Garden outside is beautiful
Heaters and hot water bottles.

Pretty much everything!
From the pictures I thought the property overlooked the ocean but that was my mistake but the beach is very close.

Our hosts Esmé & Julie were extremely responsive to messages. We were kept updated with the ever changing load schedule times. Great WiFi included, comfortable big beds and bedding. The downstairs accommodation is dark although there are several windows. The house is fully geared for self catering and they have an inverter is fantastic and they also have a little gas stove for the appliances that don't work during load shedding- every guest house must have one these days. We enjoyed the space inside as well as outside. Location is tucked away - would need to travel about 30 minutes to Sedgefield or Knysna to buy groceries if you are intending to self cater. Otherwise, the Butterfly Blu restaurant is great. There are beautiful walks close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
It does get a bit dark in the cottage so you have to put lights on during the day.
We were out most times so it wasnt too much of a problem.

The place exceeded our expectations. The hosts thought of everything, from toiletries to the charcoal for braai, including a washing machine with soap.

Great value for money. Easy walk to beach and cliff path. All the conveniences of home, could not think of anything the apartment did not have. Wonderful to arrive to fresh bread and cheese, milk, tea and coffee. That was so kind. Bedding and towels were lovely. My elderly Dad enjoyed the the TV and loved that everything was on one level with no stairs. The Butterfly Blu Restaurant, down the road serves excellent, well price seafood in a magical setting.
The house can be a little shady when the weather is bad ( we were a bit unlucky with the weather), but this is probably a bonus in summer and there were plenty of heaters and blankets available.

This is a lovely unit for families looking for holiday accommodation. The owner lends out swimming towels and boggy boards, there are also board games in the unit. This attention to detail is well appreciated.

Very clean and welcoming. You do not have to take anything with you. They got you covered in all aspects.

What a lovely space.
They have literally thought of everything. The inverter means that load shedding is hardly a thing, fully equipped kitchen (with a single camping gas unit) makes life so easy.
If you're juggling a few options, stop and book this.

A home away from home. Gracious and friendly hosts. Neat and clean accomodation. Alternate means for load shedding, powering the TV , led rechargeable lights and a little gas stove. Hosts took us on a Tour of the place, with great walking sites and breath taking views. Sent us directions to our next destination. Highly recommend Brenton Bush buck.

There is really everything you need in the unit. Nice kitchen, fully furnished and a massive table chess set which we enjoyed on a rainy day. Esme showed is a little trail at the back of the house to watch the sunset. Brilliant place.

Esme was really helpful. Great hospitality
The wifi is not good. You lose connection when you enter some rooms like the kitchen.

Feels homey. Esmé was very welcoming. The house is fully equipped. It has everything you may or may not need. Its more like a home than a rental B&B. Fast internet, TV with sports chanel. Sweet and very peaceful neighbourhood. The house itself doesnt have a view but there's a scenic walk path 2 mins away with views of the Indian ocean.

The scenery is beautiful. Quaint and cosy. Loved waking up to the sounds of water.

Easy to find. Esmé is a great host, unfortunately we could not meet her as she was not well. We wanted a breakfast place, she recommended a restaurant at The Heads, thank you Esmé. Stellar!
Was hoping for a little breeze or climpse of the beach, had to walk a little distance to see the beach.
