Horrivel

Tirando a localização, o hotel não apresenta condições. Janelas ultrapassadas e sem vidro duplo, casas de banho velhas, com cheiro intenso a esgoto.

Hotel completamente degradado e desatualizado. O quarto disponível para o casal com 2 filhos tinha uma casa de manhã totalmente equipada para utentes portadores de deficiência

it was fine for one night but i wouldnt come back

the pool and the restaurant were fine

the beds. we were bitten alive and think we had bed bugs. we were in a parts of 7 and we all had them and was not mosquitos as we had been staying at another hotel the week before and had nothing. we only used this hotel for one night and we all had bites

Très bien

La chambre était convenable et le petit déjeuner copieux. On n’a pas pu profiter de la piscine car nous avons passé la journée dehors de l’hôtel, mais le coin piscine était agréable et le bar aussi.

Le parking était pratique à côté de l’entrée de la chambre. Le personnel très disponible quand on a besoin.

Disappointing stay

The main pool and location.

The reception staff member checking us in was unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was nothing like the picture and smelled very unpleasant (strong urine smell from the toilet). Towels around the pool were mandatory however upon asking for a towel, a 5 Euro deposit and , 2.50 Euro charge was requested. There should be an option for loaning a towel as part of the hotel accommodation cost.

The worse Hotel I ever been so far!!!

The worse Hotel I ever been!!! High level of prices as usual in Algarve, old rooms requiring a full renovation, air conditioner without cleaning and maintenance spreading a very bad smell, wifi and tv not working, no fridge, bathroom poor cleaning after previous guests occupancy. Only the price charged match an real hotel standards. The Portuguese tourism bureau allowing this place keeping runing with hotel licensing is contributing for a very poor image of tourism in the country allowing disgusting hotels running without any control, inspection and without obligation of follow the minimum requirements to be called and licensed as an hotel.

Summer holiday in Portugal.

Bueatiful setting. Well kept gardens. Very clean.

That the pool closed at 19.00. would have like to stay in the pool until at least 20.00 while there was still sunshine.

ok stay for one night only. good location

was close to the airport

overall the place doesn’t look like a proper hotel , it’s very old fashioned with the old facilities . we went to the bar in the evening, and couldn’t even hear each other because there was a lady constantly signing karaoke, and she was extremely loud, so we just left

A very good 3-star hotel

Superior room was large, well equipped (sofa etc) and nice and quiet (rural location 2km out of town). Helpful staff, nice garden and pool area and good breakfasts al fresco. Free Wifi and parking. Bike hire was easy. Hotel free shuttle bus down to Quarteira beach 4 times a day. Ubers readily available which we used to go on a day hike in the hills a few miles away. Nice traditional taverna just a couple of hundred metres south for an alternative evening meal. All in all a very good inexpensive 3-star hotel.

Maybe not the best location for family summer/beach holidays (albeit the Aqua Park is only 1km up the road) but for people like us on a walking/cycling break, or say touring the central Algarve it proved an ideal base.

Friendly staff on arrival Fresh Bread rolls and cheese Nice approach to the hotel Nice pool area Blue sky Nice plants Nothing else I have nothing else to say

Breakfast .. we did not like anything apart from the cheese, bread and butter The yogurt was terrible ☹️. Orange juice was like water. Pineapple was hard and sour . I could continue but it makes me feel sick at the thought of it . Never again So glad we only had to stay one night

Very good and would use this as a base again

Hotel offered what I was needing for the trip and would definitely use again. The room was adequate. The breakfast offered a very good choice.

Nothing over my stay was not acceptable. I would only be picky to say, I was out of season so was not expecting evening entertainment.

Our holiday

The helpfulness of the staff, so accommodating. The rooms were cleaned every day and cleaners were lovely. The receptionists could not do enough for you , a most enjoyable atay

The only thing that let our stay down was the food. They so need a new chef .

Very good value as long as you remember that it is a three-star hotel and not a 4 or 5 star.

From the booking in day to the departure day all the staff were excellent and very helpful. The family size room was spacious and clean, the swimming pool was superb even though the water temperature was cold, the pool was not advertised as "Heated" and therefore it was what I expected during October. The menu was a little limited on occasions and repeated on some days, the food however was always well presented and for a three-star hotel, was most acceptable.

Soft close toilet seat would have been nice to avoid the noise when it is used, particularly during the middle of the night when you are half asleep and trying to be quiet.
