Great stay with a toddler

Beautiful hotel, very high standards, staff is highly professional and kind. Attention to detail is everywhere. Kids club is great, pools and beaches wonderful. Breakfast is very rich and delicious.

Our room wasn’t quiet enough - could hear noises from the corridor and construction in another room. The hotel restaurants are very pricey.

Very enjoyable relaxing trip

Breakfast was excellent with very helpful staff, beach area was very nice and relaxing on the grass under the palm trees.

Ordering a taxi was very disappointing, either didn’t come or came very late.

Great hotel, but everything is a little too expensive.

Great hotel with many amenities and updated rooms.

We went to the bar one night and two drinks was over 40 euros. Better go to a tavern.

Exceptional stay in an amazing hotel

Staff is simply exceptional, and the service is exquisite! Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfy. Breakfast was superb, with many different options so there's something for everyone. Very calm and peaceful hotel, with no noise, no fuzz, simply perfect. I would recommend it to everyone who wants a calm vacation outside the city rush.

The smell in the rooms corridor but in fact after my comment the management of the hotel called me and asked about my feedback and promised me to look at the dislike point and work to improve it which reflects the importance of customer for the hotel. Thank you for the management and the staff.

Fantastic family holiday, we'll be back

Great location, wide choice of restaurants with fantastic food, friendly and helpful staff, lots of facilities for kids and adults, variety of pools along with garden/beach access was great. Loved the view from our balcony towards the ocean, would recommend ocean facing room.

The property is top notch in terms of facilities, staff and service. Everybody is super nice and helpful. The attention to details is exemplary.

- The resort is a bit far on the strip so every trip outside is at least 15-20 euro by taxi, which is the main transportation method. Buses are unreliable. - The resort is catering to families and doesn’t have events or activities to entertain young folks like me. - While the amenities are excellent the Spa is always booked and it’s near impossible to secure an appointment.

Animators team are the worst

Very nice, beautiful hotel. Room was big and clean, breakfast was good and tasty. Kids were more than happy here.

I didn't like at all animators in kids room. People are trusting their most precious asset- their kids to animators, and, i assume, its in their responsibility to take care of them. They were talking between each other, one of them was sitting in soft toys, talking on the phone and was trying to shush kids out.Zero attention to the children, not even a tiny try to play or entertain or a glance in kids direction. For such an amazing hotel such unprofessional people. Disappointed

I ordered food from a restaurant outside of the hotel, the courier told me the staff won't let him come up to the room so I went down and I was told that there is a hotel policy that they don't allow to bring food from outside to the hotel. Also been told not to order again tomorrow food. That's ridiciouls. Nothing to add more than that.

Pleasant February break at a lovely hotel!

Beautiful hotel with well kept grounds and two small beaches nearby. Loved the children club which ran every day and gave us a few hours of quiet. We enjoyed the salt water indoor pool and heated outdoor pool. Sushi at the restaurant bar was also very fresh and delicious. Overall we thought it was a good standard hotel with excellent choice and good quality of food at breakfasts and dinners. One important thing for me was the pleasant smell (perfumed) at the lobby of the hotel which i loved. We would come back even though I don’t like to visit the same place twice but this hotel is worth coming back to.

Spa was very overpriced but loved the look of it. Location was very central, not a quiet idyllic spot but we sort of knew it when we booked.
