Viihtyisää asumista meren rannan ja keskustan tuntumassa.

Sijainti on erittäin hyvä rannan lähellä. Tilavalta parvekkeelta avautuu esteetön näkymää pienvenesatamaan ja merelle. Bussi - ja rautatieasemat ovat lähellä. Huoneisto on moderni ja siisti. Keittiö on hyvin varustettu.

Useina aamuina suihkusta ei tullut lämmintä vettä. Iltapäivisin ja illalla tätä ongelmaa ei ollut. Huoneiston lähellä on useita baareja ja diskoja, mistä voi aiheutua meluhaittaa. Meidän oleskelun aikana melua kuului vain yhtenä yönä.

Excellent apartment

The apartment was modern, clean,well equipped and meet all our needs for a 10 night stay. Robert, the host, was there to greet us and could not be more helpful. He was very easy to contact and always answered any messages swiftly. The view was amazing and we loved the vibrant and lively atmosphere outside. The noise from bars and restaurants did not keep us awake. We only heard it if we were sat on the balcony. The location was excellent, close to beaches,restaurants,bars, bus and train station. We had use of the hotel pool and had a pass for the pool in the next building. We prefered the hotel pool as this had a pool bar and the sun loungers and parasol were free to use. It was also only one floor down from the apartment. The other pool charged €2 for a lounger and €1 for a parasol. It also did not have a pool bar so you would need to take your own refreshments. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Hotel needs updating. Facilities clean but need refurbishment.

Fantastic apartment with views to die for!

Robert informed us before arrival the actual location of the apartment and then was there to meet us and give us a bit of a tour and point out some useful facilities. The apartment itself is fairly large with a good kitchen, huge balcony, great bathroom. Views were out of this world!

The only quibble we had, and this is purely down to personal preference, was we found the bed(s) and sofa bed a little uncomfy, but this wouldn't deter us from returning again as the pros by far, outweighed our delicate little "princess and the pea" bodies :)

The location of this apartment is better than 5 stars! It is excellent 👌 The host Tatjana met us in the hotel then showed us the apartment and gave us all the information we needed on the area. Which was very helpful. The apartment was spotless and the washing machine was an added bonus. If am ever in the area again I will definitely stay here!

It was a bit noisy at night but thats the be expected. Your on the main strip!

Someone could take ofence of the fact that there are Discos close by and they party until the morning, to us this wasn't an issue.

Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful view overlooking Marina from balcony. Apartment fully equipped, comfortable beds, high speed broadband, air conditioning and good selection of channels to suit different countries, had Irish and English channels. Robert was very helpful and professional. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was perfekt! The apartment was very easy to use and everything we needed was available. It was easy to get in contact with Robert and he gave us a warm welcome when we arrived! We look forward to come back next vacation ☺️

Nice appartment at the boulevard

The view on the harbour is great. . Large balcony provided with windows which can be opened. . The sofa's may look a bit outdated with their cover, but they sit very well. . The small fridge shown on the pictures appeared to be an additional fridge for the balcony. There is a normal fridge in the kitchen. . Breakfast of the hotel can be used against payment.

The small towels are worn out and they didn't smell very nice.

A great central location in a well equiped apartment

Overall the photos are a good summary of what you get with this apartment and represent it well. The balcony was a good size with table and seating for 4. We were there in winter and there were glass covers around the it meaning it was useable all the time. I believe that these are removed in summer (if not it will be very hot). A great touch was the binoculars that you could look up and down the coast with. In the living area there was a comfy sofa and seat, coffee table and TV. We didn't use the TV but it seemed to have a good range of channels in a variety of languages. The kitchen was well equipped with a full sized fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a good number of cups/plates glasses etc. We didn't use it but there also was a induction hob and what looked like a mini oven. Bathroom had a good shower with plenty of hot water (and storage space for wash bags etc), and a hairdrier. There was a washing machine that had a handy 30 min wash and clothes drier rack - helpful if you fly hand baggage only. There was also an iron and ironing board if needed. The bedroom has a good sized wardrobe, with plenty of clothes hangers. As you can see in the photos its quite a small room and there isn't much space between the beds, but nothing that made me view this as a negative towards the apartment. The windows are double glazed meaning very little noise came up from the street below, and nothing that caused us impact. The owner met us in the apartment, handed over the keys and gave us a quick tour of the apartment and the equipment. We did not arrive till late on the 1st of January but it was no problem for him to meet us at this time. There is a small supermarket right outside the hotel that seemed to be open all the time, this was enough for basic supplies and lots of other supermarkets close by.

Superb

The aparment has a wonderful view, nice air conditioning and very well soundproofed windows. The pool was also good.The apartment was very clean and nice to settle in.

The surroundings of Las Palmeras is restless, expecially in the evenings,as there are lots of pubs/nightclubs ia a small area and so it differs a lot from other areas along the beach.

Stunning View and nice apartment.

The view was incredible. The apartment was really clean and we loved the lounge/kitchen and balcony area.

We struggled to sleep as it was very hot, even with the air conditioning.

Fantastic apartment, everything was perfect, fully equipped. We made our own dinner and the kitchen had all you needed. The view is amazing. The beach is 5 min. walk.

Bad

No communication between vendor and security staff which impacted our access to the building No hot water for the entire stay. Dirty, poor-quality, inadequate bedding. Fridge too small for a hot country and the capacity of the apartment. Apartment is not luxury and would at best be awarded 2 stars in comparison to other properties, but the price reflects this and the superb views compensate for the mis-description of the flat and the building it is housed in. At the time of writing this we are in dispute with the landord regarding an accusation of a broken window. I would urge all guests to make a video upon arrival and at the point of departure from the accommodation. Also take note that you may be under the impression you are booking an hotel apartment, which in this case, the apartment is situated in a hotel but owned/let by an independent landlord. We do not recommend this property.
