Lovely little hotel in the centre with great staff keep it up

The location couldn't be better only a 2 min walk from the ferry terminal in which I embraced on a lovely trip to isle of coll as a foot passenger and few drinks on the ferry on the way back 🤣🤣 and being next door to a fantastic Indian restaurant and great fish and chip places was excellent, staff were really pleasant as I was on my own no one in the bar he opened it up specially for me and talked to me throughout my drunken ramblings haha but all good. Almost forgot to say a 5 star breakfast if you have it.

That you had to pay extra for WiFi considering the amount I spent for the 5 nights I was there but not worth mentioning as I used hot spot tethering off my phone I have unlimited data so I beat the system 🤣🤣 no parking but because of where it's situated it couldnt really be helped and that's it.

Very quaint, lots of stairs to climb that beautiful view once you get to your room you’re ready for a new experience. The owner Anna is the very best.

Did it’s job for what I needed and was close to the station

The location was great - really central. As my room was at the back it was quiet.

Just felt in need of a refresh and update although it was clean. No normal breakfast tea bag’s in the room and no one was around at check out to see if I could leave my case for an hour.

I could not connect to the internet. Would be a bonus I think to have free WiFi even if it meant slight increase in price

Great hotel to get around Oban and the ferry terminal closeby is beneficial for travel between other islands

Location of the hotel is extremely advantageous. The hotel management was very accommodating since we wanted to leave our bags behind after checkout.

There was a constant noise late at night as if there was running water right near one of the walls.

Made to feel welcome, nice people..

Great location, close to amenities, walking distance to must see places. Loved the character of the lobby and stairways. Received a kind upgrade on my room which was spot on.

I loved the stairs but some may not.

Location is great. Old style hotel and big enough room with 2 chairs. Friendly reception staff.

Matress and pillows had plastic cover, so caused us feeling hot during the night. Water pressure and temperature shower difficult to regulate. Hotel clean overall but could do with a bit of updating in rooms and corridors
