Nice hotel, large rooms well fitted out
Our two rooms were not ready until 5pm & 6pm even though check in was 3pm. This was extremely annoying as we only had a short time to get ready for an occasion.
Also, there were massive generators or some kind of air conditioning motors outside our windows running 24 hours. They were noisy through the night.

Good location within walking distance of all amenities in Belfast city center ,Food outlets, cinema , shops botanic gardens and Lyric theatre .Hotel reception was nicely laid out quite and private
A little disappointed with breakfast options

Large room with plenty of space. Excellent breakfast choices.

The unit we stayed in had a standard similar to student accommodation. The breakfast was very poor. No hot water for the shower.

From the moment we arrived outside we were very impressed with the hotel and those positives just kept coming. The greeting from the receptionist was lovely and very personable and informative. The room was amazing and the breakfast was delicious woth great variety.
My only issue was with the people in the room next door banging on the wall. This was in no way a negative reflection on the hotel as they aren’t in control of guests behaviour.

Great location with handy parking, lovely room on top floor, nice lobby and bar area

We were able to walk to the venue from our previous location, and although not able to check-in early could leave our luggage with reception staff.
Bar on-site
Room was good size, beds comfortable,
Staff very welcoming, pleasant and helpful
Easy access to taxi service
Location in residential street close to main Lisburn rd
There was no actual secure left luggage room.
Breakfast was ok for my friend, however for me very poor choice of gluten free options, one small table with bowl of fruit, plastic container with only one choice of cereal, the smallest slices of gluten free white bread which I had to ask to be toasted separately to avoid cross contamination, and took forever!
No view from room,
Wasn't informed prior to booking that there was a function on that night
Would've expected more facilities in room

ROOM
Breakfast staff seems too stressing out not feel relax to welcome customer. I heard few fed up staff as short staff running around, to put customer where to seat. Could be better.

Room and bathroom tired and in need of revamp.
Bathroom dowdy and room tired.

Breakfast, warm room, good shower. comfortable.
I forgot my toothbrush and staff were able to provide me with one.
Breakfast was lovely.
Lack of cleanliness of net curtains in the room.
Lack of staff available at reception when checking in on Friday afternoon.
It seemed to be short-staffed at breakfast - we had to wait some time to get a table and it was clear staff were rushing around and busy doing things before they could see to us.

Lovely place to stay, easy got to, staff were very friendly, and even sorted us out with tea/coffee when we arrived home late during the night.. great secure parking facilities (underground car park) Will definitely be staying again.
The thought the bed was a bit uncomfortable 😕 I can't imagine all the beds being like that, how ever I'll certainly give another review after my next stay 👍

Great location and bar good
A bit dated and tired decor

Staff were lovely, breakfast was lovely too, cooked really well.
Carpets were stained in bedroom, and could hear the elevator every time it was used, and other noises from other rooms.

Breakfast was good not the best we had in Ireland
Coffee weak. Continental offerings table ran out of items.

I liked the fact that the staff served us some breakfast even though we were late
Everything else was pretty bad honestly. The staff suggested that we take the room in their separate building without telling us that they won't do room service there. The room had absolute garbage for a view. The TV had no channels.

The laundry did not work so the staff did my laundry
When the staff tried to fix the washer they pulled out the washer and refrigerator and there was food, dirt and broken glass . They did not clean this up, we had to.

Helpful & friendly staff. Charming & stylish hotel - perfect location for overnight visit in Belfast. I wanted to stay on longer - will definitely book again.
Multiple teas & coffees in room - but only 3 milk pods! Rectified very quickly by requesting at reception so all good.

Location was excellent as we were checking out the vibe and student life ahead of my daughter going to Queens. We couldn't have picked a better hotel or location

The breakfast was very good, both cooked and continental, chef made a fry to order which was lovely and a great selection of everything to suit all tastes. Staff all very nice at both reception and breakfast. Nice toiletries in bathroom
The room was shocking!!! It was overlooking a flat roof where there was an air conditioning unit, the handles on the windows were broken. The net curtains were filthy. The shower had lukewarm water to get washed with in the morning, the water in the sink was the same cold/ lukewarm. This is a fairly expensive hotel to stay in, but it lets itself down by lack of cleanliness and with COVID still around, this frankly isn't acceptable. I would never stay here again and most definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I could go on about the rest of of it but frankly can't, as it sounds bad enough already, this is only some of the faults I've mentioned, if management reads this which I hope they do, feel free to contact me as I certainly would like answers to why it treats paying customers this way. I am disgusted and dumbfounded.
