朝食バイキングが豪華でした。１つひとつが温かく保たれていて美味しかったです。生搾りオレンジジュースやリンゴジュースも美味でした。施設はキレイに清掃してあり、全体的に上質な趣でした。アメニティも上質な選択でした。

more than a hotel it was a friendly and quietly classy ski lodge. Cannot fault it.

ski to door hotel at chairlift, such nice staff, so clean and quietly efficient, comfy beds, lovely onsen, good ski rental equipment, magnificent lounges and bars and superb food, lovely fire in the lounge. Still retains the ski lodge vibe.

Secluded, beautiful & exclusive ski resort

Secluded, ski-in/out ski resort though is a bit far to reach

Need to improve their facilities like built-in USB ports in the room. Female ofuro (hot bath) area very rundown & too much blockage totally couldn’t enjoy the beautiful snow view outside.

Best accomodation for families, scrumptious food and service and great snow and value for money.

We loved this place! We got dinner and breakfast as part of our package and they were both amazing. The staff were exceptional and being right there in the snow just made it the best trip. This is definitely the best snow we have ever been in and the best service. Cannot wait to go back!!!

Great location with ski in / ski out, but average food IMO. Breakfast was excellent though.

Repetitive and old fashioned food. Too many courses and expensive. Need a more simple option.

staff English level is very limited and not very helpful, it is also a bit over priced for the level of service and facilities which is a little old.

great location, excellent staff and great ski on, ski out.

Location amazing, very 1950’s vibe and excellent for relaxing with family with adult children. ski on ski out was great and field excellent for beginners/ intermediate skiers with no queues as at far end of the Shiga fields. Staff professional and friendly. loved our 5 nights.

We won't go back.

The property is very run down. Most of the staffs at reception do not speak English, which should be fine. However, when we asked them questions. They would just said "no speak English", and did not offer other kind of help. Food is bad.

Hignly satisfied stay in "Golden week"

Friendy staffs and excellent services. Seems old but clean and enough facilities. Of course , ideal location for skiing

Ski locker is small for 3 skies. I hope better dessert in french dinner.

Great on-site onsen. Great location for ski-in, ski-out. Good storage facilities for skis. Ski school right next door. Free parking. We travelled with 2 small children, who loved it.

Limited dining nearby. We didn't splurge on the site dinners, although these have to be set up days in advance, so we didn't have the option to change our mind. We ate lunches on the mountain and then instant ramen for dinner. Also they won't let you eat your food in the common areas. Beds ok for comfort. Farther up the mountain, but I suppose this leads to less crowds.

it’s the 3rd time we came in Okushiga Kogen Hotel with our 2 kids. It is for us the best!

Perfect ski in ski out location (with international ski school 5 min walk) Good ski area Possibility to go to swimming pool in the hotel close by kids liked the play room Good variety of restaurants (French, Japanese, Teppanyaki, Raclette)

Dinner is very good but sometimes little bit long to be served Difficult to get babysitter (need to book 4 days in advance)

Perfect location directly at the lift and in direct proximity to ski school. Great Food Friendly and very supportive staff Lounge with open fireplace and live piano music

Summer vacation in a tranquil natural environment under a series of bad weather.

French and Washoku dinner were both wonderful. Particularly Washoku is one of the best we've ever had.

Superb

We love our stay here this summer, it was exceptional due to its quietness, various activities within the premise of the hotels and within Shiga Koen. Great location for family bonding!

Option of air conditioning during summer should be available.

Relax and skiing in cozy and quite place

Just at ski lift , excellent breakfast and dinner, beautiful guest hall with fire zone and live music, baths to relax after skiing. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

There are no dryers for ski shoes.
