Una Roma tranquilla.

Ho soggiornato per la prima volta. La struttura è vicina alla Stazione di San Pietro. Si trova in cima ad una salita e quindi se si hanno bagagli ingombranti non è molto comodo, ma Roma è costruita su colli, quindi non stupisce. A parte questo quello che davvero mi ha stupito è il silenzio favorito anche dalla posizione, non ci sono strade di passaggio e la strada termina nel parcheggio della struttura. Colazione nella norma. Soddisfatto.

Purtroppo il dato negativo è l'accesso per ci arriva a piedi, ma su questo si può fare poco o nulla.

Hôtel bien situé, à 15/20 min à pied du Vatican. Pour le reste il y a des bus qui vont régulièrement dans le centre de Rome. Bon petit déjeuné avec assez de choix. Le personnel était accueillant. Certaines chambres ont la vue sur le dôme de la basilique. Parking gratuit et privé appréciable.

Chambre sommaire avec le confort de base, mobilier un un peu vieux. Ça mériterait un rafraîchissement. Il n’y a pas de mini frigo dans les chambres.

Attentive staff. Great Location! Very Clean! Would definitely stay again.

Foi tudo perfeito. O quarto estava super limpo e comfortavel. Checkin foi facil e ate deu o quarto bem antes do horario. Cheguei 1:00 e o quarto estava ja disponivel. Cafe da manha tava tudo bem com varias opcoes de comida e de suco e tipos de cafe. No dia de sair, chamou um taxi conhecido que chegou em 4 minutos. Bom d+

I liked everything. Excellent location. Walking distance to the Vatican and very close to San Pietro train station. Buses close by and you can walk to many sites (if u have comfortable shoes!). Even found a friend in Marcelo at the restaurant Buona Foncetta block below the hotel

Must Wake up before 7 am, Old Rooms, No service, No amenities.

The Hotel in general is just ok

Rooms are very old with basic furniture, none of whatever announced in Bookin.com was in the Room, No coffee Machine, No fridge only basic Toiletry and Towle when we arrived, the Elevator was out of service and the front desk staff told us that it will be repaired next day, and our room was on the fourth floor, they don't have a concierge service so i had to carry out the luggage with my kids to the Room. The Elevator was out of serviced during our 4 days stay and we had to take the luggage down by ourselves, House Keeping staff is very rude and noisy, talking loudly, moving the furniture with very loud noise because there is no Carbites in rooms they don't consider that there are people sleeping at 7:30 Am, I complained to the front desk but nothing changed. I Rate this Hotel for only 2 Stars.

Room photos are different from what we had actually.

Breakfast is really good.

Photos of the room in booking is totally different what we had. One of the staff (woman in her 50s) at the reception at the day of arrival was very unfriendly.

Not good at all. Very poor.

The lobby. There was lots of AC.

The shower was leaking. The bathroom and tub had mold. The room has very little AC. It was controlled by staff. The rooms smelled like pee. The sheets were never changed. The rooms were not swept. The one food they offered has pork everyday and I don’t eat pork. Very poor service. No one answered the front desk. They spilt my family up into different buildings. Moves my rooms many times bc water leaving into the downstairs rooms.

The photos of the room are not real. Location is not convenient. The Vatican is almost 2 km away and it's on a road with a very steep climb. I had arrived late, barely found a hotel, with a heavy backpack climbed uphill through small dark back streets. When finally came, the woman at the reception ignored me and wrote something down in a journal, I waited 10 minutes and asked to register me, as I was tired and it was already 12 at night. She looked at me with disdain and reluctantly registered. The room is terrible, with mold in the bathroom. The air conditioner makes a lot of noise, I wanted to open the window, but there is even more noise outside the window. Couldn't sleep at all. I really regret that stayed here.

We liked the location of this hotel. It is near the Vatican city. We could walk to the city centre. Hotel has a private parking-it was very good because we arrived by our car.

Unfortunately we had a room with a balcony that faced the technical back of the hotel. At each breakfast, many seats were reserved for different groups - this is a shame because then there are not many seats and yet the reservations are free.

Find somewhere else.

First room offered was in dungeon. Second had paper thin walls. Spent 2 nights listening to arguments from 2 doors down and crying babies. Listened to running water every time ablutions were used from the floors above. Moved to another hotel. Location to Vatican City doesn't equal value for money.

Great location but noisy

Great location for Vatican. Good breakfast. Clean room. Good coffee at bar which was open in evenings. Barman very helpful.

Shower was plugged repeatedly. Had a room near the bar and the noise at night was unbearable. No toilet roll in any of the toilets near restaurant on morning of departure. No tea or coffee facilities in room.

Over-priced stay

Good location next to public transports, friendly staff and nice views of the city and clean.

Very expensive for that type of hotel - price does not equal the level of the hotel. ⚠️Bread with mold for the breakfast and not too many choices. Bad room isolation together with old furniture.
