About this villa rental

Villa Viha is a lovely property, very privately situated on the top of a rural area. The house is 316sqm and the garden is 5800sqm. It sleeps 10 guests. It has a large poolarea and several fantastic terraces. The views are just amazing. You can see the sea and 22 vulcano tops! The city you see in front of the largest terracce is Arreciffe which is 10 minutes drive away, and the village on the side is Nazaret, 2 minutes drive or about 10 minutes walk away. That´s where the museum and cool restaurant Lagomar is situated and also an Italian restaurant called La Forgia. You have the airport 15 minutes drive away, the closest beach Costa Teguise 8 minutes drive away and Famara Beach 15 if you want to surf.

Four bedrooms are on the topfloor, were you also find two bathrooms, a sauna, livingroom, diningroom and kitchen. You have a terracce on the backside, and two terrasses in the front plus pool with poolarea and BBQ.

Downstairs you have another large bedroom with bathroom ensuite and a 45 sqm room with a smart tv, sofas and pool table! You also find the boule balls in there, for the boule court outside in the huge garden.

We chose Villa Viha to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday . Ten of us ,covering three generations raging from 8 years old to 70 years old all got along fabulously, which was mainly due to the fact there were so many areas where, if wanted one could spend a bit of 'me time' .The Villa is really well equipped to cater for 10 people , for example ample china and glassware ( more than ten of everything ) . Two dining areas ( inside & al fresco )that each seat ten . Basically everything you would need for a holiday for up to ten people . Annelie is a wonderful host ...so helpful with the booking ...in fact we have immediately booked 2025 to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary . I think Villa Viha is now our go to family holiday venue .

Our stay was simply magnificent. The view was breathtaking. The rooms beautifully decorated, the pool well maintained, plenty of entertainment including a pool table, TV set, jeu de boulles. There was ample space for our family of 8 to hang out, bbq etc. The location on a hill in close proximity to the beach is worth mentioning. I recommend the place to anybody!

C'est la troisième fois que nous séjournons à Nazaret. C'est un village que nous apprécions vraiment beaucoup.Malheureusement cette année, Lagomar, le bar, niché dans la roche, était fermé. En ce qui concerne la maison, la vue est incroyable! Vraiment! Nous y avons passé un séjour magnifique. Tout est propre, en quantité suffisante pour 10 personnes. Il y a un barbecue pour les grillades, une piscine bien chauffée pour les journées moins chaudes et même un très bon ampli pour la musique. C'est notre location préférée! Nous y reviendrons aussi vite que possible!

Mit 6 Erwachsenen haben wir 10 sehr entspannte Tage in einem Haus verbracht, das sich wunderbar eignet für eine Gruppe. Die mehreren, großen Terassen sowie die Anordnung der Etagen ermöglichen ideal Zusammensein und Rückzug. Die Küchenaustattung war hervorragend.

Très bon séjour !

Très bon séjour !

Très bonne expérience, mais peu de chauffage hormis les petits chauffages électriques de Dépannage que nous avons réclamés. Il manque un briefing au départ, l’arrivée se fait sans personne... à part ça tout était très bien, maison très propre, très bien équipée.

The house and location were fantastic. We were a party of 9 so having so much space inside and out was perfect. The house was very well kitted out with everything you would need for a holiday. The views were great especially on the evenings with beautiful sunsets. The owners were great to deal with and the manager dealt promptly with any problems. We would highly recommend this property

Todo ha estado genial. Una casa muy bonita situada en una zona muy tranquila. La casa dispone de todo lo que necesitas, aunque nosotros no estuvimos mucho tiempo, ya que queríamos visitar muchos sitios. FAltaría un micronndas para calentar la leche por las mañana. NO lo hemos disfrutado como nos gustaría la casa por falta de tiempo, pero realmente si vuelvo a Lanzarote, estaría en esta casa. Angela me facilitó las cosas. Perfecto y a mis amigos también les encanto. Bonitos recuerdos!!

The villa could be a stunning place to rent, but it feels rather unloved. When you rent a villa for a lot of money you expect the little things to be supplied, such as dishcloths, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, soap liquid. We had to go out and buy these essentials. The drain in the main shower room was semi blocked, so the water spilled in to the bathroom area. The TV wasn't working, it turned out that some of the cables weren't connected. No tools for the BBQ. The air conditioning units to the living areas were disabled.

Fantastic in every way!

I spent a week together with my family in this house which has room for many. The house itself is a real masterpiece but the view is breathtaking. You have to experiencing it yourself, it is impossible to describe in words. Since the house is almost at the top of a mountain and has terraces and windows at all directions, you almost have a panorama view over the landscape and it’s many volcanos. This is a magic place you have to visit and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did.

After a long day of travelling, it was a true joy to experience the serenity and beauty of Villa Viha, which actually looked even better than the pictures. This was made even better by a good nights sleep in a very comfortable bed and a stunning view to accompany next mornings breakfast at one of the terraces. To us, this was just the perfect way to experience Lanzarote for the first time.

We were very impressed when we arrived at Villa Viha, both by the high standards and the warm welcoming, but most of all by the magnificent view. The villa was very clean and well equipped and all the areas, both indoors and on the terraces and poolarea was tastefully furnished. We had such a good time here, and can not wait to come back.

Villa Viha - Simply Amazing!!!

We stayed for 2 weeks in Villa Viha and everything was as described. The villa was big enough for 2 families of 4 and is extremely well equipped. The villa enjoys a quiet location but a stroll of 20 minutes takes you to the Lagomar Museum where we had the best cocktails at a reasonable price (6 euros). Tierra y Mar is again about a 20 minute walk and is a great little restaurant to have on your doorstep. A walk into Teguise Town took us around 40 minutes with a taxi back and again some lovely restaurants to choose from. I would have no hesitation in returning to Villa Viha and cannot recommend the villa highly enough. The housekeeper and team provided an exceptional service and Annelie and Stefan always came back promptly to answer our questions.

This house with five double bedrooms and three bathrooms was an excellent stay for our family a week in February. From the house can you see the ocean and a lot of the areas around. The swimming pool was perfect so even in the February climate could we use it. The kitchen area with the the big table was became the meeting point during the stay. A nice and clean area. During the evenings we played a lot of billiard at the big table.

We stayed for a week in this very stylish villa. The location is great, very central on the island and close to both airport, beaches and sights. The views are stunning and there are many different terraces and lounges to enjoy it from. The heated pool was also great. Very stylish design of the interiors of the villa and spacious bedrooms. Everything is very well maintained and holds the highest standards. We will soon be back!!

I stayed in Villa Viha together with 3 friends in September 2016, and completly loved the place. It´s situated very privately just besides Nazaret, with brilliant views. It´s only 10 minutes walk from the village but it feels like your in a world of your own. The house is huge, and the garden enormous! We all had one bedroom each and it was even one left over then. We spent most of our week in the house and around the pool, not wanting to leave the place. We hade long lazy breakfasts, went for walks in the wilderness, went back to the poolarea for drinks and snacks/light lunch, and then later on we made dinner on the BBQ by the Pool and then we played either boule in the garden or billiard inside. One day we walked to Teguise, a lovely neighbor village with plenty of restaurants and shops, and had lunch there. It is about 50 minutes quite challenging walk there since it´s plenty of uphills, going back is easier. Going to the beach with the car took about 10 minutes. Villa Viha is really well equipped, we didn´t miss anything during our stay. This is a perfect house for anyone that want to hang out with friends or family in lovely surroundings. It´s so nice so I have booked it for my 50th birtday in 2018. Then it will be 10 of us and I can´t imagine at better place to celebrate at.
