Deben cuidar los pequeños detalles

Que aquashow esta al lado.

El agua en el baño salía con muy poca fuerza y el lavabo acumulaba agua cada vez que se abria el grifo como si estuviera atascado. El frigorífico de la habitación casi ni enfriaba . Metí agua por la noche y a la mañana siguiente prácticamente no había enfriado. Para lo que cuesta la estancia deberían cuidar esos detalles.

Nice place but to far away from the town.

Clean and right next to the water park. Breakfast was plenty and refreshed all the time.

There was absolutely nothing close to the hotel, you couldn’t even walk to a shop or restaurant as it’s on a very busy main road with no pavement. So you had to get a taxi everywhere apart from the aqua park. So all supplies needed a taxi and at least 2/3 miles away.

Eu adorei tudo recomendo ao máximo, os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos,super acessíveis, os do restaurante são cinco estrelas . Ficou uma vontade imensa de voltar foi mesmo espetacular,uma aventura fantástica.

The staff

Booked it on booking.com it didn’t mention the water park was shut until late may pointless kids was bored!! the rooms are dated 2star no kettles no cups, also even tho your a guest at the hotel you still need to pay to go to the inside water park bit what’s open you just get a little discount, so really it’s pointless staying at the hotel you may as well get something nice and go water park for a day trip

Tudo! O hotel em si era fantástico, staff excelente, refeições óptimas, extremamente limpo, piscina anterior com temperatura adequada. Recomendo a 100% e iremos voltar.

Ideal para ir con niños.

Que esta enfocado a los niños y se les permite disfrutar. Esta muy limpio. Y el personal es muy amable

La cama de niño es patética , ridícula con ropa de cama minuscula y a ras del suelo No se puede controlar el aire acondicionado y hacia demasiado calor, asi era imposible dormir.

Enjoyable short stay

We had a spacious room with a balcony. You get free access to the Aqua Park nearby, although only for the outdoor one. Free and adequate parking spots available at the property. Breakfast was nice with lots of options.

The staff at the reception were neither polite nor friendly. Housekeeping did a very mediocre job. Beds were not done properly. Toilet paper was not provided.

Nice Location

Perfect location for everything in the area. The breakfast at the Hotel was amazing.

The beds were a little old and saggy. They need an upgrade. The fridge hadn't been cleaned for a while it had mould inside and smelt awful.

Super Séjour tout confort

Very large swimming pool and the one indoor is fantastic. The family park is just nearby. The restaurant is excellent and the menu changes everyday. The staff is very helpful and kind.

The staff dedicated to animation needs to be trained or renewed. They could have proposed sthing for children from 09h to 12h : drawing, playing, making mask or rubans, etc. Thus, children can meet and parents as well The other point is the absence of convenience shop. Instead of putting lot of articles from Aquashow, they could sell food, beverage, souvenirs from Portugal, etc.

Not in a hurry to go back and most certainly wouldn’t recommend it to a friend although the staff were nice and helpful

Didn’t like the fact that there was no water in the rooms and you have to pay for water the price I’m paying for the hotel the least they can have in the room when guest arrive is water and the breakfast and dinner wasn’t the best I had to pay for an omelette which I’ve never done before on a half board booking

We booked Hotel because of free tickets to aquashow Park. But outsider Park is closed, but to go to insider aqua park costs extra.

It was a family holiday and it exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was good. The room is excellent as pictured on website, and very clean with lovely balccony. Pool was very nice and warm and Jacuzzi was lovely too.

Kettle or coffee making facilities not in the rooms. You need to pay 10 Euros (refundable) deposit to get one.
