Bra och varierande.

Städning i det lilla hotellet, duschen var inte helt ren. Allmänna miljön i lilla hotellet kändes lite tråkig.

Bin Opfer von Autoeinbruch und Diebstahl geworden

Die Lage ist gut und das Frühstück war guter Durchschnitt.

Während des Check-Outs wurde im durchgehend abgeschlossenen Parkhaus des Hotels in mein Auto eingebrochen und teure Wertgegenstände wurden entwendet. Das Hotel hat keinerlei Hilfe bei der Beschaffung der Überwachungsvideos geleistet und keinerlei Kompensation angeboten.

It was miserable as a leisure holiday.

I liked the breakfast.

I didn’t like it, it was so dirty in the bathroom. The bed and the pillow is not comfortable and they are not cleaned. The ventilation in the room was off and this was the worst.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Proximity to town

I had communicated with the property via booking.com that I wanted connected rooms since April. I did not get a confirmation from them regarding this matter or else I would’ve changed hotels! Plus both rooms were the same rate, however one was a single cabin like room and one was a double family style room with the same price!

Good start - dissatisfied end

Vicinity and hotel nice

Hot Breakfast was poor BUT we had 5 fire alarms in one night out in the street at 1.40 am for 20 mins back to bed got to sleep then again . Got up started to dress and it stopped- then a further 3 times the last bring approx 6am . VERY IMPORTANTLY THE FIRE ESCAPE EMERGENCY LIGHTS DIDNT WORK SO BACK STAIRS PITCH BLACK I had no apology from anyone . Had to work the next day at important event with no sleep

I was not sure about other hotels because of some bad comments about the hotel, but I had an excellent staff, clean and perfect rooms, delicious breakfast, and a comfortable stay with good heating. I would stay at this hotel again.

Affordable luxury stay near Malmö central station

Everything was perfect. Clean rooms and very nice and helpful personnel. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. The room was equipped with all sorts of appliances which we didn't use but it was very good to have access to it just in case. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel's position was great, just outside the central station, walking distance between 3-5 minutes. I was afraid it would be noisy at night given the area, but it was nice and quiet. I also very appreciate that we could leave our luggage in the hotel luggage room before check-in and even after check-out, since our bus to Copenhagen was leaving 3 hours after check-out. Truly recommend!

A great overnight stop. close to all amenities and fabulous friendly staff.

For the most part, very good!

Especially the option to Go Green and suspend cleaning for the duration of my stay. Also, it was very quiet which is unusual for most hotels (some guests were up till 4 a.m. but the noise didn’t carry too much). And the room was pleasantly warm. (I’ve been in some very chilly hotels.) Breakfast was cleverly organized in that there were no trays. Guests had to go several times instead which prevented long queues. Good idea!

There was no genuine ”filmjölk”, youghurt or butter at breakfast. Only lactose-free or soy-based. Fortunately, there was milk (intended for coffee, but enough for cereal), or I would have had to skip cereal. I usually take a little butter with my croissant, but I solved that by using honey instead. If you’re on doctor’s orders to avoid soy, and the added enzyms in lactose-free products don’t agree with you, the lack of choice is a problem.

Really friendly staff, lovely comfortable room. Amazing breakfast. Beautiful hotel interiors and exteriors. Really good value for money. Great location.
