Very well located with friendly staff.
The roof top bar was only open on Friday and Saturday so had to choose somewhere else on our last night (Sunday).

The location was great
The food was awful. The building inside is a bit cold and outdated.

Une belle chambre et vaste. Bon emplacement pour prendre le Bus.

Lovely comfortable room and beds. Quiet and spacious.
I didn't love breakfast as I found the choices limited and would have like to have the yogurt compote available with more choices.

Easy to find. Clean and comfortable. Advertised itself as a bit 'artsy' with local art and a 'boho' feel. In fact rather generic business hotel. Perfectly formed beige hotel. Big hotel room, very clean and comfortable and great shower. Great view of City Hall from our room. Comfortable bed.
Staff 'hit and miss' and hotel not really as described. Okay for a couple of nights.
4.5
The central location, brilliant friendly accommodating staff, hotel design with high standards of decor.

Fantastic location, without a question. Staff always polite and happy to chat. We came for a wedding, which outside of Belfast. Lovely lady let me use a table at the restaurant to unpack from transit, clean and gift wrap a framed painting, which was the wedding gift. The staff also helped me to clean the glass. At breakfast there was 80s disco music playing and at some point all the staff started dancing, which is a reflection of good overall work atmosphere. This is a place to come back to for a comfortable stay.
I can't think of anything really, it was one of my most comfortable stays in Belfast.

The rooms and public areas were always clean. The breakfast was good.
The bar area and the loft provided a good space for chilling
poor views from my room, otherwise good location

Fijn personeel, nette kamers.
Locatie is ook goed
Goede bedden, heerlijk geslapen.
De douche ging van koud naar heet uit zichzelf en was niet stabiel te krijgen.

Everything! Luxurious hotel and rooms, very clean, spacious and cosy. I asked for a quiet room with bathrooms and this was done without any issues. It was my birthday and there were chocolates in the room. Everything was perfect and the bed and pillows were so of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was fantastic with high quality produce.
Everything was perfect, the only issue was that the deliveries came at 6am every morning and our room was above this which made it noisy for an hour but that was it. Can’t be helped

Perfect central location as we were attending a music event nearby. The room was clean and spacious.
Air-con didn't seem to be working, room (No.503) was extremely warm as a result which made sleeping uncomfortable.
Also the room was located over the service/delivery access and deliveries arrived from early hours and we were woken up earlier than expected. Beer kegs getting dragged onto and off lorrys etc.
Was only staying the one night so wasn't that big of a deal, but would make me think twice when booking again.

I love how modern the hotel is and how clean it is too. Its so close to everything too.
Just after 10 breakfast options appear to be limited.

Very close to shops, easy to get to. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great premises and amazing value for your money. €636 for 3 nights but split thay between two people and it’s €318 which is only €100 a night which is amazing value considering how nice the hotel is.

Double Room above the bar very loud music playing the floor was shaking, manager didnt want to know and couldn’t move us
3.5
Front of house staff, bar staff and restaurant floor staff all excellent, room very clean and comfortable, great atmosphere in Doffer Bar and excellent food in Jospers.
We were sat at a table very close to Chef's pass in Jospers and while food was excellent the meal was tempered by the quite lively language and fiery atmosphere coming from the kitchen, which we know happens but was a bit annoying while trying to enjoy meal..

the location and the beds
the next door restaurant burglar alarm went off for a couple hours but that’s about it

People and property were excellent.
When I originally booked the room through Booking.com my credit card was charged for the room, less the amount in my wallet. When I got to the hotel my credit card was charged for the full amount again. I'm hoping this was an easily fixable oversight. I have notified Booking.com and they are looking into it.

location and value for money
it was far too hot
4.0
Lovely room, very clean. Comfortable bed. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff both on reception and in the restaurant, especially the staff member on breakfast duty on Sunday 22 Jan. He could not have been more friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was ok, but we’d have preferred to have a buffet style with more choice. The croissants were really tiny so fell apart if you tried to slice them for butter. A normal sized one would have been better
