About this apartment rental

This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a full kitchen, living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with two queen size beds. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite.
You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away.

Yes, steps from the beach! Property well maintained. Building is older but kept fresh and clean. Interior as listed, nicely decorated. Bed comfortable with good sheets! Nice to have beach chairs on site. Quiet. Go for it!

The condo was updated and immaculate. The view of the beach could not have been better. The balcony also offered fantastic views of the sunset. My wife and I plan to make the location our permanent vacation destination for all our future beach trips!

The condo was just like it was pictured. The beach is steps away and you are close to food, grocery stores, and shopping. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Highly recommend.

The property was well updated and you could tell cleanliness is a top priority for Jim. We have stayed at quite a few different condos on our beach vacations and this was by far one of the cleanest. Jim was very accommodating and even checked in with us at different points throughout the stay to ensure everything was going well. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Great view of the Gulf and beach. Good communication with owner. Nice property: clean, very quiet central air, well-lit property sign out front and elevator. Nice appliances and large walk-in closet. Beach umbrellas were a plus. Balcony had 2 chairs, 2 tables and a lounger. Did not use the pool or televisions. Only thing keeping from a 5 star review was the bed. An upgrade would be a big help.

Nicely appointed unit with fabulous view and access to the Gulf of Mexico...soft white sand and beautiful water was just steps away. The owner was unbelievably attentive and really cared about our experience in LongBoat Key including sharing very helpful information about LongBoat Key and surrounding areas, where to eat and activities. Had a fabulous few days highlighted by much needed beach time (using provided umbrellas and beach chairs) on a beautiful thinly populated beach and wonderful dinners out.

My good friend goes to Longboat Key regularly. I found this property on VRBO and was very pleased with what I found with the condo and the communication with the owner. Unfortunately the hurricane cut our stay short. VRBO and the owner reimbursed us 100% very quickly. That was much appreciated.

Condo Unit 201 in Longboat Key is one of the best rentals we've ever had...hands down! The unit was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the view of the Gulf was phenomenal from the balcony. The owner was very gracious, responsive and extremely helpful answering any questions we had about the area. Great dining options are only a few minutes' drive away. The shopping at St. Armands and the Mote Aquarium are a must do. We will certainly be back for another visit. If you're looking for a quiet get-away steps away from the pristine beach of Long Boat Key, look no further!!!

This condo is so beautifully decorated with the prettiest gulf view of the private beach and gorgeous sunsets. Everything you could possibly need for an easy comfortable stay. Great communication from host to quickly address a broken balcony chair we discovered upon arrival. Will definitely return. Longboat Key is the place we always return to. We love the beaches, we love the restaurants, and we love the sunsets. The condo we rented was everything we dreamed it would be. It was clean, well furnished, and the balcony was the best! The beach was about as close to having a private beach as we’ve ever had. We just loved everything about our stay. Jim Zilli (the Owner) provided excellent communication from the time we booked to the time we checked out. Jim was genuinely engaged and committed to making sure our stay was perfect! We definitely plan to return next year.

After searching for weeks and weeks, we had narrowed this place down and finally booked it, and I am so glad we did. I will be honest, I am a bit bougie with hotels we stay at and this was our first vrbo, so when we pulled up I was a bit skeptical. The outside of the building is not what I thought it would look like after seeing the pictures of the inside of the condo. But we were there, and went in, and I was extremely happy right when we walked in. The place is exactly as it was listed and pictured. The most amazing view welcomed us, along with a very upscale, well decorated condo. It was spacious which I appreciated so much because after all, who wants to be all cramped up for a week. Had everything we needed, and something else that I can't stand when staying at hotels, even fancy ones, is the shower water pressure is usually very low. But this condos shower worked just perfectly! We were so impressed. We had great communication with Jim (more than the mid week check in) he literally replied to every one of my questions. The whole place was great, we used the bbq's, sat on the beach and really enjoyed our first trip to Florida. Thank you, we will be back!

My wife and I had an excellent experience at this property (Paradise 201). The property was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, had all the essentials we needed, and super close to the beach with an amazing view of the Gulf. Highly recommend this property. The property owner went out of his way to welcome us and followed up mid-week to make sure our stay was going well. By the way, the pictures online is what you will actually see and experience. Theses are current pictures so no disappointment when you arrive.

Loved the condo and all it had to offer. Beautifully decorated with everyone needed. The property was well maintained and quiet. They’re doing some remodeling on the building but we never heard anything. The owner of the unit is so helpful with suggestions on the area and very personable. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed there I. His unit and will stay many more times. Sunsets from the balcony and a glass of wine was definitely needed this trip.

Perfect view, exceptional location and property especially it being our first time visiting the LongBoat. The beach was absolutely beautiful. Our Host was very accommodating and quick to respond! The only issue was the bed.. very uncomfortable. Hopefully, those will be replaced on our next visit.

We fell I love with longboat key because of its beautiful quiet beaches and the gorgeous water. This place did not disappoint. We visited it during spring break and it still felt so intimate and private. Our condo was beautifully decorated and had a gorgeous view of the ocean with a huge patio slider. The owner was extremely helpful and very responsive during our stay checking on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The office staff were also very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Million dollar view of the gulf from the balcony. Older condo complex but very nice. Unit decorated with modern furnishings. Beds were a little hard for our comfort. We’re use to a little softer mattress. Only issues, and they’re not really that big of a deal, is there isn’t a dishwasher, the bathroom faucet doesn’t have much pressure, and I couldn’t find a can opener. I choose not to contact the owner because to me it wasn’t that much of a problem. We would definitely stay there again!
