Perfectly clean, welcoming and helpful

Ryan at the front desk was helpful and polite from the moment I had to make changes to my booking until the moment we left. The two rooms we stayed in were some of the cleanest I’ve experienced as a seasoned traveller. The location was perfect for a short walk to the RPA hospital and only a 7 minute drive to shopping and all necessary food/chemist/everything you could need at Broadway shopping centre.

Very comfortable

The bed was exceptionally comfy. The room was small but had everything we needed. No complaints.

It was a little further from the CBD than we anticipated but it's our own fault for not properly checking how far out it was.

This location was perfect for my needs.

I needed a short stay after recovering from surgery at RPA. Bernice was extremely kind & helpful.

I suggest investing in better quality bed pillows.

We were only there two nights, but it was a pleasant stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, catering to a few of our additional requests prior to our arrival, which we really appreciated. The beds were very soft, which is how we like them, so great for us, possibly too soft for others. Pretty good location. We had a room at the back, which was not noisy, I'm guessing a room towards the front would have some road noise.

The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos, we could not get the wifi to work, and the general repair of the place needs some attention (ie cabinetry), but having said that, it was minor things, and overall the apartment was clean, tidy, somewhat comfortable (small). A couple of comfy armchairs wouldn't go astray instead of the uncomfortable office chairs, as we hate having to lay in bed to watch TV as we sip on a wine at night.

Really annoyed

Location

Change reservation from one night with free cancellation to 2 nights (it changed to non refundable). Then they requested I pay almost $500 to cancel almost 2 weeks before booking. So theyll now rebook it and make more money. So ANGRY. Never stay there again

Great location, good value for money

Good location, close to the city and newtown. Bus stop at the door. Room was very clean and had everything you need. Service was very good.

The double room was a bit tight but will make sure to book a bigger room next time!

Great spot for medical appointments

Location was great, room was nice and the guy on the front desk was fabulous, he's a credit to Best Western.

The sink in the bathroom didn't drain very well, needed unclogging.

I would have appreciated more information, truthfulness, and transparency regarding parking spots available for reservation. There were serious communication issues between the nearby church who apparently provide the parking spots, hotel management, and clients. Please be aware that street parking is available in the area on Saturday and Sunday. Please also be aware that the reserved parking spots are likely not as in demand as hotel management makes out.

Not good

Very poor bed uncomfortable couldn't sleep. Smoke in hallway late at night no one to attend to. Awful for moving luggage in to accommodation. Bathroom shower terrible.

Overall we enjoyed our time in Sydney.

Very convenient car parking. Suite having two toilets.

Very small ensuite. No door in freezer section of main kitchen fridge, and both fridges needed defrosting. Very noisy traffic (location of course cannot be changed).

The staff here were absolutely great--nothing was too much trouble. It's in a terrific location with a bus stop just outside the front door, making it very easy and quick to get to the city and Central station (in terms of catching the train to and from the airport).

Great hospitality from the staff. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. When they found out I have back problem, they changed my mattress so I can sleep better. Warm communication from the friendly reception especially from David and Verniece. The location is great, the bus stop is just outside the hotel main door, Glebe Market, Broadway Mall and trendy cafes at Newtown nearby makes this a great place to stay and explore. There's grocery stores nearby for you to grab your supplie sif needed. The room was new, clean and we could do our laundry for free.

The proximity to the main road makes it a bit noisy but the wonderful management arranged for a quiet room for me as I was there for a workshop/study.

The location was great for the purpose required - to walk to an event we were involved in.
