Excellent hotel and staff, had a very relaxing time

Labelling the food at the buffet so that anyone with allergies can easily identify the food to avoid
More atmosphere /back ground music in Italian and buffet / the dining area - whilst the areas are comfortable they appear a bit stale ‘cafeteria’ . That said la graciosa met all standards of a lovely atmospheric night and maybe other dinning should take a look at this venue and adapt

Lovely property and friendly helpful staff.
Dining options were excellent and food was of a high standard
Our room was very comfortable - particularly as our balcony faced the sun - not all do as we heard from other guests.
Pools were not heated so with the windy weather and the slightly lower temperatures not much swimming took place.
It is worth bearing in mind that Reserve guests have access to a pool, lounge and other facilities which other guests don’t
Booking dinner proved problematic (although the buffet option was always available) and sitting up til midnight to grab an online reservation became a nuisance.
WiFi was slightly odd with much dropping out and signing on - but not a major issue.
We would stay here again.

Fabulous front line location, good quality food with plenty of choice, standard of hotel was excellent

Truly Paradise. Beautiful hotel but seemed to have a problem keeping buffet food hot.

Being honest, we had wanted a short trip where we could soak up some sun (being from the UK) and didn't have to leave the property we were staying in, eventually we landed on Paradisus and I'm so glad we did.
The hotel is beautiful, very unique architecture and well maintained, it definitely has 'wow' factor. The large pool area is immaculate as well as being lovely and quiet (probably down to it being January but the fact that it's adults only didn't hurt). There is have beautiful live music playing during some meal-times, during the day and entertainment in the evenings which adds to the relaxing ambiance of the hotel.
Dailos welcomed us when we arrived and is just the loveliest person, although all the staff were extremely friendly and courteous throughout the stay. The room was quite basic and a bit of a struggle if you're working while away as the table is quite small but it was very clean and comfortable.
There are 3 restaurants on site, we had heard the Italian was the best but that was our least favourite of the 3 (maybe we just ordered wrong), both La Graciosa (local cuisine) and Samira (middle-eastern) were impeccable. We used the buffet on two evenings and felt that was the only part of the stay that didn't feel up to the 5* rating; it was a typical buffet with things being a bit cold and not a huge selection but overall we were happy with the stay and felt the all-inclusive aspect to be well worth the cost.

The hotel is superb, very well maintained and extremely clean. There are great activities that are varied, so something for everyone. We would be happy to return again and really enjoyed our stay.

7* !! Great courteous people! Place is kept very clean. Food is good! All inclusive package is worth every dime. Most of all for us it narrows to people and hospitality. Always very helpful! Will come back here again!!

Everything was made easy, Food was great and lovely service. would recommend to close friends.

This rebranding has pluses and minuses. The rooms are great but I’m not a huge fan of all inclusive. The food options at dinner were not very varied. The speciality restaurants were Greek/Middle Eastern which was good, Italian - ok not great and Canadian which we didn’t try. I love this hotel but the food is not 5 star hope it improves

All Excellent

The Level service is worth the upgrade. Unfortunately like most hotels, Covid has had a big impact on staff levels / service and in some cases the hotel amenities.
Certainly, the Leval pool area needs more sun umbrellas as those few that were available were in a poor state of repair.
4.8
Service was good,
Building needs renovation from inside
Indoor pool could have been better.
More vegetarian food should be on menu

I can't really fault the hotel, room or food but it was nothing to rave about either. Everything was fine and the staff were nice but it was a lot more expensive than other places around with better rooms, better food and better staff.

This is a nice hotel and the breakfast was good but our room was VERY small for 260 euros per night.. However, the real insult was the exorbitant bar prices which were several times the rate charged in most other places in Lanzarote. This level of greed spoilt our stay and would prevent us from returning.

We Stayed there for one week and we chose melia becuase we stayed in punta cana with a melia hotel the punta cana melia paradisus hotel was a 10/10
We stayed as a family of four and took two rooms and payed an all inclusive about 5000$ but we were suprised by two things
First is when we booked it was showed that we can use all the hotel facilities that were the two pools and the two restaurants that were mentioned in the details and we were shocked that we can’t enter the other pool and can’t use the other restaurant they said it was only for level customer which wasn’t mentioned in the details of the hotel
Honestly there was a lot of food but they didn’t have a good taste I give it a 5/10
And the suprise was when I ordered any fresh juice from the only bar that is near the pool I was shocked that they said the fresh juices were with money and they could only give us canned juice even if we had all inclusive
And the other surprise was that in the seven days that we stayed in my sons room there five days that we found cockroaches in the room we told the reception about this and they said they apologize knowing that the five days that we stayed our children had to kill the cockroaches themselves because the reception was too slow to send someone
This hotel doesn’t deserve five stars it deserves four stars
I have put the photos of some of the cockroaches and the floor tiles which were broken on our ways to our rooms
And also there was nothing in the minibar

Pool, location, bedroom, restaurant, staff all great. The actual hotel (corridors) need a wee refurb- otherwise, a great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is possibly the best I’ve had, so much choice. Very clean throughout and the location is perfect. Very peaceful, would certainly rebook.

Great hotel, stunning architecture and great location.. feels very special . Beds a bit uncomfortable but other than that, wonderful .

property in a great location, shops restaurants near by. clean newly looking build. The pool/ beach location is great but windy. Rooms in good condition.
welcome drinks on arrival with drink tokens to start to the stay. food not the best. Breakfast was bland. preferred to eat at local cafes and restaurants. Pool needs to be heated but that's just my opinion. Would be great in the height of summer. This hotel is more the older person/ client. very quiet around the pool so you can chill/relax/work to the max. service from staff is ok but not the best. On valentine's night they failed to tell us that the restaurant is a set meal after expecting some good Italian food options. overall the hotel looks the part but its missing good vibes.

Perhaps our expectations were heightened as the hotel brands itself as luxury, and as the top property on the island.
The architecture and design of Cesar Manriques is always a treat, but starting to look a bit frayed around the edges at this location, despite a reported recent renovation.
The facilities (pool etc) are only open 10-6 which is not much use if you’d like to enjoy them before, or after exploring the island. There is no hot tub/jacuzzi/warm pool at all.
During out stay we had a problem with our hotel room door. The attempted to fix it x3 before offering us to move to another room. Contrary to expectations they did not offer us any upgrade, recompense etc for the hassle and the new room was identical to that we had vacated. I have received better service in 2+ star facilities.
We also had a problem with ants in our room.

Shame about fewer trees in reception area.
