great location, good and clean app, but done for sure to be rented

great seaview, good breakfast, close to the beach and walking area, good kitchen, everything you need in the app

noisy technical room near the app, heating floor not working in febr, cold app also from colours point of view, the light from the masterbathroom can be seen in the other small bedroom where the baby slept, the door in baby s room cracked

The outside pool & resturant cosmo

The WiFi is horriable , the doors use regular keys we cant take more than 2 copies for family of 6 , the rooms in the morning is so bright the blinds dont block the sunlight , bathrooms are small

Amazing stay

Location was great, all the facilities were amazing. For me even the breakfast was great despite the fact that it's not the usual buffet breakfast you possibly think of. However the complex has a special collaboration with the great Italian restaurant Como that is based on the ground floor and you can select your brunch from their menu. And believe me it's really tasteful!

I think price should be slightly lower especially for a low season period.

Pleasant

Room size was fantastic. Look of the room was excellent.

Loose screws left on the step up to the hot tub. Screws sticking up out of the decking around the hot tub. One of the black headrests in the hottub fell off each time you turned on the jets. Cleaning fluid left in the kettle, I only noticed it when I poured my coffee and noticed the colour and smell.

The property and service are excellent. The connections between the facilities should be improved

The Signs between the two Towers and the Parkings are confusing.

The passage and signs between the two towers and the elevators are inadequate and confusing. Very easy to fix. Otherwise, the place and the personnei are excellent.

Rental appartment - great location and wonderful facilities

Lovely view Brilliant private bridge to beach Breach great even in the middle of the city Fully automated rooms Good facilities Lower roof top pool lovely Tennis as well was great Gym great Breakfast meals were very imaginative and tasty

It feels like a 5* appartment rental with services rather than a hotel, which was fine but not expected It was hard to find where to park and the reception and then the right building (of 2)... suggest you ask for detailed instructions Maintenance were in our room measuring for new blinds without asking when we came back - that should never happen Hot water not working when we got there and took time to fix Breakfast was in a restaurant without aircon (at the time?)

Everything you need is here. Pool disappointing (sun situation), but beach fab!

Breakfast was included but I never went. My time in bed was more important! The gym is quite small but pretty good, I went a lot. Good location. Fabulous shopping nearby, Timinis and Luigi Loves Luisa are good. Lovely sandy beach just over the road, and the sea is beautiful to swim in. Great food from the restaurant and its all available on room service.

Everything was fabulous, however there is one MASSIVE design fault with these apartments. The (beautiful) outside pool only gets intermittent sun throughout the day, so for those looking for day-long sunbathing and swimming on site will be disappointed. The beach/sea over the road however, is lovely.

The room was spacious, the view was stunning, everything was clean as well

The old port, where most people are, was kinda far to go on foot, the parking was a little hard to find when you first visit, there weren't many options for breakfast

Superb

The general impression was very good and positive. The staff (apart from 1 person) were all very helpful and polite. The location was excellent with all amenities within walking distance.

The majority of time we did not have hot water in the apartment. The first time i complaint the person at the reception was misleading and not helpful. He was the only one by the way - the rest of the staff were simply excellent. After the issue was resolved the first time, it appeared again unfortunately.

The apartments are luxury and well equipped. There is a daily cleaning including the changing if bed sheets and towels .The staff us friendly and helpful .The indoor pool is open from early morning and you can yse the sauna an jacuzzi.The outdoor pool is very clean and you also order food or cocktails from the poolbar.The breakfast is delicious and you can order anytime room service from Como restaurant.

Luxury apartment with great facilities.

Apartment was fabulous! Fully air conditioned with mood lighting. American style fridge freezer. 3 good size bedrooms including the master suite, with views over the sea was exceptional. Pool area was great (pool a little chilly to be honest,, perhaps heating the pool could be the next upgrade). Facilities were also great, with mini market open until midnight, gym and indoor pool. My son used the gym almost every day with good selection of free standing weights and cardio equipment. All in all we couldn't have asked more of the apartment and facilities. Taxis into the old town and Marina could be organised easily through reception, €10 and about 5mins to both; the selection of restaurants were fantastic and every meal was excellent.

To be honest the only negative from my side was the beach across from hotel (obviously not the fault of the apartments). Limassol beach is not all that. grey shale rather then white sand. Nissi beach near Ayia Napa is incredible and about 1hr 10min drive away (we were able to hire a car through reception). One other thing; the road directly in front of the building is very busy and can be quite noisy, especially at the weekend.

Breakfast was generous and tasty. Apartment had nice sea view. Location was not that far if you have a car. Free internal parking was great.

The cups on the apartment's dining table were not clean. No tissue papers provided. The bathroom could have looked cleaner.
