Great hotel but lacks basic amenities

The location was very central The property has a fantastic pool Rooms are light and big enough Toiletries was free

No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms No bedside tables Fridges kettles safety deposit box are all extra chargers Hotel is very tired needs a paint in some places

Baños con poca privacidad , de tres ascensores uno estaba roto y los demás eran extremadamente lentos . El hotek no conoce de camas de matrimonio.

Great location, mediocre amenities

The location is the best part of the hotel, 7 mins walk from the train station to the airport and only a minute from the nearest beach, with all shops and restaurants nearby!

1. Air-conditioning in the hotel lobby is amazing, if only this also goes for the room, as it did not cool nearly as much and kept the room warm. 2. Rooftop pool has limited beds, not once in our 5 days stay were we able to find shaded beds 3. Elevator situation is not ideal (3 very slow elevators for 16 floors)

Buena ubicación y personal encantador. Pide vistas al mar, que vale la pena.

El personal y la ubicación, maravillosos. El sky bar y su piscina también fueron un disfrute. Camas confortables y buen servicio de limpieza.

La habitación, correcta, pero oíamos absolutamente todo lo que sucedía en las habitaciones colindantes. El baño, pequeño y mejorable. El ascensor.... ármate de paciencia.

Over priced awful hotel every thing is a extra - safe for room extra -beach towels extra per day

Location is fine Room are too small very very basic. Toilet is right next to shower so so small

Staff on reception are rude so unhelpful, they seem like they don’t want your business’s I was on the 8th floor with a dog barking for 3 hour in the room next to us. Ring reception they are not bothered go to reception then they get maintained guy to check on the dog. Owner comes back 4 hours later for the dog. No facilities for a shower room all the staff say is we are only 3 star hotel prices are a joke

perfect location, very clean and tidy, perfect for the price no complaints :)

perfect location right on the beach and near all the best bars/restaurants easiest to spot as the tallest building on the front! Pool area small but very nice and clean

Great location & rooftop but Room is a No

Great location, friendly staff and the Skybar is definitely a plus.

The room however is the bad point in my opinion (I booked a basic one, which may be the reason it was not great?) Even though the room has a nice balcony (with partial sea view - worth mentioning), the room was way too small, AC was not working properly (difficulties to fall asleep due to the heat), bad smell in the bathroom (due to humidity problems), very noisy as you can here everything from other rooms and corridor and overall state of the room needs a little touch up.

Excellent location and value for money

Brilliant location. Hotel was super. The pool area is fabulous great views lovely food. Room was lovely. Shower was brilliant

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable and the lifts in the morning where hard to catch. We where on the 12th floor so had to walk down most morning to reception

Cumple las expectativas.

Buena ubicación, junto al puerto y zona de restauración. Para poder aparcar por la zona estaba un poco complicado, pero si no vienes con coche te llaman al taxi.

Zona de aparcar. el hotel dispone de zona de carga y descarga pero estaba llena.

Esta todo limpio y desde la terraza podemos ver la playa es lo mejor , super grande con piscina muy moderna y el personal muy amable

En la reserva ponen que hay parking y cuando llegamos me comenta la muchacha que ya no hay parking porque han hecho reforma y el parking que queda es muy limitado

L’emplacement est parfait, en plein centre ville proche de mer, bars et restaurants, cafés, supermarchés…. La vue et l’ambiance de skybar est super

L’insonorisation : Beaucoup de bruit, on a été réveillé les nuits par les voisins qui font les douches à 4h du matin et du music, aussi les femmes de ménage à 8h faisant les chambres à coté de vous…

Nothing at all

Everything. Staff rude and unhelpful. Challenged poolside by staff as to whether I was a guest of the hotel or not - clip board in hand and intimidating. Can sit on the sun loungers all day but to take a quiet phone call this was not possible (others were sitting on them only 10 mins before?) hotel a mess, rubbish matter strewn all over corridors - whole place needs a good clean. Room not the room that I booked - others complaining at reception of same thing. Rooms smell of damp, floors all lifting in rooms. Rooms tiny and uncomfortable beds.

Locatie is super, hygiëne zwaar ondermaats!

Location and Staff where good!

De hygiëne in de kamer was erg slecht, stof, vlekken op meubels en de badkamer rooster zaten vol met stof. Het zwembad was gesloten ivm werkzaamheden en dit kreeg ik op de dag van aankomst te horen. Het gebouw is erg gehorig waardoor als er ‘s nachts mensen terug komen van een avond stappen je alles hoort. Gemiddeld wordt je 3 keer per nacht wakker.

El personal muy amable, al llegar nos ofrecieron habitación con vistas al paseo marítimo( teniendo reservada habitación interior), instalaciones muy limpias y modernizadas. La habitación no era muy grande pero cumplía con nuestras expectativas.

Solo podría poner una pega, el baño es muy pequeño

The location of the hotel from the train station, bus station was great. The beach front location was just stunning. The skybar, with its fantastic views. Lots of bars, restaurants, and shops, literally outside the front doors. All in all, it's a great hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Fuengirola for a relaxing stay.
