Que no esté incluido el servicio del estacionamiento

Las instalaciones, la decoración, el tamaño de la habitación, las amenidades, el precio y la comida.
La ubicación, solo que tengas algo que hacer cerca de allá, sino te queda todo lejos.

The staff are lovely. Rooms are large and clean. I appreciated the coffee pot and fridge. Room service available late which was great for a late arrival. It's a typical large chain hotel.
To use the safe you had to have maintenance open it for you. The location isn't great being in an industrial area and not close to much of anything. The gym doesn't exist any more. I thought it was quite expensive.

Generally good.
The major problem with this hotel is that it is too far away from the Mexico City center; tours and valued tourist locations. This means that taxi fares are much more expensive, and in some cases, taxis are harder to come by.

it seem so old and dusty
I asked for a bedroom with a king bed and a bathtub. I get a room with 2 beds and no bathtub. a lot of people running and screaming on the corridors and calling to my room.

Good breakfast. Location is good if you pretend to work in the area. There are better hotel options in the area though. Reception personnel did not make an effort to make me feel welcome. The loyalty program is not available when reservations are made with Booking.com
The facilities are very old and maintenance is average. Warm water took too long to flow. No iron was left in the room; I had to ask for one. The bathroom is very small and the shower curtain is too short; the bathroom floods when using the shower

They were well organized and followed all covid-19 measurements.
There was no heat in the room, but they were willing to give us an electric heater.

This is the second time we stay in this hotel and we are most pleased with the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone we had an interaction with, were all friendly and helpful. This Hotel is fairly silent, comfortable beds and pillows, very clean sheets and towels. We liked the fact that all covid-19 guidelines were taken. At 9:00 am we received a call from housekeeping to ask if we wanted the room to be cleaned but we said no. They brought us the usual amenities anyway and in a very safe manner. We felt comfortable and safe. The restaurant was closed due to the pandemic, but room service was available and we loved the menu. Fair price and time, flavorful.
Everything was good but the room was a little cold.

Everything. The staff was exceptionally courteous and kind. Some of the staff members were beyond their duties to make us feel at home.
All rooms are perfectly insulated so that no polluted air or noise cones from outside. The swimming pool was clean and warm and it is the only hotel we found with an indoor swimming pool in the whole area. All the facilities were clean, and organized.
It is a great hotel but it lacks little (almost insignificant) maintenance details in the rooms, but still needs to take care of that to get the highest rating.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The white sheets were beautiful. I loved my room.
The digital clock in my room was set an hour ahead. As a result I left for the airport an hour earlier than I needed to leave. I was not very happy when I figured that out.
