Ideal location
The number of dogs at the property.

Nyrenoverade toaletter med kakel men tyvärr så var det slarvigt målat på väggarna för övrigt.
Jättebra frukost
De målade ytorna, väggar, lister och dörrar behöver målas om

Lovely location
Booked ground floor due to having bad knees and my wife won’t go in lifts and they put us on the third floor.
Room was ok but only 1 socket, the other had do not use on it so when we wanted to boil the kettle we had to take it over onto the floor under the tele.
Shower was boiling or freezing no in between
Heating was on so we were boiling getting into the rooms, lift looks so old and dark I wouldn’t go in it, over all still happy with our stay but them points definitely let it down a bit.
If we had the room we wanted probably would have been a great stay.

Breakfast was lovely with buffet and freshly cooked hot options. I liked the traditional decor in the hotel and the staff were very obliging and helpful. It was comfortable and very relaxed. Killin was a nice town, and the surrounding area had stunning scenery. We especially liked to walk from the hotel to the shore of Loch Tay in the evenings.
There were one or two tiny details that could have been better. However these were very minor and didn't really affect our stay. The room was still clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

Le camere erano accoglienti, pulite ed il personale molto gentile.

Evening meal and lady that served us was really nice
Lady at reception was rude no good morning and stood for ages waiting at desk - she was too busy texting on her phone to notice I was waiting
At breakfast asked for poached eggs on toast - I was given 1 egg and told to make my own toast. Breakfast could be improved all round felt it was not good quality and coffee was awful. Took our own sachets from the room to breakfast.

It’s in the right place.
So noisy! Music at night and constantly banging doors from 5.30 am which shook the structure and could be felt as well as heard. Disinterested receptionist on booking in and departure. Internet access code designed to stop people using it.

Great location right on the Badger Divide cycle route and secure storage of our bikes. Good size room and ensuite. Good breakfast. Staff at dinner and breakfast were very friendly
Bed was too firm for us so we joth slept badly. Could have been cleaner - carpet in the room was a bit grubby.

The riverside location.
Obviously very short staffed at time of our visit which meant delays at check-in, dinner, breakfast. Staff collecting their breakfast and eating it seated in the same room as the guests.

Very accessible lots of character and very friendly and helpful staff
3.5 / 5.0
Staff very welcoming and keen to please. Location good with river view from room as booked. Dinner was well prepared, tasty and reasonably priced.
No hot water this morning. Breakfast was somewhat chaotic. Room was next to noisy lift and earplugs were needed to drown out a persistent dripping noise from the roof. Overpriced for a pretty average 3* hotel.

The location was fantastic and parking was easy. We enjoyed the privacy of being in one of the annexes.
The sheets were a little stained and we could hear a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms. It was also a little unclear who to talk to when the reception was unmanned.
2.5 / 5.0
The breakfast was very good but the dining room needs a little bit of sprucing up. Dinner in the conservatory was also very good. Loved the atmosphere in the bar section in the evening.
The windows didn't seem to close properly and would open after closing. The radiator in the room didn't work and the bed was a little too soft. When I spoke to the receptionist about the radiator she explained they were in the process of replacing radiators, and in no time she had two heaters intalled in our room. Huge thank you to her.
