Super friendly and competent staff at reception, but underwhelming hotel.

Friendly staff that accommodated our request for an early check-in and room switch. We could store our luggage after check-out. Location. Shower. Breakfast was surprisingly okay for vegans.

First room not clean and oppisite the kitchen (could hear all the kitchen noise through the room's door). After room switch the room was fine but very warm, even on a 20 degree day. No aircon and window doesn't open fully. TV in room had no signal. Passage/corridor floors were VERY dirty. Toothpicks and visible bits of debris.

Prisvärt och trevligt hotell med god frukost

Jättetrevligt hotell med bra läge (ett stenkast från centralen), trevlig personal och härlig frukost. Rummen är mysiga med havstema, och jag har under mina tre vistelser inte varit med om något som helst buller eller annat stök. Rekommenderas!

Jag kan på rak arm inte komma på några negativa aspekter av det här hotellet, i varje fall inte något som är värt att nämna. Möjligheten skulle man kanske kunna höja duschdraperiet en aning så att vattnet rinner bort lättare.

Great location in Malmo

Perfect location, very near with train station and city centre.

The rumour of the elevator was very noisy in the room. pillows weren't comfortable

Very charming suite, very comfortable with TV and wifi, great welcome, wonderful buffet breakfast, next to city centre and station. I will definetely go back.

Great location, just 5 minutes walk to the station and similar to old town. All the staff were very friendly and seemed to really like their hotel and city. Breakfast was excellent, and the free coffee/hot chocolate at other times very much appreciated, as was being able to leave my bag there for a few hours. Hotel exceeded my expectations, as did Malmo.

Perfect location with super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was also great. We couldn’t have found anywhere better to stay for a fleeting visit to Malmo!

A nice little hotel with friendly staff, yummy breakfast and fantastic location.

location was great and the breakfast was delicious. rooms were comfortable enough but nothing too exceptional.

single bedroom did not have proper curtains, only one and it didn’t cover the window. it was also very hot and needed a fan. changed to a better room and sty was more comfortable

overall a very pleasant stay.

I like the receptionist. She was very good with her information and was patient to explain the places to visit. She also offered us drinks at a later time (when we came back to pick up our bags) even after we checked out of our hotel room. We also like the spread given at breakfast

Having said that, our room felt a bit stuffy. perhaps the ventilation there needs checking. there was a tiny fan in the room which helped but it was somewhat half broken (as we couldnt put it into stationary mode)

Very central, warm, great breakfast selection. Very helpful and friendly team. My room emanated a very bad smell but they changed it without question.

Rooms an and corridors a bit old and window didn't close in my room. But clean.

Central location, very close to the central train station and the city centre. Good amount of time for breakfast, and great variety to choose from.

I stayed in a room that was a little difficult to get to (very narrow and winding hallway). Otherwise, it was what I expected for the money that I paid 😊

Terrible choice

I had booked a room with two separate beds, but I got a room with completely joined beds, without the possibility of separating them. Separate blankets and pillows don't really mean two beds, especially when the pictures showed fully separated beds. The room smelled very strongly of mold and other unpleasant smells. The floor was sticky, like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The door is also dirty and black.

value for money hotel that has a homey feel

Pleasantly surprised with breakfast, The breakfast area was unassuming but they served a wide variety of food! Their sourdough bread is one of the best I have tasted so far. Loved the spacious bathroom too. The room was very clean on the overall. Staff at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is near the central station, attractions, restaurants, etc.

The hotel did not have a luggage room but front desk staff was very kind to find us an area within the hotel where we could park our luggages while we wait for check in time.
