Location and modern facilities
The breakfast buffet is way too expensive
4.1
Contemporary finishes, friendly staff, fantastic set-up dining and pool!
Would stay here again! Right off M4, next to raging Waters and drive in Movies 🎬
Loved it!
4.1
Everything was exceptional , friendly staff and excellent service
4.1
Staff was super friendly and accommodating
the fridge in the room was not clean aswell as a few other things- but that wouldn’t stop me from staying there again!
4.1
A modern hotel with a good restaurant and comfortable bed. Easy check-in and out. Well done
4.1
Clean, staff were great
The location there is nothing like a metro or food convenience near by
4.1
Location was good n we didn’t have breakfast
I didn’t like how our king bed kept separating .. I don’t know if the cleaners didn’t zip up the single beds but my sleep was very uncomfortable due to bed separating in room 115
4.1
The rooms were well furnished and very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The staff were professional & very friendly. The room service food was delicious. The pool area was very nice and the companies dedication to going green with a discount offer for customers choosing a greener option was a great initiative.
Very small thing, could install power plugs near the beds to charge phones at night
4.1
Nice space
No shower gel replaced, no tee spoons in room or fridge.
4.1
The facilities were good, i.e. pool table, arcade game, table tennis, pool etc. The 'go green' initiative with the food/beverage vouchers was a great idea. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms are advertised with a kitchenette, but the fridge is only a tiny minibar fridge that is not cold enough to keep milk, food or drinks cold. The fridge was practically unusable. There was also no dishwashing liquid, cloth or tea towel, so is not practical for those who want to utilise the kitchenette facilities. Finally, the rooms were very dusty, especially the lamp shades and side tables etc.
4.1
Free parking.
Staff were friendly
Flat entry area to unload the car
Complimentary trollies for our bags were useful.
Funky atmosphere inside and out.
We wanted to pay with cash. So there won't be a next time
Coincidentally two other parties expressed the same opinion at breakfast too Cash transactions support freedom and privacy from institutions and other disingenuous entities.
Two single beds joined together.
Beds and pillows too soft.
Black grout washing off the shower tiled walls.
The lights were too dark.
The $1/car parking lady for the markets could look inside our room.
Musty carpets.
No attention to detail in the room.
The iron was good but the ironing board cover was ?nylon? It melts if you're not fast enough.
The hot beakfast buffet was generally cold. Scrambled eggs were warm though.
4.1
The staff at the restaurant were amazing and very friendly.
the bed was so uncomfortable
4.1
location and customer service
lightning in the room’s could be better
4.1
The beds were very comfortable and the rooms layout meant that there was a couch, desk, mini kitchenette and a decent sized shower. The facilities looked great (gym, restaurant, bar, pool etc) but unfortunately the room service and restaurant were not open/had limited opening hours so we couldn't try them. The hotel literally backs onto the drive in movie theatre, which we would definitely do next time now we know it's so close.
The lighting in the rooms wasn't great - although there were lots of lamps, there is no ceiling lighting to light up the room.

considering age of property it was ok
bedding needs replacing.

the design
nothing

The restaurant was really good. It was a quiet and clean hotel. Plenty of room.
It had a bar fridge. I would like preferred a fridge to store food.
4.1
Friendly staff and good location.
The sofa bed was so uncomfortable, the mattress was very thin so you are literally sleeping on metal bars.
4.1
We loved the whole setting. The rooms were clean and roomy. We didn't try the food as we ate at the pub but that food was delicious. The pool was perfect and the markets being just a walk away was a bonus. Good value for money.
Nothing

Close to our venue, close to Westpoint mall and the staff and the feel of the place were great!! Loved the free games which kept myself and my son entertained for a few hours. Once you walk into the hotel you feel very comfortable.
There were a couple of things which I contacted the hotel about which could have been better, but definitely things that I'm sure will improve with just a bit more attention. Absolutely nothing to write a bad review about and I feel Atura is a place worth visiting.

This hotel had a lovely pool, bar and restaurant area and in a convenient yet quiet location. Also plenty of parking with cctv.
Our room wasn’t made up when we entered but front desk quickly moved us to another room. The bed was comfortable enough but you could feel plastic mattress cover underneath

friendly staff
the bed was very uncomfortable. felt like it was a mattress topper on two king single ensemble bottoms. terrible.

The hotel is lovely. Loved the retro feel and the grandkids loved the pool and activities (table tennis & pool table. Room was clean
Was disappointed that our room (151) was advertised as a Pool View King room, which we paid extra for($926 for 2 night stay 2 adults 2 children) had a view of a loading dock/car park and a small section of the pool. Also most of the rooms on the side where our room was situated also had an obstructed view of the pool because of an awning.
Advertised a coffee machine with pods but there was no machine, just 4 coffee satchels for instant coffee.
Sofa bed is very uncomfortable as the mattress is very thin.
Charged a $4 fee for room service which is totally understandable but to then charge $5 fee for the tray and just wrong.
Breakfast was nice but they need to mark food that is not obvious such as what flavour the juice is, what flavour the yogurt is, which one of the milks are full cream or skim etc. Also mark foods that are gluten free. All small things (except pool view) are small things but these things can spoil your experience at your hotel.

I've stayed here a few times. It's always so clean, tidy and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and helpful too

Atura Blacktown is our favourite place to stay in when we’re in Sydney. Their customer service is by far the best compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. Really good facilities, their staff are always so welcoming and helpful
Nothing, love everything about Atura

Clean and modern. Food was delicious.
A little remote, need a vehicle. Restaurant staff a bit inefficient.
