport is only 10 minutes away and don't forget to stay on the left hand side of the road!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Licensed by the Hotel Licensing Board (License No. A-534). No charge for extra people however will need to know the exact amount of people staying so arrangements can be made accordingly (ie: enough towels, toilet paper, paper towel, linens... Etc)
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on the same page .

Livia provided everything our family needed down to sunscreen and toiletries for a week long stay on Grand Cayman at Sunset Cove! Her eye for detail allowed for a seamless check in/check out process. She handled and resolved a maintenance issue quickly, and was attentive to all our needs. We felt right at home and enjoyed close proximity to several local restaurants and shops! Look forward to returning again soon!

Our stay was excellent! The host was super responsive and accommodating with us. We were traveling with a toddler and she had all the amenities we would need. The access to the pool and beach within steps of the front door made naps and lunch a breeze. The 1 ft pool was perfect for our toddler and for lounging. And the beach had super gentle waves—perfect for our little. This place was everything we needed it to be to enjoy our vacation to the Caymans! Would highly recommend!

We paid in full for our trip. I got covid two days before and wasn’t able to make the international trip with my family. Livia would not refund any of our money, but only offered us “50% credit” towards a future stay. When I went to rebook, the rates were much cheaper than what we originally paid. She offered me a credit that was 1/3 of my total amount paid, and I was asked to pay almost 50% more of what I had already paid. This just didn’t seem fair to me. She was slow to respond to me after I told her we couldn’t make it. It was a lot of added stress. Now I’m just out all of my money and don’t get to stay. The opportunity to rebook was cancelled shortly after she responded to a question I asked two days prior. I have used VRBO for a long time and found that most host are willing to work with you in unforeseen circumstances, but unfortunately Livia wasn’t willing to help us rebook in a fair way. We were so disappointed. I have never had a host do this.

A 10+ rental all around. location was on the mid- 7 mile beach. Buses available right outside the condo, several restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. The photos are true to real life, condo had everything we needed to enjoy the pool and beach; floaties, snorkels masks, etc. King size bed was very comfortable, bright corner unit with a large private patio to enjoy the shade. Pool with swim up bar and private beach was only steps away. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas for everyone. Communication with owner was excellent. I would highly recommended this unit.

Our family of 7 stayed here and it was a great spot! This was our 2nd time staying at Sunset Cove and it is in such a cool location. This was our first time at this particular condo and it is one of the most stocked places that we have stayed. Very clean and also comfortable. I would definitely recommend a stay here to any of my friends and family.

This was a great location and great stay for the 5 days we spent as a family of 6 on the island. The listing was exactly as described and ideal location to the pool, beach and in regards to sites on 7 mile beach. We rented a car while there, and didn’t have too much issues getting around, even though they drive on the opposite side of the road. 10/10 would recommend.

I based my choice of this condo by the great reviews. Not what it was. It is an older condo that needs a deep clean. The owner was very responsive and helped us out when the power went out. The location was great. Stores near by. The beach was beautiful. The people of Grand Cayman are friendly and welcoming!

We stayed in this condo for 6 nights. It was just as advertised and is a great spot for adults and kids. The condo is well stocked with everything needed, including a good assortment of beach and pool toys. Would definitely stay at Sunset Cove again and in this same condo.

We enjoyed staying in this 2 bedroom condo. It came with many amenities (such as a box fan, beach towels and toys, laundry detergent, extra towels, etc.) which made our stay more enjoyable. The location is great with restaurants and bars withing walking distance and buses easy to get on. The on site restaurant/bar/swim up bar, The Lazy Lizard, has good food and drinks that you can get on site. At first we thought they didn't have food because we didn't see where they cooked it; so we didn't eat there for a day but the kitchen is in a building near it; so when we figured that out we ate lunch or dinner there every day. Livia the host stays in touch and responds to any messages quickly. She recommended a good taxi driver (Garfield) who we used a couple of times and liked having an honest taxi driver. I recommend staying at this nice clean condo.

Livia the host provided us with details for an island car tour with spots to stop for snorkeling with/viewing turtles, the blowholes, starfish, two excellent restaurants/bars etc…This was very much appreciated by me, my husband, and elderly parents. Livia is sweet and smart and we adored the unit that had all the comforts and amenities of home. Thank you again, Livia! A stress free holiday!! I highly recommend and I gave 5 star review without hesitation.

You will not be disappointed by choosing to stay at Livia's! The condo was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. She includes lots of extras like pool toys, coolers, sunscreen, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. She thinks of things like luggage rack, drying racks for wet clothes, extra pillows, laundry hampers, etc. There are books, games, cable, movies, Netflix. Almost anything you could want or need she has thought of. If not, there are grocery stores just down the road with the same products as our American stores. The property itself is a great location to stay and Livia's condo is an excellent choice!

We’ve rented this same condo twice. It is close to the pool and beach. The lanai is an excellent outdoor space to have meals,read a book, or just relax.
The beds and furniture are comfortable. Shopping and restaurants are nearby.
There is a bar that serves food at the pool.

Sunset Cove #115 was such a great option for my family. The communication was top notch and the instructions were thorough. We did have a little difficulty figuring out how find the actual condo in the complex itself once we were in the parking lot. Maybe providing a screenshot or rough map of where to go once you’ve reached the parking lot, as it is not completely obvious. Loved having a keypad to enter as it kept us from having to deal with a physical key to figure out what to do with when snorkeling/diving. The condo was great for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware to cook with and loads of spices and such. We took a quick inventory before we headed to the grocery store and there were a few items we did not have to purchase since they were already there (cooking spray, vegetable oil, taco seasoning, etc). Plenty of electrics as well….airfryer, crock pot, multiple coffee makers, toaster, microwave. We also loved having the large George Foreman electric grill on the patio to cook up burgers one night. The bedrooms were large enough and the bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper. There was plenty that we didn’t even get to, like a bookshelf full of books and games, the Wii system, and DVDs too. The A/C was VERY cold in most of the condo except for the smaller bedroom. In there, it was very warm most of the time even with the curtains drawn shut. We definitely needed to be wearing warm clothes when we watching TV despite turning the thermostat up. Having a large cooler available for packing a picnic lunch was very nice and pool floats were nice too. — The condo resort was really nice with the pool, pool bar, beach amenities, and the cove to relax in. The location was great in terms of being able to easily walk to a few great restaurants like Peppers and Coconut Joes. Just a short drive to Downtown and also to West Bay Area. We would definitely look to come back to this same area for a future vacation.

We were a group of three adults and a three and one year old. Property Owner Livia arranged to have a pack and play and a high chair at the property. Square footage was spacious for our needs. Two bedrooms and fold out couch bed worked well for sleeping arrangements. Plenty of books and toys for the kids. Worked very well for our family trip.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove. The complex had all of the amenities you could ask for (private beach with plenty of chairs, large pool, hot tub, swim-up bar with food). The protected cove was also perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The condo itself was also really nice. Beds were comfortable, AC worked really well, and it came with nearly everything you could need on vacation including towels and lots of basic pantry items. The condo has some snorkel gear and inflatable tubes which came in really handy. This place is now the baseline on which all of our rentals will be based!

The condo was perfect, with just about everything you needed. Things like spices, Pam spray, a couple of snacks for you, tinfoil, and many of the little things you don't want to buy for a few days were all there. There are great restaurants within walking distance. The only negative which really isn't a negative is that you can't walk via the water to the bigger beach area. So you'll need to walk the road or drive, but they are all close, which wasn't an issue for us. We just chose not to drink those days on the beach or chose someone to drive. overall it was GREAT and would stay there again. They are very communicative.

Livia was a great host and the entire process was seamless. The apartment was perfect for families. Everything you need was provided and my kids got good use out of all the games, tubes and beach toys provided in the apartment. Location was excellent.

The bed couch springs were coming through so you couldn’t have anyone sleep on that. There also were no extra sheets-
Blankets etc for that bed and not enough bathing towels nor beach towels for our 5 person stay had to keep doing laundry.

This condo was in the perfect location for 7 mile beach area activities. The access to pool (and pool bar) and beach were exactly as described - right there and fantastic. Hostess was super sweet and responsive
