Sometimes I feel confuse about if I can use the pool because have a sign indicate only owners registered.

Super!

We loved our three nights at the Nautik. The apartment is close to the activities starting from Fajardo so we didn't need to take the car. We were also able to visit Luquillo and El Yunque, very easy to get to. Gaby was a great host! My daughter enjoyed feeding the fish!

The parasol was broken.

Absolutely Amazing!

Our stay at Nautik ocean front was amazing, very comfortable and clean, the ocean front view was spectacular. Gabby the host was so hospitable and made sure our stay there was enjoyable. We loved the sounds of the waves and the wind chimes on patio. Wish we could've stayed longer. Can't wait to go back! P.S don't forget to feed the fish😊

We loved this place - owner very friendly, very secure parking, very clean, comfy beds, right near the ocean, wonderful views, .... we can go on and on. We hope to return sometime in the future.

Peaceful, Pleasant, Luxe, Outstanding!

Our condo was beautifully decorated with attention to every detail. It sets the bar! This time we got to to brunch at El Playero- so close down the road and so good! We love Gaby's places and will always return!

I don't have much to say- it's amazing... If I nit-pick, I could say the disposal in the kitchen has a bit of a smell and needs to be cleaned, and the fighting fish needs a friend in the empty tank😆! Other than that, it's PERFECT!

Beautiful Ocean View

The owner, Gabby, was friendly and so helpful in providing information about the location that made our trip more enjoyable. We had everything we needed in the studio to meet our needs. Great for a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Security was reassuring and we had no safety concerns. I loved the nautical decor theme - looked professionally decorated! The ocean view and sunrise was absolutely beautiful! We stayed for 10 days and could have stayed longer if we had more time. Everyone working on the property was professional and curteous!

I would not recommend the property for more than 2 people, It is way too much for the price that they are asking for the

property is at the nice location. host response time is very quick.

The property is only good enough for only 2 people not more than that. blankets and towels are not fresh. It feels like you’re living in someone else house. they have way to much personal stuff in the property. Note : Not clean.

will definitely visit again this was my second stay and it was amazing. will recommend to family.

it was clean right near the beach great location several restaurants. Covid19 protocol followed. we enjoyed our stay very much the evening listening to the ocean was very tranquil . host was vwry nice and accommodating.

Amazing oceanfront location, great apartment and host

Amazing location right on the ocean. Spacious and very comfortable apartment with very comfortable beds. Easy walk to restaurants. Safe location. Very congenial host.

Morning parking security guard was very rude. The one we had the evening before was friendly and helpful.

The room was amazing. The owner, Gaby, was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Everything was great and would definitely stay here again when we return to Puerto Rico.
